I visited this USPS on Webb Bridge at least seven times since we moved to the area about a year ago and I have to say I have been more than satisfied each and every time! Super friendly staff and always helpful with any questions I may have. I just came in today December 11th to mail our Holiday Cards and I was dreading it due to how busy PO get during these days...there was a long line of about 7 customers in front of me. .,To my surprise the line moved up very quickly and I was able to finish my business within just a few minutes!!! The gentleman who assisted me was very courteous and the rest of the staff assisting other customers were very pleasant as well! All in all a great experience! I had an awful experience today in the post office. My mail was delayed and because I had informed delivery, there was a letter from the Department of Treasury. I was waiting for 5 days and decided to come to talk to the supervisor. Also, I wanted finally complain about other people's mail delivered for some reason in my mailbox, I kind tried to say that it could be a problem that my mail was delivered somewhere else. She listened and in a moment came a guy, young athletic. He never introduced himself, started to tell me that I should not talk to him about this issue, rudely interrupted me a several times. I asked for his name and why he does not wear a tag or badge, he said he is going to call police. I think he heard my accent and decided to get rid of a Karen who came to complain. Well, I left and I filed a complaint..not about my missing mail but just attitude. I just wonder is it a new normal to yell and treat someone with police when someone came and ask to do his/her job. Still confused about what happened, it feels surreal, go to ask for mail and suddenly be arrested by police because a tall athletic guy got scared of an Ukrainian girl. Also, wonder if I were a man or not Ukrainian would it still happen? read more

I won't talk about the horrible customer service. They aren't all bad but the bad CSR's make this Post Office my last choice even though it's very convinent to my location. Multiple times I have dropped a package off inside of this post office. The prepaid label was never scanned. Recepient never received the package. Once it is in the back and doesn't get scanned you have no recourse other than filing an insurance claim which only works if the item has been scanned by the PO. DO NOT trust them to scan your packages. Unfortunately you need to scan every package at the kiosk which sucks if you have a lot. Even when I've had a receipt there have been instances of my packages disappearing! I believe this post office has a theft problem. read more

Last week, the woman with the hair down to her naval would not write down the tracking number I offered to quote her (on the umpteenth package I needed them to find for me in the back) because I am sensitive to the thick black marker she handed me. Other staff members have taken it down without a problem. She then refused to give me a pen, claiming they had none at the long table she was standing behind. In my hurry to make an appointment and without my glasses, I did not see the pen I later realized stood propped up four feet to her left at the table and could not see the gray bin she kept pointing me to farther against the wall while she said I wasn't listening. How can you speak that way to a customer? And as a government employee? A customer who also did not see the bin shook her head at the attitude of that woman. When I asked the employee her name, she asked why I wanted to know and claimed it was "FOR." Lol. She nodded when I spelled it out. Sheena, next to her, kindly searched for my package, also shaking her head to hear "FOR." When the customer FOR was servicing asked for her name, FOR paused, knowing I was listening, and admitted, "Destiny." God does see, my dear Destiny. Eddie the manager there is a nice, thoughtful man though many of his incompetent staff members really do need training to keep packages from disappearing, save customers whole hours of waiting, and develop manners we all learn in kindergarten. I brought in a package to return to an item to an online store. I waited in line until I was next to be served, and the postal employee at the counter asked me why I was waiting. I told her I wanted a receipt, and she told me I didn't need one and to put the package in the bin. I have experienced such poor service at the Webb Bridge post office that I never choose to ship by mail anymore. I only go there when there is no choice such as when specified for returning an item. read more

I went for the first time ever. Wasn't really sure how the post office worked yet, I had to put something in a bag and send it through the mail because it was a clothing item. I apparently had used the wrong packaging. I had to switch it, then I had to tape it up, this is what the worker told me to do by the way. In the lobby itself there were TWO big tape rolls sitting out so I had assumed it was up for grabs for anyone to use, I started using it as the worker watched me package up the item. I waited in line again only for me to get to the front and be told that I am not allowed to use that tape. Only for me to have to rip off the tape I had used and buy a whole new package for the mail I was sending. read more

I've always been supportive of USPS workers but this location is an exception. Do not go here and do not let your family members who speak minimal English come here. Walked in and dropped l a package off on Sunday, on Wednesday my Ebay customer reached out and inquired another the package, looked on Ebay and the package was never scanned in so I called and spoke to an employee, provided the tracking #, and they out me on hold and then the connection was dropped. I called back and second time and spoke to another employee, provided the tracking # and again, was disconnected. Wow the reviews are bad here. I don't live in this zip code but I work near it and had to mail off a package. I needed a scissors, and one of the employees let me borrow her knife. The guy behind the counter didn't look very happy, and he muttered that he was not working the counter so not sure why he was standing there. But the woman who did end up helping me was friendly enough. Service in to our was quick, even though it's during lunch hour. I had my package pre-labeled but you can use their self-serve stations to determine weight or you can send priority mail, which gives you automatic tracking, box, tape, everything. Free insurance up to $50 too. And flat rate for their boxes so you don't have to worry about putting it on the scale. Oh and free package pickup. What a deal! Of course there is a premium for that. As a side note, I have tried to get a piece of tape before at a different post office and they made me buy a roll so I've learned to bring my own or have it wrapped up before I get there. I wouldn't say service was amazing, and I can tell maybe they don't love their jobs but they weren't rude and they got me in and out quick, so yes, I'd come here again. read more

I go to mail two express mail boxes at 9 o'clock at night. The one machine was broke and not in service for stamps and I finally got the other one to work. Then when I put the first package in the mail slot inside the building, I could not get the second package in because the first one jammed in the shoot. That is because no one in the back is emptying the packages in the carrier on the other side of the door. So I'll have to go back tomorrow and try again. Hopefully no one will figure out how to retrieve my stock package? But it was jammed in there, so good I'm sure it's safe? And to think I drove by a UPS mailing center before the post office? Well, that will teach me to go to UPS earlier. They'll be raising a stamp to a dollar before you know it and the service will keep getting worse? read more

The clerk was rude and disrespectful. I own a business which requires me to ship a lot of packages. I deal with the usps very often. I came to this branch on my lunch hour to drop off a package which required a tracking number. When asked, I told the clerk that's what I needed. She said, "Did you try the kiosk?" I stated no. She says, "You know you can do this at the kiosk." I stated, I'm aware, I don't want to use the kiosk. She says well eventually, you're going to have to. I said, I'll cross that bridge when it comes. She goes on talking about how she doesn't know why people don't want to use the kiosk and in the future, they're going to make me use it. She then proceeds to draw the neighboring customer into the conversation. Now I'm being tag team bullied because I don't want to use the kiosk. The time she spent badgering me about the kiosk, she could've scanned in several packages. It was totally unacceptable, rude and not appreciated. I've had many a clerk inform me about the kiosk, they've offered to assist me with it. They also respectfully understood and moved on when I declined. They never got rude. You never know what a person's reasoning is for not wanting to engage with the kiosk. To be inconsiderate and put someone on the spot in front of an entire lobby of customers was completely unacceptable. read more

I got to the post office at 5:55 I asked one of the staff if I can add a return receipt on express pre/ paid box she said yes and when I turn to get the paper they closed the sheeter while I still have 2 minutes and the saddest part is they were laughing. Office is run like the Wild West! Carriers can choose NOT to make deliveries, or will leave packages out for anyone to take. Complaints to manager result in arguments because Mr. Antoine Cooper let's carriers NOT make deliveries. And if you go to the post office to speak to the manager you are told he is "in the field to see to an injured postal carrier". They've pulled that lane excuse on me a few times. Also, the carrier will shove books into your mailbox so that they are damaged. Attempts to call them on the phone often results in no answer. And registering a complaint on the USPS website just loops back to the person you're complaining about. There is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR OVERSIGHT here. Just use UPS or FedEx to avoid the rage USPS causes. read more

My experiences with this post office have actually gotten worse. In recent weeks My mail was not delivered on more that 2 days each week. Sometimes I went as much as four days with no mail delivery. I know I had mail since it showed on my daily informed delivery app. Full disclosure, most of the mail would be delivered after I filled out on line complaints. I went to the post office to inquire in person and was told they were understaffed and overworked and simply not able to deliver all the mail every day. You can't make this stuff up. read more

Since moving to the Alpharetta/Johns creek area three years ago, every damn time I am expecting a package they are delayed or missing. Of course if you purchase merchandise on eBay and the item goes missing with no insurance. You are out of your merchandise and your money! You get the generic "oops we tried looking for your shit but we can't find it. We are sorry" e-mail. I've received my neighbors mail countless times and received packages on a completely different street! You had one job!!! Just like I have a job and it is required I do my job correctly or lose it! I always come to this post office because of all it has to offer. Rarely do I have to wait in line, because I have the option to use the self-service shipping stations. There are plenty of drop boxes and plenty of weighing stations. I am writing this review today because of an exceptional postal worker, Mike, who saved the day for me, not to mention, a lot of unnecessary time and stress that MY mistake could have created! It is Saturday, almost 5:00 p.m. I came to drop off some packages. All contained postage except for one box that I still had to weigh. Without thinking, I dropped everything into the postal box INCLUDING the box without postage! Then I realized what I did! No one was working, and I didn't know what to do. Thank God, I noticed a mail carrier pulling into the station. I know he didn't have to do what he did, but I approached Mike and explained my situation. He was so friendly! He immediately put me at ease by poking a friendly joke at me. Mike gladly accepted my request to grab the box so I could add postage. Things like this mean a lot to me. Mikes' act of kindness and professionalism left a very good impression on me and turned my frown upside down! Thank you Mike!!! read more

I know not everyone has a great experience at the post office and things have been especially rough during Covid, things aren't perfect, but I know the employees in the office as well as the carriers work really hard, long hours. One person in particular who really stands out is Jalpa because she has always shown that this is more than just a job to her, she is always friendly and it shows that she cares about her customers. I went to USPS TODAY at Webb bridge road, Alpharetta to return a package and took with me a label with the information I needed to deliver my package. The lady who assisted me made a label that did not have a return number that I needed to out in it and she told me she could not do it. So, I picked up the package an wrote the return number required as well as my name and address that the lady also did not ask me and put in the package. Now, taking a look in my receipt I do not see the p.o.box number, but only Harrisburg, NC28075, weight and delivery date plus the tracking number as it was priority mail. I would like to know in which phone number I could make a complaint and check the address to where the package is being sent. read more
