Whenever I track my orders I will see that the package has been delivered to my po box. However, when I go to get my package my po box is empty. Sometimes they may find my package. Sometimes they don't. But they have never apologized. In fact, they will get an attitude just because they have to look for my package... Since the tracking will say that my package has been delivered to my po box I can't call the shipper of the package and say that I never received it. Even though this happens about 85 percent of the time no one at the post office is held accountable because it is still an ongoing issue. If you ask to talk to a supervisor, it will be a waste of time because they will take their precious time to come to assist you. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST - LOOSE PACKAGES & HORRIBLE SERVICE W/ LONG WAITING TIMES/LINES If I could leave a negative review I would. Every single time you go to this post office you can expect to have a horrible time. There are always long lines because of the lack of preparation and efficiency in the store. The representatives either hate their jobs or are too comfortable and need to be written up/corrected. Either they have an attitude or leave you waiting for long periods of time while they go to the back or decide to help other reps. Two of my packages have been lost already - one sent to the PO Box and another sent to my place of businees - because this post office is the one that handled them. Instead of being honest about loosing my package they once made me come back different times to speak to a "manager" who was either on break or only worked in the early morning and ended up telling me he was very sorry, but he could not find the package. The second time the guy let me wait on the counter while he assisted people for 35 minutes. I had to go to work, which I am assuming is what he was hoping on. These people are seriously the worst and they do not have ANY system in place to keep track of things coming in and out of their store. read more

Every single review about this place is true. Today, I went for a passport appointment. I saw the one star ratings online and thought to myself, "it really can't be that bad." I took every document I needed and might have needed to make the appointment go smoother and to avoid any, "you needed to bring this," and as the USPS site states, we arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. We went in to the desk to check in and she verbatim said, "the passport lady car broke down, she'll be here in 30 minutes." Ok, life happens. I'll wait on her because I literally didn't have another day to do this. We waited. I walked back inside after 30 minutes and she said, "so sorry, I have no idea where she's at, she late." Postmaster, get your location under control. It is your one job. We waited for almost an hour and 15 minutes to turn in documents with a small child and were sent away with a document with other locations that take walk-ins. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind that she was late because of her car troubles, but your clerks exact words were, she's on the way. So, I safely assumed that she'd be there in a timely manner. One thing that I do not appreciate is my time being wasted. Get it together. This location lets its community down. read more

Typical USPS experience, four staff at the counter, moving at a sloth like pace. Two to three staff engaging in solving one issue, not helping others as they do. Multitasking classes are definitely not part of the ongoing training curriculum. I have read plenty of negative reviews of this place and sad to say they earn every single bad review and more. The employees couldn't care less, their demeanor and attitude just screams "hate my job". Our carrier outright lied and said she made a delivery attempt and then the package was held at the post office at my request.....that made no sense whatsoever. So I drove out there this morning to pick up my package and was told that anytime a package was late, it was held. Again, that made ZERO sense. My package was marked out for delivery from 6:56 Am. Needed a passport and my first stop for this was the post office in Norcross by the Police station. Let's just say it was a long excruciating wait and the staff seemed to act like the folks waiting in line were interrupting their leisurely Friday lunches. They had very bad attitudes. My appt. was at 2:45 pm and I showed up promptly. The lady before me was still waiting and she had a 1:00 appt...smh! I waited and waited and waited...then Lucky for me, I forgot a document...Yayyy and Duh at the same time. So I remade my appt and went to the PO in Lilburn. There was a line but all of the staff was very nice and sweet and they moved quickly making sure everyone's needs were taken care of and they worked as a team. I would definitely recommend going to this location because they offer outstanding services and just downright Awesome customer service!! :) Norcross PO, take notes on how other PO's offer their customer's great service like the Lilburn PO. Refused to let me scan my shipping label! "My stamp is on it now you cannot touch it" what a load of BS I think that was my money you just took sir. Ridiculous! I have been waiting one month for a package shipped to me from Atlanta. The seller said it shipped and gave me a tracking number for the USPS. I checked the system and this tracking number is valid but no information is available. I also have another package that was shipped Aug. 9, scheduled for delivery Aug. 17. I've haven't been to a more friendly and efficient post office. Every personnel member was fully attentive to the customers they were serving. I overheard the customer next to me explain he had a missing package and they found it. I was there with my child to get a passport and we were finished within fifteen minutes.
