The USPS has now moved ALL postal carriers and supervisors OUT of Norcross--to the DULUTH location on Boggs Road. No "71" supervisors anymore--no way to personally CONTACT anyone with the USPS when there's a problem. NO PERSONAL HELP WHATEVER WITH A PROBLEM--the workers have you "fill out a form" that gets "passed on" to the "proper authority" (at Boggs Rd.? Or the 86 file?) What a way to make BAD postal "service" even WORSE. read more

The people here need to be reevaluated and fired. They are extremely rude and incompetent and whenever they do decide to answer the phone, there is nothing but just silence. They either wait til you hang up, or they'll just hang up on you after 3-4 minutes of you saying "hello?". read more

Try and answer the phone with a live customer service representative. Not everyone wants to talk to a computer

Aww man these folks had a bad attitude on a Saturday morning wow just crazy to me all three reps seemed to not be having a good day on 10.28 i believe i came in that morning to ask if i had mail to be picked up from my change of address and the clerk got smart with me like i was just suppose to know the answer smh , if someone ask something it's clearly because they are not aware . read more

Social distancing, and face masks are a must in order to be serviced and entrance. I had to mail some items off, and came to this post office. They were quick, friendly, and attentive. The post office is super clean and organized as well. If I need to do anything else, if I'm in the area, I will definitely be back. :-) read more

So I get This office delivery for Amazon! They are the worst.. they lie they they say say something is delivered and it's not there's a time where it's supposed to be here. It's always after the time or sometimes it don't show up at all. I've complained to Amazon customer service even supervisors many times they say they're gonna let them know but they're still no improvement. It's been going on for quite a while disgusting. read more

Bad customer service front desk. Not friendly will not return. Just went to send eBay package and they were not helpful

The service is absolutely terrible. I have never met someone as unwilling to assist in my life. Please go in and train your associates about customer service. read more

Whenever I track my orders I will see that the package has been delivered to my po box. However, when I go to get my package my po box is empty. Sometimes they may find my package. Sometimes they don't. But they have never apologized. In fact, they will get an attitude just because they have to look for my package... Since the tracking will say that my package has been delivered to my po box I can't call the shipper of the package and say that I never received it. Even though this happens about 85 percent of the time no one at the post office is held accountable because it is still an ongoing issue. If you ask to talk to a supervisor, it will be a waste of time because they will take their precious time to come to assist you. read more

As I was standing in line listening to the rude customer service, I noticed a "Roach" crawling on the counter. I informed the clerk which he responded "I don't care". The roach continued to visibly crawl over mail on the counter. I live 1 mile away and will never step foot in this place again. Consistently rude postal workers (Daryl) and trifling government establishment. read more

Norcross usps delivery is a joke. Had 3 packages to be delivered today 6-20-24 and regular letter mail with included 2 checks. Tracking said all were delivered.....NOT ONE. Packages were left at front door at 7:31pm, 7:38pm and 7:50 pm. Really........Where Are They????????? No letter mail in mailbox. read more

I've never in my life dealt with a place so unprofessional. My mailbox was supposed to be changed by them I paid months ago still not done so I have to come to this piece of crap of a place and they attitude is so rude. The supervisor I had to call was really nice but the employees were so rude they started arguing amongst themselves. They need new employees with better attitudes are even the ones they have need some type of "Happy meds". read more

Every single review about this place is true. Today, I went for a passport appointment. I saw the one star ratings online and thought to myself, "it really can't be that bad." I took every document I needed and might have needed to make the appointment go smoother and to avoid any, "you needed to bring this," and as the USPS site states, we arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. We went in to the desk to check in and she verbatim said, "the passport lady car broke down, she'll be here in 30 minutes." Ok, life happens. I'll wait on her because I literally didn't have another day to do this. We waited. I walked back inside after 30 minutes and she said, "so sorry, I have no idea where she's at, she late." Postmaster, get your location under control. It is your one job. We waited for almost an hour and 15 minutes to turn in documents with a small child and were sent away with a document with other locations that take walk-ins. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind that she was late because of her car troubles, but your clerks exact words were, she's on the way. So, I safely assumed that she'd be there in a timely manner. One thing that I do not appreciate is my time being wasted. Get it together. This location lets its community down. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST - LOOSE PACKAGES & HORRIBLE SERVICE W/ LONG WAITING TIMES/LINES If I could leave a negative review I would. Every single time you go to this post office you can expect to have a horrible time. There are always long lines because of the lack of preparation and efficiency in the store. The representatives either hate their jobs or are too comfortable and need to be written up/corrected. Either they have an attitude or leave you waiting for long periods of time while they go to the back or decide to help other reps. Two of my packages have been lost already - one sent to the PO Box and another sent to my place of businees - because this post office is the one that handled them. Instead of being honest about loosing my package they once made me come back different times to speak to a "manager" who was either on break or only worked in the early morning and ended up telling me he was very sorry, but he could not find the package. The second time the guy let me wait on the counter while he assisted people for 35 minutes. I had to go to work, which I am assuming is what he was hoping on. These people are seriously the worst and they do not have ANY system in place to keep track of things coming in and out of their store. read more

Typical USPS experience, four staff at the counter, moving at a sloth like pace. Two to three staff engaging in solving one issue, not helping others as they do. Multitasking classes are definitely not part of the ongoing training curriculum. The lady who helped me out was courteous, but that doesn't negate that walking into a post office for any reason is never going to be pleasant. read more

0 rating 2 out of 3 of my packages never arrived the last one was a parcel locker issue where I never received a key. Mail delivery from this Post Office has a lot to not be thankful for. Twice in 6 months I have put hold on my mail. And twice my mail was delivered. When I contact the Post Office there are so many excuses and every one blaming the other. And when I go to the actual Post Office they are rude to me. And again the blame game. The very best and fun Post Office store to use in Norcross located at Britt Road and Jimmy Carter. Hold mail service was once again a bad deal. It took two weeks and a formal complaint to get my mail delivered from October. read more

The worst post office I've ever been!!!the stuff there is really not professional!! Today me and my baby there for mailing the application of the passport! Horrible service, lost my birth certificate after I got my passport and always unorganized.

The lady there was really rude and had a attitude with us she looked so annoyed talking to us do not recommend this place at all!

I have read plenty of negative reviews of this place and sad to say they earn every single bad review and more. The employees couldn't care less, their demeanor and attitude just screams "hate my job". Our carrier outright lied and said she made a delivery attempt and then the package was held at the post office at my request.....that made no sense whatsoever. So I drove out there this morning to pick up my package and was told that anytime a package was late, it was held. Again, that made ZERO sense. My package was marked out for delivery from 6:56 Am. I will seriously pay for a P.O. box just to avoid dealing with the piss poor employees here. read more

Needed a passport and my first stop for this was the post office in Norcross by the Police station. Let's just say it was a long excruciating wait and the staff seemed to act like the folks waiting in line were interrupting their leisurely Friday lunches. They had very bad attitudes. My appt. was at 2:45 pm and I showed up promptly. The lady before me was still waiting and she had a 1:00 appt...smh! I waited and waited and waited...then Lucky for me, I forgot a document...Yayyy and Duh at the same time. So I remade my appt and went to the PO in Lilburn. There was a line but all of the staff was very nice and sweet and they moved quickly making sure everyone's needs were taken care of and they worked as a team. I would definitely recommend going to this location because they offer outstanding services and just downright Awesome customer service!! :) Norcross PO, take notes on how other PO's offer their customer's great service like the Lilburn PO. You guys are nowhere near giving customers a great experience. read more

Save yourself some gray hair and sweat. If you are not required to come to this post office then don't. Stay far far far away. It's hot in here the wait is beyond long and the staff just doesn't care. They open at 9am Saturday. Don't mean they ready for business at 9am in Saturday. read more

Two stars because I don't like to give one star - I figure there's always SOMETHING positive to say about a business no matter how bad. So ... this place was open when they posted they'd be open. So the 2 stars is the adult equivalent of a participation trophy for doing what they're supposed to do. Bernie, Biden, and Obama should be happy now. Chris Rock was right - what he said about "they want credit for stuff they supposed to do!" Anyway, this USPS location has truly earned it's low average review over the long term. This place is PROOF that more government spending is never the way to go. How else could FedX, UPS, DHL, and a whole bunch of other mail services exist if US Mail did even a decent job? But I digest. ("Digress" for everyb - sorry - errrbaadyelz.) Slow, stupid, surly ... though I'd be the same if I were in their shoes, I'm not in their shoes because I actually finished elementary school, didn't rob stores or deal drugs as a teen, listened to my single mom parent all the time, and learned to take responsibility instead of blaming duhmayn. read more

The USPS has lost the reputation in service quality and having postal carriers been respectful to their customers in recent times especially a few days ago I have the US PS app to inform me of my deliveries on 3 January I was supposed to get more than 5 letters they never showed up especially a replacement card, you try to talk to them and they tell you to stay away from from their vehicle do not approach I know about Covid but it's disrespectful when you're trying to ask a question and the funny thing is when you call there's nothing we can do it's all now automated so all you can do is place a request to see if they call you back read more

Save yourself the frustration and go to another location. I came in to ship a package out and the Caucasian lady at the front with the red hair had a bad attitude. I understand having a bad day but every time I come to this location, someone has an attitude. Don't go here. read more

This is the third time I've been to the post office. Every one of the employees behind the counter seem concerned with one another and their personal business. They are also rude. Refused to let me scan my shipping label! "My stamp is on it now you cannot touch it" what a load of BS I think that was my money you just took sir. Ridiculous! "No pictures in the post office" since when is scanning the barcode a photograph?? And I bet it's against the rules to wear a tacky hat while representing the US Postal service. It that why you are so opposed to a "photo". (Even though I only wanted to scan a barcode) Here's hoping your post office goes under like so many others and you find yourself looking for a job with that ugly hat and the disgusting facial hair on your chin. Ups gets my dollars in this region! read more

This has to be the worst usps office I have been to since I have been living in GA. WOW! WOW! WOW! - I won't waste time talking about my experience with these people but all I will say is that their customer service is HORRIBLE. From the supervisor to the employees. Very rude people who treat you more like you're an annoyance than anything else .... Whatever happened to people with pleasant personalities working at post offices? They should ALL be fired, I am sure there are nice people out there looking for jobs. HORRIBLE PLACE! read more

I recently had the pleasure of speaking to two knowledgeable employees of the Norcross Main Post Office at 265 Mitchell Rd NW Norcross, GA 30071. The first gentleman's name is Tony. Unfortunately there is no zero star on here. They lost my mail, lied to me, gave my mail to the wrong person. The list does not end and they are by far some of the rudest people I ever met. Even the postmaster is not worth a damn. If you don't know her her name is Andrea Marshall and she is a waist of space. She will avoid every thing and will not answer a question until forced. Finally she will never take a single shred of responsibility for her staffs actions nor her own. If I had the power I would fire them all and try again. read more
