I had no idea this post office was here but I needed to come to pick up a package. Not sure who this falls on but the package delivery was attempted once when I wasnt home. It required a signature so I rescheduled delivery. However, several days passed and redelivery had never been attempted. I came up to the post office after calling to see where the package was sitting. Upon arriving the staff was friendly and prompt so they redeemed themselves even though I was aggravated about the delivery situation. read more

I was told I can't give the teller an address to mail a package! Are you kidding me!? I have to print a label, so the lady with a nasty attitude can enter the address, then put a scannable bar code on the package! If I could give this post office negative stars I would. read more

If I could give this location NEGATIVE stars, I'd take some away. This is by far the WORST post office that I've experienced in my entire life. I DREAD missing a shipment or having to drop something off, because having to go to this office is truly a PAIN AND HEADACHE. This office has lost several of my packages, forcing me to wait additional days to receive or pick up my package. Customer Service: The customer service is TRASH. They constantly act like they don't want to be there and always have piss poor attitudes. There is one lady in particular, who is always stationed on the far left who has the WORST attitude. If you can avoid her (short, heavyset), do so at ALL costs. She'll ruin your day. Go to the guy if possible. The lines here are ALWAYS long. It really doesn't matter what day or time of the day you go. There's no sweet spot. These people move so slow that the line ends up out of the door into the main lobby. On most days, even holidays, they have a max of two people in the front to assist people, while 3 or 4 other stations sit empty. You would think there would be ALL hands on deck, especially for the holidays or times where there are extremely long waits. This isn't an amusement park. I shouldn't have to be in line for 45 minutes to a hour to pick up or ship something. It's really ridiculous. They have no sense of urgency nor care. Useless to say the least. I really wish I could switch to a different post office. Whenever I move from this area, I'll rejoice, knowing I won't have to deal with this particular post office AGAIN. read more

Came yesterday and they told me to come back at 9am on the dot before the trucks go out. I came on the dot 9am, knocked on the door several times as I have to work. Average post office. A little small. Sometimes the lines are long. They have some cool veteran workers that have been here for years. You can get a passport, a P.O. Box, mail things and purchase money orders here. If you need tape, they'll usually make you buy it, but last time I was here, a sweet woman postal worker gifted me some tape. She said it had been left by another customer earlier. I needed the tape because I had taped my package with duct tape, which is not allowed. I didn't know. I had to rip the duck tape off and re-seal the package. Thank you universe, for not making me buy one of their price gouged rolls. The post office has a lot of rules. Sometimes you learn them at an inconvenient time. Plus one star because the postal worker had mercy on me and rescued me. read more

I've called several times to get help with a missing package. I've talked multiple people and I've yet to get help or locate my package!

THE WORST. There was supposedly an issue with my address so I came to pick up my package as soon as I got the notification. The manager took my name and number and told me to arrive at 9am the following morning, so my shipment was t sent back to China. I arrive promptly at 9, and was greeted with an attitude by the lady at the front desk. I guess her wig wouldn't flat iron this morning so she had THE WORST attitude. Im asking her questions and voicing my concerns and she's rolling her neck and doing all the extra stuff. Then Proceeds to take my name and number YET AGAIN, and says that's "all" she could do. So I'm standing at the mail pickup/caller service door and it's already been another 10 mins and I've rang the bell TWICE. This is ridiculous and we deserve better customer care. read more

I'd hate to lambast this place, because the employees that I've encountered are quite friendly. The PITA issue is the wait, but this is hardly unique to this location. I frequent another post office nearby and get equally frustrated when I'm in a line 10+ deep and see that there's only one person on a register. With generally cheaper shipping costs (for lighter packages) than the competitors, I suck up the wait but if you're in a rush, you may find the time savings at one of the shipping companies' locations more than make up for the few extra dollars you pay to send your stuff. And I have a dirty secret: I sort of enjoy going to the post office, as the experience is a relic from the past that will likely transform into something unrecognizable in my lifetime. But I thought that about bank branches and while they've refreshed their technology, those bad boys are still shockingly around! read more

Dusty and sad are the adjectives of choice for this USPS location. Yes I get it, all post offices have a certain level of "dust" but this one is extra dusty. The employees seemed over worked and ill-equipped to handle the surge of angry mail retrievers/senders standing in line on a Saturday morning. The location is dirty (if you couldn't tell by my use of the adj dusty earlier). Trash in the parking lot, dusty interior, stains on the counter and no pens to use at the check out counters. After my first visit, I wanted to leave 1 star but I had to go back and get another package that my mail dude refused to leave at my front door (not mad at him for that though. Thanks for preventing crime, mail dude). I can tell on my second visit it wasn't quite as dusty and my clerk was super nice. That was also on a Friday afternoon at 4PM. I guess the trick is to go on a random weekday at a random time to avoid the long lines, disgruntled employees and dust fumes. Basically I just described the trick for all USPS locations read more

This place locate on Buford Hwy and its across from Burford Hwy Market as well. It located behind of of he Korean business. When you drive there, you might this this place was shit down but keep driving down a little and you'll see this really big USPS. Come on the weekday bc there's no line. If there is a line then the longest wait is under 5mins. read more

By far the worst customer service experience. My package was missing for 4 weeks. After numerous attempts to come here and track it, I asked to see the supervisor. Black chubby guy. He was of no help at all. He nonchalantly said that my package had "probably " been scanned wrong and to call 800 -usps . He was so unconcerned and acting like I was inconveniencing him. I recently had the BEST customer service from one of the supervisors Tyara this weekend. I had been waiting on a package to arrive for my son's birthday and for whatever reasons it was delayed along the way. On Saturday it didn't arrive in the mailbox, but tracking showed that it had gotten to the post office. I needed it for my son's birthday party on Sunday so by chance I called and reached Tyara after 5pm. I explained the situation and she said she would leave a note for the Amazon people on Sunday and perhaps they would call me and I could come get it. However, an hour later she called me and said she had the package! So I ran over at 7pm on a Saturday to get it. She had been at work since 4am and didn't have to help me, but she did. I was very grateful and was super impressed with her customer service. Thank you Tyara for helping to make my son's birthday special. Hope you get the recognition you deserve for going above and beyond! read more
