My industry tends to buy in bulk and get all of their printing needs from a printer located out of state. For many years, it was just easier to stay with what you know. More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. No job too big or small and the personal touch that this country so sorely needs and misses. Let's give a big finger to the Walmart's and Amazons of the world and keep this country of ours, and jobs, and revenue in the hands of local businesses. You'll just feel better about yourself. Absolutely fabulous. I had a small but very important T-shirt printing job I needed done in a very…read moreshort timeframe. I called all of the big "established" printers in the greater Boston area, and nobody would accommodate the job. "We're too busy," they said. One printer kept insisting to me that the design I had would look "terrible" -- "it'll never work." "Also," he told me, "it'll be so expensive [well over $600 for the $30/piece per-color, per-side, per-effect plate set-up charges for the 29 shirts, two colors, front and back], "it'll cost me over $300, and I won't even have started printing the first shirt." He told me bluntly that "It's not worth it for me to do this job. Maybe if it was 100 shirts, or I had an extra week, it would be worth it for me." In the end, I DID manage to find a shop that told me they could do it -- they farm all their jobs out to their "mother ship" factory somewhere far away -- but with all the per-color etc. plate fees, plus a "rush charge" of $75, the job would cost over $700. Then I discovered Bella Printing. Starting to despair, I called up and spoke with Amber, the owner of the small, charming shop just down Main Street from Woburn Center. Amber was wonderful -- relaxed, professional, and very straightforward. Not only was she willing and able to do the job, but the price was close to half what the "big printers" were charging. "I don't believe in per-plate set up fees," Amber told me. "I think they're just a made-up fee that a lot of printers charge to get more money out of you." The only difference between Bella and anyone else, besides the starkly lower cost and the flexibility, was the fact that Bella's shirt silkscreening process can't accommodate "halftones" -- the conversion of pictures into small dots. My design had areas that I expected to be dots, so I just used an easy Photoshop process to turn the "picture-like" areas into lines of varying widths (Photoshop does this automatically) instead of dots. I got her the artwork, and she called promptly to tell me the lines appeared to be too close together. I modified the lines, resent her the artwork -- and two days later received a box containing SUPERBLY printed shirts, with two colors on the front and THREE colors on the back. Amber made the design look great -- in men's, women's and youth sizes. The shirt quality was fantastic -- nice, thick, 100% cotton Gildan. The shirt color, which Amber helped me spec out, was consistent across all shirts -- perfect. I cannot recommend Bella Printing more. Amber is a small local entrepreneur who simply does it better, faster, and less expensively than anyone else -- and she helped us out of a jam at the same time as she provided us with excellent quality printing. Rest assured, I will be calling Bella first -- for as many of my clothing printing, indoor and outdoor signage, banner needs, decals, etc. as they can handle. To summarize: I may have picked up my order, but OMG does Bella deliver! Bravo to a job beautifully well done, with aplomb to boot. Bella, quite simply, ROCKS.

The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too. Now that I finally have all my belongings, I have inquired about a full refund as I certainly did not receive the service I paid for in the timely manner it was promised. Once again, I have yet to hear back from Bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke and Fed Ex will hear about how poorly customers are treated at a company they are affiliated with.

You want the…read morereassurance that you're in the care of an expert who will apply the media without having the end result resemble that of bubble packaging. More over, you want the confidence you're receiving the highest quality product possible. In light of those traits, Travis delivers on all fronts. Once comprised of a whole team, Travis is currently the sole vendor for Monkey Wraps. How I discovered him was....a long time in the making, actually. See, the quest for upgraded auto-aesthetics originally started way back in 2023. At the time, I was looking to do a total wrap. The price was more than fair for what I was seeking, but it would take some doing saving up the amount needed. So, I sat on the idea for a few years. And then I got an epiphany...from ChatGPT of all places. After some deliberating and image rendering with the bot, I thought to myself, "Self, what if, instead of getting a total wrap, we got highlights? It'd be both cheaper AND quicker." And so it was. With a few adjustments to the shade of green I wanted, I settled on a Gloss Green Envy; which proved to be absolutely perfect for highlight colors. Had it been a total wrap, I'd have gone with more of a dark forest green. But, I digress. In any case, I couldn't really justify putting a total wrap into a depreciating asset. Clearly, this was the better choice. I didn't come up with the idea of applying color to the base rockers until after the first set of media had been ordered (I'm so dumb sometimes). But, no matter. Each job, having been done on two separate visits, took approximately a day with overnight curing. And for those who were curious, a total wrap would have taken 5-7 days. So, yeah...this was better. It took me a while to finally write this review because I needed to bide out the 2 week recommended waiting time for curing to complete before washing my car so that I could take pictures. Needless to say, it was worth the wait. All in all, not a bad way to spend $1.3k if I do say so myself. It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive. And for those wondering why I didn't just go someplace closer like Lifesize Wraps in Manch Vegas, it's mainly due to 3 things.. 1.) They only had like 2 reviews at the time of this one. Whereas Travis' portfolio is immaculate and massive! 2.) I honestly didn't know they existed till after already booking with MW. 3.) I kept thinking about that original quote I got from him years ago. I guess it all just boils down to loyalty. Yeah, the place is hard as $#!@ to find the first time. But there are MW signs pointing you the direction to go if you know to look for them. You'll know you're in the right place once you reach a warehouse looking building with the #11 above and you're standing before a door with an 8 on it. There's even a Ring doorbell so you can communicate with Travis if he's not physically there. He accepts contactless digital payment (of course) and typically requires an initial deposit to get started; usually in the ballpark of $100 or so. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Travis and his amazing talents! So, I'm just gonna wrap this up here (get it? XD) and give Monkey Wraps 5 shiny new Bimmers with Glossy Green highlights beaming down the highway out of 5.

I opted for a full wrap with ppf on top for the bumper which cost about $3.5k. Wrap was clean and seamless and Travis was communicative on post wrap care. Yet another one star review for this place. I went this morning to pick up a package addressed to my husband. The UPS 800 number said it would be no problem as long as I presented an ID with the same address. The clerk said that he couldn't release the package to me. Fine, I understand they are worried about their liability. I'm a lawyer. I get it. The problem? The clerk was incredibly rude. He used a rude tone in addressing me. When I tried to explain the situation, his response, "They were wrong." No assistance, no understanding. Just rudeness. Not only this, but I witnessed him be rude to the customer ahead of me for not having his return package taped. Again, I understand the policy, and the clerk did tape it up for him, but he only did so after chastising the poor guy like a child. I saw another Yelp review about a similar situation and the local owner replied that they usually tape it for you and provide a "friendly reminder." The customer ahead of me did not receive a friendly remind. Given the very bad reviews for the store and the fact that I witnessed the clerk TWICE be rude today, I think this store really needs to revisit its customer service. I'll be sure to go out of my way to avoid this store in the future. Update: As you can see, the owner's response is, once again, rude. First, it was not the fact that the package couldn't be released to me (my husband is the one upset about that). It is the fact that the owner used a nasty tone to say, "I can't release that to you," and then stared at me like I had three heads. Customer service entails being helpful and if you can't be helpful, at least being kind. Second, it clearly wouldn't have mattered if I had identified myself as the recipient's husband (since that still would not have changed my name to his name), so I don't understand why that is relevant. Third, it is pretty noteworthy that within 11 miles of here this UPS Store has the lowest Yelp rating. I don't think my perception of rudeness is simply from getting "an answer that was inconvenient for [me]." Let's do a little math. There are 19 Yelp reviews for this store. 2 of them are for 2 stars. The remaining 17 are for 1 star. I guess a lot of us are getting inconvenient answers. To help the owner out, I think this is actually what he meant his response to my Yelp review to say: "Michael T., I am very sorry that you found me to be rude. It certainly was not my intention to be rude to you or to any of my customers. Unfortunately, I believe the UPS 800 number gave you incorrect information. Company policy prevents me from releasing a package to anyone other than the named recipient. I'm sorry that you were unable to pick up your husband's package on Saturday, but if he is able to come in during store hours, I am happy to release it to him." read more

I had the WORST UPS experience in the Stoneham UPS store during the month of May 2017. I made the terrible mistake of placing a UPS delivery with this store. I placed the UPS delivery order with a little fella with grey hair and bad attitude behind the store counter. The package ended up being put on the wrong truck, not the fault of the store or the little fella. The problem occurred when i went back to the store and asked for assistance in getting a refund approved by UPS over the phone. The little fella just glanced in his computer with a confused look and stated it will be refunded refunded in 2 weeks "check in the mail". I told him i will be overseas for an extended period and a "check in the mail" will not be appropriate for my particular situation. He aggressively resisted my customer request for just crediting my credit card for the shipping charge which UPS already admitted fault and verbally confirmed a refund was due to me over the phone. At that point, he told one waiting customer who walked in after me "it will be a while". To make a long story short, he escalated this refund situation in a very aggressive and combative nature with me. I even asked him who is the customer here??? At that point i felt very uncomfortable with his reaction even felt threatened and I noticed that there were now 6 customers waiting to have this guy make their day as well, so I decided to leave and call UPS again at my home. As i was leaving and approaching the exit door all of the sudden the little fella yells out "Get Out OF HERE". As you can imagine, I was very very very uncomfortable with that type of red faced customer service. I called UPS Corporate to explain this situation and received an email from UPS Corporate along with the UPS Stoneham store the same day offering a credit card refund (no check in the mail) for the shipment amount. If the little fella with grey hair and bad attitude behind the counter just gave me the refund in the first place, all of this time would not have been wasted. No loyal UPS customer should be exposed to this type of poor customer service. I would not even give this store one star. How abut a zero!!! I would advise UPS customers to stay clear of this store. read more

I have been in this store a handful of times with all unpleasant experiences. The owner was just not a friendly, business guy. I avoided for the most part unless I needed. Well yesterday, I needed to parcel a pkg to TX and dreadfully drove here - to my happiness a banner hung claiming under new ownership! Could it be? Sure enough I walked in and said, Can I get an AMEN for the new owner! A very happy faced employee came out with an actual smile on her face! Then the "NEW" owner rushed over to shake my hand and introduce herself, Imagine that! They were beyond helpful and actually offered to retape my box, NO CHARGE! something the previous owner would scowl and just not do. Well after some pleasantries in conversation, I wished them the best - Oh and BTW she offered a AAA discount that was unheard of from other owner. Goodness, she also lives in town and has another UPS store in Wilmington! Best Wishes Nice Lady, see you soon! read more

I was surprised to see such low reviews. That must have been when the store was under the old management. The new owner (I wish I remembered her name - sorry!) is fantastic! I have been going to the UPS store in Stoneham in 2019, and I have never had better service. My company has a box there, and I am use UPS for my personal shipment. They are pros! The owner lost or maybe kept my package back in 2009. Went to court but I believe he bribe the JUDGE at Woburn Court I lost a package valued 1500.00. My recommendation would be stay away post office would be better way. read more

The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too. Now that I finally have all my belongings, I have inquired about a full refund as I certainly did not receive the service I paid for in the timely manner it was promised. Once again, I have yet to hear back from Bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke and Fed Ex will hear about how poorly customers are treated at a company they are affiliated with.

Staples is a great place and has been for years for office supplies office furniture and printing…read more I recently had a dilemma with enlargements I went up to Staples on route one and the girls behind the counter in the printing area assisted me. They did a fabulous job my printing and enlargements came out perfectly I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I also noticed that they started to print T-shirts at a very reasonable price I may go back and get a bunch they would make great giveaways. And as usual is always a good sale going on I Purchased three different color highlighters and saved a bunch I only paid $.99 excellent deal The printing is at a very reasonable price also. This location is an easy one to get to located on route one northbound and has a huge parking lot. The interior of the building is well kept well-stocked and the displays look nice. All in all a great staples.
