I ve been to Staples many, many time. One thing I HATE about it it's the fact that I always have to wait in line even if there's 3 customers the wait is forever (they only have 1 peron at the cash register and their manager (I believe her name is Andrea) doesn't help out at all) ugh! The service is super slow but other than that it's ok

They did a fabulous job my printing and enlargements came out perfectly I'm an extremely satisfied customer. I also noticed that they started to print T-shirts at a very reasonable price I may go back and get a bunch they would make great giveaways. And as usual is always a good sale going on I Purchased three different color highlighters and saved a bunch I only paid $.99 excellent deal The printing is at a very reasonable price also. This location is an easy one to get to located on route one northbound and has a huge parking lot. The interior of the building is well kept well-stocked and the displays look nice. All in all a great staples.

There were 3 people in this place and they all seemed to be busy on this day. They were all wearing masks and by the looks of it they had just cleaned the counter as a preventative covid measure. I can't believe i give a shit about this, but this is where i am at this point as a 50 year old, in great health i might add. I was in need of sending out a sale i had made on ebay, this device was fragile so to speak and Stan the Man made sure it was packaged properly and in good hands / bubble so to speak. I'm not sir if he does this for everyone but i felt like i was the only one that mattered to be honest. I pay attention to details when it comes to how i am treated as a consumer, because one day when i grow up i am going to treat people better than average. The art of conversation is gone, these kids whatever generation they are have lost the ability to hold a conversation and mostly have their heads buried in a phone. So when someone like Stan comes along and makes me feel like more than just a customer, it doesn't go unnoticed. The price was right for the materials he supplied me with, he didn't try to up sell me and i left not feeling taken, like i have in some UPS stores. Fed Ex should hire more guys like this and this store had everything. It was clean, organized and has plenty of parking. What more can you ask for? On a street that looks like Las Vegas had a child Route 1 has seen its share of stores come and go, let's hope this sticks around and the crew that was on board this day does too....

It's funny, because I randomly do not live anywhere remotely near this area, but I was here a year ago, and I thought the same exact thing about the staff. To the point that I actually remember the staff from last year as well. Overall, I think that this store should give a raise to literally all of their employees because if someone can remember employees names from a year later, I think that really says something about the store. I recommend to this place and the quality they bring!

He did such a great job, and I have and will continue to go back to him! He always makes sure that my greeting cards come out looking GREAT! I recently returned with a job of about 500 cards, and mentioned I was hoping for them by the end of the week, (I came in Wednesday). Sure enough he had them by Friday!!! So, yes, his service is top notch, and affordable!!! But more importantly, he always has a smile, is down to Earth, genuine, and super easy to work with. I enjoy catching up and chatting about my latest progress and show him how some of my favorite cards turn out. He has been with me from my from the very beginning, and now, as my small local greeting card business is growing, I am SOOO glad I found such a great person to work with right around the corner! Dominic and Minit-Print have been amazing to work with! Five stars for sure. Heidi MadeByMEphotos.com

I am a firm believer of shopping local, Minuteman press of Malden is one of those places that makes…read moreyou happy they exist. My industry tends to buy in bulk and get all of their printing needs from a printer located out of state. For many years, it was just easier to stay with what you know. More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. No job too big or small and the personal touch that this country so sorely needs and misses. Let's give a big finger to the Walmart's and Amazons of the world and keep this country of ours, and jobs, and revenue in the hands of local businesses. You'll just feel better about yourself. Happy 4th people.....

Flash Print has often surprised and delighted me-- going above and beyond my expectations and even…read moremy hopes. A few months ago, for example, I brought in a foam core poster board to ask IF they could cut some small amount off each side...the only shop that had told me they could definitely do the job was quite some distance away. The Flash Print tech on duty kindly said she believed she could do the work, since the poster was not too thick/dense-- and she did! Which saved me *hours* of traveling that day. Another time, I brought in a page or two to be copied-- and was not charged, even though another kindly staff person did all the work-- not me. And once, FlashPrint was the only copy center open when I needed some copies made. ...Also, each time I've gone in (even when Halloween was not in sight), there's been a bowl of bite-sized treats for customers to take one free: a sweet treat for completing some bothersome task, so I've felt happily *rewarded* for being productive, too, on leaving their shop...in fact, my tummy always leaps for joy, in anticipation, as I've headed down the stairs and seen the bowl of treats awaiting me. So Thanks again for EVERYTHING, Flash Print!
