First impression wasn't great as the printers looked like they haven't been wiped down since they were purchased 10 years ago and carpet was full of stains. Had a QR return, so the guy at the counter scanned and as he he was processing the return, an older lady with braids came around from the back after hanging up a call on her cellphone and said "You're gonna have to pay $1 for him to tape that for you" I've never been charged at any other franchise. Then while I'm waiting for my bag to get taped, an elderly woman is asking for help making a copy and instead of helping. The same lady standing behind the counter, 3 ft away, yelled at the woman the instructions on how to make a copy instead of just helping her. Other franchises are way cleaner and helpful. I only spent a dollar, but I'd rather spend more on the gas to go to a store that wants to help their customers instead of making you feel like a bother read more

They are supposed to open at 8 which is very convenient but they always open late. They do not have a self checkout. There is always only one person working. He is always rude and always looking for a reason not to take your package. He is very quick to just say call Amazon or whatever company you are trying to ship to. I watch other customers get denied in line for simple things I have seen other stores help with. I have had my QR code "not work" at this store, went to another and it worked fine. The only reason I'm forced to come here is because they are one of the only ones open at 8. I don't recommend coming exactly at 8 or coming to this store at all if you can avoid it. They really need to work on their customer service or just put a self service drop off in so we can just skip the interaction all together. read more

Your male employee is still incredibly rude and would have sent my package back without a ticket which would have ended up getting lost but, thanks for the excuse you made. SMH The line is out the door and there are two people in the back working on other things. The young man in the swim shorts was very rude and when my phone wouldn't pull the code to return up, he told me I had bad internet from my cell provider. I went to my car and saw that they have guest WiFi. I had asked about it and just said it's my cell service. I logged into Petco's WiFi to get the code. He also put two items in one bag and when I pulled the code to return it, he just stared at me. He acted so inconvenienced to help me. I had to ask him to find the shirt. He was annoyed and slapped the sticker on the bag. When I got the other return code I had to wait in the line again. He didn't even say hello, the woman in the pic taped my bag shut and I said thank you. They said nothing, so I said "you're welcome." And he said, have a nice day. The line was still out the door and the woman wasn't helping the other people. Why she taped my bag is beyond me. Another customer in line said, "they're so rude here" as I walked out. I agree. Computer use? I came to this store which I try to avoid anything to do with around this area. I've only been to this location twice and service continues to be as crappy as the first time I came back in 2023. I learned my lesson now and I'm not coming back. Service is just the same as 3 years ago because same crappy employees continue to run this business. I stepped into the store to drop off my items that I had selected to drop off at this location without a label or box needed just because it was the closest at the time. However, it got very busy quickly. 2 employees in the front and apparently one in the back but the only person attending is a rude young black guy who apparently has a record of being rude. He has absolutely zero customer service and Tony "business owner" as referred by rude guy doesn't differ much from him. I argued that I wasn't supposed to pay for any shipping and the rude guy explained nothing but that I had to pay. I had selected myself to drop off my items at this location because it was the most convenient at the time and I didn't have to print a label or box my items and I was not supposed to pay for any shipping. The guy said it was because he had to print the label so I explained that I didn't need a label. I asked to speak to a higher position person and rude guy said Tony is the owner. I explained to Tony about the whole situation which honestly $4.13 don't keep me from sleeping but my issue was that I wasn't supposed to pay for this. I can only imagine the crap they get away with because people don't speak up. I agreed to pay for it and spoke to Amazon. Typically I don't put reviews on stores I visit, but this is one location I go to at least once a week. I notice a lot of the reviews here that are one star are from a couple of the customer's I have witnessed being rude and berating the staff. Not surprised to see them come to yelp to slander the employees because they weren't treated like royalty or rules of postage weren't bent by their entitled requests. This store stays pretty busy but its hit or miss as to whether the line is going to be out the door right when they open or you can walk right up to the register. Tony has helped me with many notary needs over the last several years and is very affordable. When it comes to mailing packages, some times it is expensive and they always are honest with what the cost is going to be. I have taken some packages in the past to USPS and found the cost to be the same or more expensive going that route. Currently I am working with Amazon for a review contract and find myself having to send back 10-15 packages every week and they are always helpful with the codes, making sure the items correctly are accounted for. I have tried other routes such as Kohls, Staples, but always prefer to use UPS because the job gets done fast regardless of having to wait in line. They are patient with me pulling up each code regardless of the line that always forms behind me. Any issue I have with my returns is always fixed and refunded since I keep the return slips they provide after the transaction. I have had that issue a couple times and had no problem being refunded. One thing I do like about this company is the family dynamic. Despite the entitled Karens that show up every now and then and try to argue about how the rules shouldn't apply for them, the staff handles them bluntly and honestly. I was a manager for many years and I know all too well that the customer isn't always right and they can certainly take their business elsewhere if they think being unkind to service personelle is okay. They always have your best dollar and interest at heart and if you are kind as well, they will always make sure to give you the best service. read more

Arrived 10mins before closing. The staff member at the counter was super customer service oriented and let me know that he needed my return code to process my return. I was able to pull it up on my email and then he instantly scanned. I packaged up the return, taped it, and gave it to him. This literally took 3 minutes. It was quick and easy. I will surely come back to this store again. The other store charged me $1 for tape so I brought my own tape this time. This store didn't mention that I needed to pay for taping the return up. I had a great experience here with an Amazon return. Returns aren't fun for anyone really. I usually dread going to anywhere outside of an Amazon hub for a return cause I figure employees probably hate it or us which is understandable cause it's something they have to do on top of their real job. worse UPS store, they lost our package and told us to make a claim we have made 5 claims for a lost package and they still haven't reimburse us for losing our package, we have call the store multiple times and they do nothing to help us and just keep giving us phone numbers that when we do call they say the same thing the store say we cannot help, please call this number and all they do is gives a round around without actually helping, they lose a package and they clean their hands like it is not their problem. we have also tried reaching out using their social media to get help and they never respond back, so much for customer service and actually helping people not lose their package or reimburse them for losing the package. read more

Do not set this location as an access point to pick up UPS packages. I had been tracking a delivery for an iPad, and this morning I received a notification that it was delivered at 10:24am. Shortly after 4pm, I go to pick up the item, only to be told that they don't have my package. After a short while trying to locate my package, I begin to call UPS, only then does the employee tell me that his co-worker/UPS guy (not sure who) has the package and accidently took it home, likely because we share the same last name. So a few minutes later, the guy that took my package arrives with with it, the outer package had been opened and taped back together. I'm sure that if I hadn't gone today, he would have kept the ipad. Moral of the story, save your time and have packages delivered at home, you run the same risk of having your packages stolen if have them delivered here. The package has my name, my address, and says to hold for customer pick up. I'm really unsure how he could have missed this...and once opened when he noticed the package wasn't t his, he could have returned it, but choose not to. read more

I was denied printing services because of the labels I was trying to print were not from UPS. I worked at UPS when I was younger I know for fact this is not a policy. This is my last time at this site. I make it a practice to patronize small businesses, when possible. I've used this location on previous occasions, a bit suspicious of the young man working the cash register but nothing alarming. He appears to always have a difficult time with certain transactions- mailing packages. Today, I was on my way to Starbucks and decided at the last minute to go in, and mail two packages. One local and the other in a different city. To my surprise, they were $3.00 each. I mailed the same items, out of state at USPS for $1.66, the previous week. It wasn't until he placed the postage on both packages that he gave me my costs, not before but after. Had he told me, I would not have mailed them from there. When I asked him why, this is his exact response " I added extra weight because they were thick, and we charge extra because we're doing a service for the Post Office." The volume of people that come in here with with equipment for cable companies or the returns for Amazon besides the postal needs of everyone, ...they stay professional and with the utmost respect for all the customers.
