I come in here all the time. They have the best customer service. The volume of people that come in here with with equipment for cable companies or the returns for Amazon besides the postal needs of everyone, ...they stay professional and with the utmost respect for all the customers. They don't give any type of attitude and the keep such a calm demeanor. To deal with that amount of people everyday is hard in customer service. Customer service was good here. Their PC was down for use and I had something printed from an email here. I had to email the document to the actual store email. I then had that document emailed off again. Pricing seemed a bit excessive ($9) for printing and emailing a few documents. Overall though I completed the task that I needed. read more

I have used this place before but this last one is why I m giving it. Bd review- I shipped a box out and it never reached the destination- The UPS store here acknowledges that they sent the package out- I have been in contact with Marvin and Mr. Williams since 2/6/2020. The package was sent on 1/27/2020 and today I called left a message for Mr. Williams to call me back. We have left messages on 2/6 2/18 3/19 and now on 5/22. The last time I spoke with Mr Williams he did say we should be getting a refund of $50.00. I hope they keep their promise. Right now I am not a happy UPS Spring Valley Store client. read more

Giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly, but I'm sorry $36 for a 16 page FAX?! Apparently they want one sell to pay for the a landline and an entire box of paper. One may wonder who faxes still, right? Well when another company offshore doesn't know how to spell emails out accurately, then the only other option is old school fax. This is the closest UPS store from my pad in San Diego and has saved my ass on numerous occasions when I needed help getting stuff sent out to meet important deadlines. Especially when it comes down to getting faxes sent out. The best part about this place are the people that work here, I've been coming to this spot in for a while and each time I come in, I get nothing but awesome service. It doesn't matter who is working there, but these guys are always in a good mood, having fun, and are super helpful. In fact, today there was a real mean old lady treating them like crap, but they still did their job with a smile and with no attitude. This location does not know how to scan a barcode for Amazon into a label and Tony asked me to pay .50 cents per label. I am a small business and returning many packages that would result on $5 of labels printing due to his incompetence. Usually got to la Mesa UPS store and have absolutely no problems. Ups had to do an investigation to locate my package about a month after I shipped the package at this particular location. So you may be wondering, why the five stars? The five stars is for the ease of doing international shipping with william. He walked me through the whole process and got me the shipping supplies that I needed too. I was in and out in no more than five minutes. When I called ups customer service about the package being lost some of them were irate to even help me. But this location always had a positive attitude no matter what I came in for. That's great customer service in my opinion! read more

My daughter got some expensive new shoes from Amazon and they were the wrong size. Amazon sent a return label that wasn't complete. TONY ( Store Owner) stepped in and made a new return label and solved the problem , we thought! Several weeks later Amazon is sending emails they never got the shoes? Saw TONY and he did a search. Found out the routers, not TONY, put the shoes on the wrong truck and they had NO IDEA where they went! TONY immediately opened a CASE, LOST ITEM SEARCH. After a month no luck in finding the missing shoes....... Let me repeat, THIS WAS NOT TONY'S FAULT. He got approval from the company to issue a check for the cost of the shoes plus the shipping cost. I came in a few days ago to drop off a few packets and Fidel was working by himself but he was doing a great job. He was working efficiently and quickly and he even involves himself in the conversation the customer started with him. He answered all my questions and he even helped me sort everything out. He was very sweet, super nice and he was very patient with me. If I could give more that 5 stars I definitly would. This is definitely going to be my go-to UPS store from now on. I had an unpleasant experience when I went in one afternoon. I was one of three people in the store, and was looking for some help with a package that was apparently delivered to me but never made it. The employee I interacted with, didn't even want to listen to me past me saying, "A package was suppose to be delivered to me today...". He gave me the UPS Customer Service number, and told me to call them. I tried to explain to him that I already tried that, and was wondering if maybe he could help in another way. He completely refused to hear anymore and waved the next customer to come up. Terrible service. It wasn't until I went to the Spring Valley location, that I was helped out. Even though it wasn't the solution I wanted, at least he gave me more than a number. Will not be returning here again. read more

Just thought I would put a good review in for the staff working there at this UPS store. I didn't get their names but it was two gentlemen working. Both were very helpful, this was my first time visiting a UPS store and needing help with packing and shipping a gift. I would normally pack it my self and send it to the post office but I had no idea how to package this gift. These guys were awesome in helping me out. While I was waiting, I noticed that they greeted their customers and also seem to remember their customers and ask them about their kids or mom or job. That was nice to see. Just great service here.
