    Terrible Mail delivery. Our mail carrier mis delivers mail almost everyday. Mail carrier needs to be removed from route.

Never had any issues. The owner, Ray, is here every day helping out, and he's just as friendly as the rest of the crew. I came here to leave a positive review because they let me in quickly a minute after closing! I was surprised to see some people complaining about the staff. Like... really? Sure, it gets a little hectic during rushes, but let's be real--some customers can be straight-up Karens too. People need to slow down a little these days. Anyway, highly recommend this spot. When I gave the woman my debit card, she stated there's a .50 fee. I asked why as I've never been before. NO explanation was given, and she was quite rude in her behavior! Since I had no cash I had no choice. Over the last 2 years I have never been charged this fee. I'm not a big fan of merchants that do. Anyway I sent a email directed toward the Owner inquiring about this, and as of Tuesday night, no response. I won't be returning ever again! I'll just go down the street and take my business to the Postal Annex by Ralph's. As I stated in my email, it's not about the .50 it was about not providing me an explanation, and the rudeness. Thanks MPP! You've lost a long-standing loyal customer!

    Great visit. Came in to return an Amazon item. Scanned my return code on the self service kiosk…read more Packaged my return up in the cellophane bag provided at the store. Affixed the return label to my return in the cellophane bag. Walked my packaged and labeled return to the front counter, ahead of the long customer line, and placed in the returns bin next to the counter. All of this done in 3-4mins. Excellent visit. They have postal boxes for rent here. They also have wide format and construction plans/blueprints printing at this great location.

    I went in to return two Amazon items. For one, I had already packaged it and printed the label…read moremyself. For the other, I used the QR code option where the store prints and packages it for you. I only received one receipt, but I assumed it was because of the difference in return methods, so I didn't think much of it at the time. A few days later, I noticed I had only received a refund for one item--the one where they scanned the QR code and packaged it. I called the store to check on the second return. The person I spoke with was kind, but I felt like I wasn't getting a clear answer. She advised me to file a claim with UPS, which I did, only to find out that there was no record of the package at all--it had never been scanned into the system. That tells me the package was likely misplaced before it ever left the store. Also no manager was able to help with this situation which is frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, drop off at a UPS store. I understand mistakes happen, but I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do and that I should contact Amazon for a refund. I hope the store takes extra care to ensure that all returns are properly scanned and that every customer receives a receipt for each package, regardless of the return method. It might also help to have more staff because every time I visit, there are usually only two employees working with a long line, which might be the reason my package was not properly taken care of. RESPONSE TO "OWNER": I dropped off two return packages at your location on the same day but only received a receipt for one of them. The tracking number I provided was the one I received -- for the package that was scanned and returned properly. The second package was never scanned, and I was never given a receipt for it. That's precisely the issue. I did everything I was supposed to do: I brought both packages to your store and handed them over at the counter. So if one package was processed and the other was not, that indicates it was misplaced at your location -- not an error on my part. I even asked if the cameras could be checked, but was told that wasn't possible. I don't need a receipt thanks to Amazon solving the issue and being able to refund me the money that was due to your fault, UPS. It's important to recognize that this was not a case of an incorrect tracking number or failure to drop off the package. The mistake happened after I left it in your care. The owner changed their response twice to my review -- the first was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate, and while I appreciate the second response being a bit more respectful, I can't help but find it unprofessional that two people responded so differently to my negative experience at this UPS store.
