I've been a customer of Mail Services Plus for 14 years, and have been through three owners since first patronizing this mail services business. The current owners are some of the nicest and helpful people I've ever met. They do their best to accommodate their customers and always have a smile on their faces whenever I come in. I don't know where the closest private mail services location is to this one, but they're a great alternative to going to your local post office, FedEx, or UPS location and they service all three of those mail/package carriers. I liked going here because it is not a chain store, however the service and horrible attitude made me look for a new place to give my business to . I only been here once when I needed to get some stuff stamped/sign by an official notary and yeah maybe not the friendliest atmosphere but I was asked what I needed and it got done right away, didn't have to wait or make small talk and that is fine with me. I went there because I needed copies. A Korean man did my copies. I believe he is probably the owner (most likely). I explained how I needed my copies. He did them wrong, he was rude to me, and he charged me for the copies that he did wrong. This is completely unacceptable. As an owner, you should be respectful and polite to the customers that are supporting your business. I'm a polite and respectful customer. Due to the convenience of location, I went there a couple of times. I faced the same issues: rudeness, attitude, and poor customer service. I never went back there again. read more

My son's dropped the package then she came out to talked to me I couldnt understand her. I explained my side over all she's rude and talks under her breath while I'm explaining. The BEST! I ship all my packages from this place. Buy all my boxes & postal supplies here too. But you can also have a PO box here, use a computer, send & receive faxes, make copies and buy other cool stuff. Mr & Mrs Choi are wonderful folks too. I highly recommend them. The asian man and woman who run the place are rude. I thanked them for their services, but they didn't even speak in return. They only spoke enough to tell me my total.
