This is my account since switching to Adriana's Insurance from Bristol West…read more So, I was involved in a vehicle accident at the time that I had Bristol West' motor vehicle Insurance. Although I was paid up in full at the time of the accident, Bristol West denied that I was paid and therefore claimed that I had no insurance. My license was suspended and I was forced to pay for an SR22 as well as paying higher insurance rates as a direct consequence of this mishap. After researching Bristol West, I found that Bristol does this to many of their clients. "AFTER SWITCHING TO ADRIANA'S" So, I switched to Adriana's and I am so ESTATIC that I did. For one, I absolutely and give thanks to my agent, "KARYME". She works in the Escondido location. One look around and you can tell that she is in high demand as an agent, and I can absolutely see why. She is just incredible. Our insurance plan was supposed to end up being more expensive but is was actually lowered. Its about 20.00 CHEAPER now than it was before switching. And this is after having to pay for both insurance, and an SR22 policy on myself, together. All the while, still retaining the same insurance plan and amount of coverage. I feel genuinly SAFE and SECURE with my agent karyme and with Adriana's in whole. As long as she's my agent I will never switch to another insurance company again. Which is a HUGE DEAL to me. It's nice knowing that your back is really covered in times like these. Switching to Adriana's feels like a breath of fresh air. Not only did Karyme really know her material, she also genuinely goes out on a limb to save you money. Not only that but to me the best part is that she she is very personable. She truly cares. She really makes you feel welcome, as if you were a friend that she's known for decades. She makes you feel like less of a client and more like family. I don't know about other people's experiences with other agents, but I can say that my experience, with my agent, in this company has been nothing short of phenomenal in every area. If you're in the Escondido area and need insurance then I'd absolutely head to Adriana's and ask for Karyme. And if you see this, thank you for making this part of my life easier and secure.

I have always been reluctant when it comes to shopping for car insurance. It is one of those tasks…read morethat I put off even when it is needed. I found Freeway Insurance and after contacting the office I was connected with Neyceh Corona. I was introduced to the plans which suited my needs and given the opportunity to think carefully on what my choice would be. I feel that Neyceh gave me an outline for what I was shopping for and solutions. I was never feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Finding service like this is something I have always appreciated and feel that good communication and service in business should be rewarded. My business with Freeway Insurance has moved me to relay my satisfaction to others. My new car insurance policy is tied to an experience and I would like to thank Freeway Insurance and at the East Plaza Blvd office and Neyceh for making my choice a good one.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with American Tri-Star Insurance Services has…read morebeen frustrating beyond belief. Initially, I had a great agent who was responsive and helpful, but after he left the company, the quality of service took a sharp decline. For months, I have been trying to obtain basic documentation and loss runs necessary to secure coverage elsewhere. Instead, I've received nothing but delays, excuses, and vague responses. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, both VP and CEO have consistently given me the runaround, offering no solutions or meaningful follow-up. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially in an industry where timely communication and documentation are critical. I would caution anyone considering this company. If you ever need to transition coverage or require support beyond the bare minimum, you may find yourself in the same nightmare scenario. I needed to renew my business umbrella coverage and I reached out to the VP to assist me with this and, long story short, my insurance expired and he didn't care to reach back out to me until I started looking around for coverage elsewhere. Hopefully I will get the loss/runs reports I'm missing soon- I have sent 3 emails requesting them and no reports yet.
