We called to add a third vehicle to our policy but instead they moved one of the original vehicles onto a separate policy with the new vehicle. This made 2 separate policies with 2 separate payment dates without me knowing initially. Every month they said that they would combine the policies but failed to do so unbeknown to me. So I'm paying thinking all three vehicles are covered just to find out that one of the coverages had lapsed for months! I had already asked to speak to the owner to no avail but since the issues continued I demanded this time. To say her behavior was unbecoming of Any Professional would be an understatement! As I'm explaining my experience with her staff, she said something like, looky here Honey! After she gathered her senses, she assured me that she would rectify the issue and they explained that the employee that was previously handling my account was no longer with the company. If I wasn't fighting for my life and trying to walk again I would have still left. I still should've left the First Time! Because I didn't they continued to say they'll combine my policies the next month so I pay the new amount then they said, even though you paid the amount of your policies combined we're only applying that to 2 vehicles not 3 and we'll give you a credit for those 2 vehicles for the next month! Ruben took the wrong account number on 9/27/17 and so the payment obviously did not go through. I realized a week later in my bank statement there was no charge from allste. My bill was due on 9/28/17. So I spoke to Dulce manager from B st and Broadway (my agent office) and I explained to her what had happened and for the payment not going through because of Rubens mistake now I have to pay the next month of October toguether with Aprils bill. Because I got taken off the easy pay plan and now mt account is unactive and the penalty for the payment not going through on time or before due date I have to pay two months in one payment. Where in the world will I get $200.00 in one month for car insurance when I have two little babies. Dulce the manager said there is nothing they can do because the new cycle already started. So then I called corporate office and spoke to a lady named Karen from pres nb Illinois on 10/12/17 And she was no help either, I explained to her it was Rubens mistake for not taking the right account number and so Karen said she could call me back to do some reseach first. Ive Happy with his agency and his services for the last 15 years. Only files some small claims (windshield) but he always watches them to make sure they are going smoothly. Every time Been very satisfied. In and out in minutes. When you get the Mexican insurance they walk you thru the process and it's reasonably priced. They also have drive thru windows and that was the only option last week. Took me about 5 minutes to renew my registration and the cost was about 30 dollars. Tips - make sure to bring all your paperwork including proof of insurance. This time I needed my old registration, proof of insurance and renew paperwork from the DMV. This is a one stop shop for all your needs. I always call ahead to find out how busy they are. Fun fact that will probably only interest me - they have the cheapest water refill station in the US at only .15 cents a gallon. This is useful if your taking a trip to Mexico and need water reinforcements.

I moved locations more inland and needed to have proof of insurance before signing my lease. Nothing was spoken about a change in policy or price increase. The following month I was charged $859. I called immediately and Dan said I would receive my money back, I never did. I followed up a week or so later as I didn't receive a refund. I received a small credit of $250 back. I was taken advantage of here, by simple business negligence. Insurance companies are to inform of price changes on insurance with a 30 day notice. I received no communication and they got a nice bonus off me!
