Be careful here. Staff are not helpful and they are too expensive. They charge $1 a stamp (instead of .72 per stamp). They sold my mother 100 stamps for a tidy profit of $24. They did not tell her they were charging more per stamp. I asked if she could return them and they said no. read more

I was on the hunt for a notary public, FedEx has decided to only offer Zoom notary public service and the FedEx employee didn't even know how it really worked himself. So I started phoning and I found that this location did have a notary public available so I took off walking. It was a bit further than I thought but I did manage to get what I needed and the notary was very nice and we completed the process quickly, the only surprise to me is that the charge for notarization is now $15 per signature. read more

The MOST amazing thing just happened. I showed up at 8:00am (I thought they opend at 8:00am) with an Amazon return, but...they don't open until 8:30am. I was just leaving when an employee walked up and took my return and said she could do it for me. I thought I needed to buy a mailer and she said no, it can be return just as is. If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would. Avoid this place and just go elsewhere. Staff member was extremely rude and impatient. I told her I had 2 packages with separate tracking but she kept cutting me off and saying "but there's only 1 tracking" and when I tried to show her the second tracking, she grew impatient and stormed off. Amazing professionalism, I've seen better at McDonald's . In addition, they didn't even know where the package was and then charged me $10 for UPS access point for 2 packages. No where did it state I was going to be charged for this on the merchant's site or in the email. For a family owned business, you'd think they'd treat their customers better. read more

This has been my neighborhood spot for 10+ years. Covid sucks no one is entirely happy, but when I'm out I don't want to add to the misery. I try my best. I went yesterday to ship a package with a prepaid fed ex label my sister sent me. When I showed it to the lady on my phone she abruptly said it will be 2$ to print the page because toner costs money. ($2 for a label fed ex already paid for, times are rough but gauging your neighbors?) I obliged and she was startled cuz she really DID NOT want to help me and it was obvious from my initial hello. I started small talk asked if the couple that owned the place from years ago still had it - she was abrupt and rude so I stopped talking. Covid is one is horrible. I get it. We gotta be grateful employees and people man - patient and pleasant. She ruined my day. Services are horrible there now. Wish the same family peeps owned it. read more

I did a walk in notary here last week and the lady was really nice and helpful. She stayed behind for us which was really sweet of her. It was a really quick process and easy. I appreciate that they'll take the time to help me box items up, ensure that everything is safely and securely packaged, and then work with me on finding the best, cheapest shipping option. I've had to purchase some of the cards that they have before shipping, and I like the selection of items. I can usually find something that's a good fit for the occasion, and the prices are right. The fact that they have pens handy, so that I can scribble out a hasty (but totally heartfelt and poetic) note is a plus, too. Ugh I'm so illiterate when it comes to adulting. I went in to this shop yesterday with my passport renewal paperwork and pretty much had everything wrong. Thanksfully Morella (spelling?) was there to assist me. She had me fix the blue ink on my paperwork and also took a new photo of me since mine was printed on a piece of paper haha. Not sure ya'll done this process before but I had no idea what I was doing. I was told they are full service for passport services here which was super helpful and I am grateful for them. I am 70 years old, dragged a 55 lb box into Postal Annex and put it on their counter with a pre paid label. I asked for a receipt from the owner and he told me it would be $.50. I asked him if he was serious because I have never been charged for a receipt to which he got quite indignant and said yes and pushed my box back towards me. He then said he couldn't take the box since the label wasn't attacked all the way around with tape. He was so nasty at this point walking away from me that I picked up the box and left. I have never encountered such rudeness from a local store and will find other FedEx drop offs. During a time when we all need kindness it was so disappointing to see his anger. Possibly his business is hurting due to the pandemic and frustration overwhelms him? Not a great experience to say the least. read more
