Great service!!! Easy and friendly staff Will go back every time I need shipping !!!!!!!! read more

This spot has become my go-to for anything shipping, printing, or mailbox-related. The staff here is consistently friendly, patient, and actually helpful--not just going through the motions. I had a few questions about the best way to ship a package, and they walked me through all the options without rushing me, which I really appreciated. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Whether you need packing supplies, printing services, or a secure mailbox, everything is laid out clearly and easy to find. You can tell they run a tight operation. What really stands out is the convenience. Compared to USPS, the experience here is just smoother--shorter lines, quicker service, and more flexibility with services like packaging, notifications, and access. It saves time and removes a lot of the usual hassle. Pro tip: If you're trying to avoid long waits and want a more streamlined experience, this is a solid alternative to USPS. Definitely worth the extra convenience. read more

Had a really great experience at this UPS! Rupa was incredibly helpful! I will definitely be back

Every week my wife and I order, and thus, return things from Amazon. And every week, we're greeted with smiles and friendly service. They are always patient, regardless of the number of returns or complications they involve. Harold, Angie & Victoria know what they're doing, and always help expedite the process, be it a return or shipping. read more

I was excited to have a UPS Store right next to my office, but my experience here has been frustrating due to inconsistent information and poor customer service. Last Friday I came in with two Amazon returns ready to go and was told they could not print a return label for me. While standing in the store, I changed the return method in the Amazon app to a no-label option at a different location. As I was finishing up the changes, another employee then approached and said they absolutely could print labels, which was confusing since I had just been told the opposite. Today I returned with printed labels and the original box containing two unused, unopened items, with a box and label, exactly as instructed by the Amazon app. Anggie told me the return could not be accepted unless I now purchased bubble wrap packaging. These items were originally shipped to me without bubble wrap, and this requirement was never mentioned during my first visit. Unfortunately, Anggie was also quite rude during the interaction. The inconsistent information and attitude made what should have been a very simple Amazon return unnecessarily impossible. read more

Nothing but positive experiences with this UPS store. I have recently started a small business, and the owner of the store, Rapan, has been tremendously helpful finding me the best rates and providing excellent customer service. The convenience of the location is a plus for downtown, but the staff is what brings me back! Highly recommend. read more

Had a really good experience at this UPS Store sending a birthday package to my aunt! They packed everything up really carefully, and the staff were super helpful the whole time. It was Comic-Con week so the place was packed, but they still got me in and out fast -- didn't feel like I was waiting around forever. Great service, would definitely come back here again! read more

I had a last-minute notary request over the weekend and this UPS Store absolutely saved me. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient even though I came in stressed and short on time. They made the whole process quick and easy and treated me with kindness the entire time. It's hard to find customer service this good nowadays. I'm genuinely grateful for their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing reliable service, especially in a pinch. read more

This UPS STORE continues to suck several years later. In fact the decline of service here is almost unbelievable. Broken registers, employees with zero customer service capabilities, overcharging for a simple piece of tape, filthy, disorganized, I mean you name it and this place has it. You are far better off taking the time to drive out of downtown to use another mail service regardless of how much time it takes as it is 100% worth the effort to avoid this disgusting place or "business". read more

always awesome service. nice staff clean place AND they give out treats thank you so much I love this UPS store.

Harold, Victoria, and Anggie were all wonderful! The customer service was outstanding!

TERRIBLE !!! They constantly lose packages. Tracking number showed delivered, had to sped 30 minutes arguing with them so the lady that works there would agree and check the back only to find my package !! DO NOT use this place read more

Excellent customer service. I use this UPS location frequently and they have always been friendly and oriented to assist the customer.

Feb 3rd, 2025. I had an extremely urgent passport appointment at 8:30 AM, and rolled into the store around 8:10 AM needing documents printed. I wish I remembered the name of the young woman helping me, but she immediately sprung to action. She was quick, informative, helpful, and kind. She could tell I was stressed, but her helpfulness calmed me down with assurance I'd get my things done in time. Very grateful for her quick help and kindness. read more

Really disappointed with my experience here. Had a simple printing job that I processed online. The whole thing was supposed to make it easy for you to just pick it up when it's ready. Got a notification the next day that it's ready for pick up but upon reaching the store, they said they weren't able to print it because "the person in charge of printing" wasn't there....? Doesn't make any sense to me because the order says it's completed. I was told to come back on a Sunday instead. I wasn't able to come back on that day but tried my chance again to go on another day. They told me the same thing! So frustrating that apparently "this person" is only there on Sundays and that no body else in the store can help out with a simple printing job. Total waste of time and made the whole online printing useless. Good thing I don't need this print out urgently but imagine if you need something asap, only to be told to wait for days before they can get it printed. If you need some printing service, just support a mom&pop shop instead of UPS. read more

What a great location! We've been buying and unfortunately returning a lot of items related to our new downtown condo. This store being 3 blocks from our place, can't be more convenient for those pesky Amazon returns. For downtown they've for great business hours and of course the service, amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Walking in and being greeted with a smile, it's been too long since that's happened. Almost worth visiting for that alone. Smile, UPS loves you! read more

When dropping off packages, I would opt not to do so at this location. They act like they're doing you a favor when in reality they make a commission from UPS for intaking the package. The employee was very rude and they'll charge you for taping the package if it is open so ensure that your box is taped and ready to go. They told me I can buy tape taped up despite dozens of open rolls of tape right there and it would only need one to two pieces to close. Small businesses need to watch their overhead but the way this women' screamed was insane lol it's tape. No other UPS store has ever behaved that way and I drop off dozens of packages. read more

Do not get passport photos taken at this store! The only nice thing I can say is that they helped me right away. However, I was unable to retake the photo even though my face was not clearly lit and when I received my photos, one has cuts all over the inside of the 2x2 area and the other has splotches of ink all over my face. I was able to use only one photo because the clerk helping me process the form taped it down (the one with the cuts) and am left with a second, unusable photo I need. I wish I had gone elsewhere and if I hadn't been in a rush, I probably would have gone to a diff place to retake it, which I will have to do since I need that second photo. They should have offered a refund upon printing and cutting (or mangling) these passport photos. read more
