I was excited to have a UPS Store right next to my office, but my experience here has been frustrating due to inconsistent information and poor customer service. Last Friday I came in with two Amazon returns ready to go and was told they could not print a return label for me. While standing in the store, I changed the return method in the Amazon app to a no-label option at a different location. As I was finishing up the changes, another employee then approached and said they absolutely could print labels, which was confusing since I had just been told the opposite. Today I returned with printed labels and the original box containing two unused, unopened items, with a box and label, exactly as instructed by the Amazon app. Anggie told me the return could not be accepted unless I now purchased bubble wrap packaging. These items were originally shipped to me without bubble wrap, and this requirement was never mentioned during my first visit. Unfortunately, Anggie was also quite rude during the interaction. The inconsistent information and attitude made what should have been a very simple Amazon return unnecessarily impossible. read more

This UPS STORE continues to suck several years later. In fact the decline of service here is almost unbelievable. Broken registers, employees with zero customer service capabilities, overcharging for a simple piece of tape, filthy, disorganized, I mean you name it and this place has it. You are far better off taking the time to drive out of downtown to use another mail service regardless of how much time it takes as it is 100% worth the effort to avoid this disgusting place or "business". read more

Feb 3rd, 2025. I had an extremely urgent passport appointment at 8:30 AM, and rolled into the store around 8:10 AM needing documents printed. I wish I remembered the name of the young woman helping me, but she immediately sprung to action. She was quick, informative, helpful, and kind. Really disappointed with my experience here. Had a simple printing job that I processed online. The whole thing was supposed to make it easy for you to just pick it up when it's ready. Got a notification the next day that it's ready for pick up but upon reaching the store, they said they weren't able to print it because "the person in charge of printing" wasn't there....? Doesn't make any sense to me because the order says it's completed. I was told to come back on a Sunday instead. I wasn't able to come back on that day but tried my chance again to go on another day. They told me the same thing! So frustrating that apparently "this person" is only there on Sundays and that no body else in the store can help out with a simple printing job. Total waste of time and made the whole online printing useless. Good thing I don't need this print out urgently but imagine if you need something asap, only to be told to wait for days before they can get it printed. If you need some printing service, just support a mom&pop shop instead of UPS. read more

What a great location! We've been buying and unfortunately returning a lot of items related to our new downtown condo. This store being 3 blocks from our place, can't be more convenient for those pesky Amazon returns. For downtown they've for great business hours and of course the service, amazing! Do not get passport photos taken at this store! The only nice thing I can say is that they helped me right away. However, I was unable to retake the photo even though my face was not clearly lit and when I received my photos, one has cuts all over the inside of the 2x2 area and the other has splotches of ink all over my face. I was able to use only one photo because the clerk helping me process the form taped it down (the one with the cuts) and am left with a second, unusable photo I need. I wish I had gone elsewhere and if I hadn't been in a rush, I probably would have gone to a diff place to retake it, which I will have to do since I need that second photo. They should have offered a refund upon printing and cutting (or mangling) these passport photos. read more

When dropping off packages, I would opt not to do so at this location. They act like they're doing you a favor when in reality they make a commission from UPS for intaking the package. The employee was very rude and they'll charge you for taping the package if it is open so ensure that your box is taped and ready to go. They told me I can buy tape taped up despite dozens of open rolls of tape right there and it would only need one to two pieces to close. Small businesses need to watch their overhead but the way this women' screamed was insane lol it's tape. No other UPS store has ever behaved that way and I drop off dozens of packages. read more
