    I needed to get my fingerprint cards done for my background check for my job since I got promoted. I called around and found out that this place had the best deal since I needed 2 cards done and other places charged $25 for each card, while this business only charged $25 plus $3 for each card. So this was a steal compared to the other businesses. It was easy to find since it was in the shopping center right in the corner and of course parking was great. Once walking in the employees were very helpful and made the whole process easy and gave me step by step on the fingerprint process. Once I filled out the cards the employee was very helpful full and did everything professionally. Even stuck by all the sanitation requirements and was very clean with the wipes and hand sanitizer. Overall had a good experience and no complaints what so ever! Thank you!!!

    Investigation of internally stolen packages

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!! My Wife (speaks mostly Spanish) brought in a $5,000 very heavy small box of expensive cell phones to ship and they either STOLE it or carelessly misplaced it!It is gone!! Unacceptable and now a small claims matter!The owner Ray (as you can see from other reviews) absolutely terrible and does not care about his customers.While I waited in the car just outside the store my wife "personally" handed Ray (the owner) our package to be handed over to FedEx.My wife asked for a receipt.Ray took advantage of her and said not necessary they are a very busy store and they do not give out receipts for drop off packages.Ray said, "do not worry I will take care of it, been doing this for years!"What business accepts packages and does not give out receipts?We trusted this man! What a scam.I wonder how many other customers he has done this too.ANYONE HAVE A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL US 619-559-2005 and I will advise as to how to potentially recover your losses?We know there are many more victims like us out there.Ray did not even scan in the package!It vanished out of no where.We asked to see the store cameras.Ray said no "not today", "I am busy".I will call you in 24-48hrs for possible viewing to see if you have actually been in my store.What does this fool think we are liars? I have had my own business for over 20 years myself and never had this happen to me.Finally, 2 days Later Rays calls and happily says, When would you like to come in and view the cameras to prove you never here?" We return to Mail & Parcels Plus and view some very shady short clips and notice the camera jumping around and skipping as if Ray intentionally set the cameras to run their own review time and of course just enough to skip the video part of my wife handing Ray our package. What a joke!We then decide to "surprise" Ray the next day to "hopefully" see footage of the 2nd camera before he could mess with it.This time he angrily says you will have to wait a while.Ray comes back 30 minutes later (again played with the camera) finally say come back and watch the 2nd camera. Lo and behold the system is skipping at 2 minute intervals!!! He says, "oh this particular camera does not record except in 2 minute intervals!!"What a liar and what good is a camera if it skips 95% of all footage?!Ray looked as guilty as can be and simply does not want to admit he either stole our very small, yet heavy (20lb) box of expensive cell phones or lost it. Unbelievable. 2 more days pass.We have the police come and do a civil "keep the piece" visit.Good ole Ray says today he is too busy to view the cameras and also admitted to police on camera that lo and behold he does not provide receipts for guess what "FEDEX" drop offs (our intended package delivery service).I point to the sign in his front window (see pictures) FED EX drop off location.If this is not clearly a FedEx drop off location to me then what is it?How can you accept FedEx packages, but not provide receipts or any kind of proof that customers packages have been dropped off at his location?The most shady business we have ever dealt with and I know my wife was taken advantage of probably because she appeared to be an innocent trusting primarily speaking Mexican women.Such a sad experience because we have dealt with this place 4-5 other times and trusted this man and his employees and now we feel robbed.We have also noticed many times that employees often leave customer packages strewn all over the floor in front of the counter with little supervision.Anyone can easily grab an unsupervised or attended package and walk off!People do not trust this place and be very careful with your packages.DEMAND a receipt or take your FEDEX package somewhere else.It is Mail & Parcels Plus obligation and duty to securely and safely protect all customer's valuable package.Mail & Parcels Plus clearly does none of it.Completely negligent.Their entire process is fishy and sketchy.We hope more customers will come forward.Now we wait for our day in court to plead our case.

    We went here because it was one of the best prices around the area to get our lives and , and were a bit skeptical since the reviews on the place weren't as high, but to our surprise we receive immediate help and the process of fingerprinting went super fast and efficient. Zero complaints , we got there during lunch and there was no line at all. Support local stores!

I knew that there was also a package that was delivered today and was on hold here. The window clerk / customer service associate that assisted me at the counter was Cherie. She was well dressed and her uniform had everything correctly put together. Cherie was very helpful and was able to help me right away. The line was long with 6 customers when I arrived but Cherie moved the line and I only waited for my turn about 5 mins total. Our mail carrier Amber is awesome as well. She is very accurate and precise about our mail delivery. She is someone that we like as our carrier, thanks! Another employee to note with great customer service is Aileen. She is sometimes at the window and she is very customer service oriented and professional at her job. Aileen knows everything about the mail business. Whenever she is at the window counter, things go well for us customers. Thanks!

Affixed the return label to my return in the cellophane bag. Walked my packaged and labeled return to the front counter, ahead of the long customer line, and placed in the returns bin next to the counter. All of this done in 3-4mins. Excellent visit. For the other, I used the QR code option where the store prints and packages it for you. I only received one receipt, but I assumed it was because of the difference in return methods, so I didn't think much of it at the time. A few days later, I noticed I had only received a refund for one item--the one where they scanned the QR code and packaged it. I called the store to check on the second return. The person I spoke with was kind, but I felt like I wasn't getting a clear answer. She advised me to file a claim with UPS, which I did, only to find out that there was no record of the package at all--it had never been scanned into the system. That tells me the package was likely misplaced before it ever left the store. Also no manager was able to help with this situation which is frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, drop off at a UPS store. I understand mistakes happen, but I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do and that I should contact Amazon for a refund. I hope the store takes extra care to ensure that all returns are properly scanned and that every customer receives a receipt for each package, regardless of the return method. It might also help to have more staff because every time I visit, there are usually only two employees working with a long line, which might be the reason my package was not properly taken care of. RESPONSE TO "OWNER": I dropped off two return packages at your location on the same day but only received a receipt for one of them. The tracking number I provided was the one I received -- for the package that was scanned and returned properly. The second package was never scanned, and I was never given a receipt for it. That's precisely the issue. I did everything I was supposed to do: I brought both packages to your store and handed them over at the counter. So if one package was processed and the other was not, that indicates it was misplaced at your location -- not an error on my part. I even asked if the cameras could be checked, but was told that wasn't possible. I don't need a receipt thanks to Amazon solving the issue and being able to refund me the money that was due to your fault, UPS. It's important to recognize that this was not a case of an incorrect tracking number or failure to drop off the package. The mistake happened after I left it in your care. The owner changed their response twice to my review -- the first was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate, and while I appreciate the second response being a bit more respectful, I can't help but find it unprofessional that two people responded so differently to my negative experience at this UPS store.

It was in one of their private rooms and it was very chef driven. Everything was delicious that night so we had a really great experience on the weekends in San Diego and we're trying to enjoy the weather. We usually head down to either Carlsbad or Encinitas walk around with our dog and kind of see where the wind blows us as far as where we're gonna go eat or drink that day or night. This time it was a weekend morning on Memorial Day weekend we had gone to get some coffee around the block, walked our dog and then saw union kitchen and thought we had a really great experience last time. Let's see if they're open. They were open for brunch. They have both a covered patio and uncovered one and my husband being the redhead that he is we opted for the covered patio. They're super dog friendly. All of the waitresses were really awesome and kind they came over to say hi to us even if they weren't the ones helping our table one of the waitresses even brought my dog bacon, which we so appreciate love a restaurant full of dog lovers. My husband ordered the cornbread skillet that comes with andouille sausage and I think roasted okra. He said this was really delicious. I tried a few bites and I totally agree. I had the steak and eggs which was delicious with its mustard hollandaise sauce. Coffee was great, OJ was fresh and tasty. Will have to come back for dinner one night.
