Pankaj and Victor assisted my husband and I in mailing out our packages overseas. You can tell Pankaj has a really good relationship with his patrons and you can see that in how he knows people by name and provides speedy, accurate and professional service. The store is a bit small, but offers a wide variety of services to include a notary. There are cute little last minute gifts available all over the shop and cards, too! read more

Had to get something notarized and this place was efficient and quick. Couple who assisted were very pleasant. Lots of neat cards, gadgets and services here. Worth the time and effort to come here and even shop. read more

The staff there are very helpful and engaging. Very fast and easy service. Gave me a receipt and explained the package shipment process.

This Postal Annex is so convenient and owners have always been lovely. HOWEVER I can't help but feel slightly disrespected by their pricing of 1 sheet of paper(black and white, one sided), $3.27!! FedEx charges .27 cents for the same. When I made a face about how expensive I thought that was, owner pointed down at price stated on the counter-which is totally fair-but THEN he said, "that's for my time of walking back to the printer". Ummmm, you mean the printer that's 5 steps from you? That's the part that felt really off to me. Like, really? You're going to justify your clearly overpriced charge for one sheet of paper by 5 steps? It felt scummy. I could understand if he would have said, ink is expensive or something else. But saying you're charging that much for your time of walking back to the printer just felt like a lack of integrity. Unfortunately they've lost me as a customer. I would rather drive a couple of extra miles than feel like I'm doing business with someone who lacks integrity. *UPDATE* After owners response: He absolutely did say the words "I have to walk to the printer" as a response to my comment about the high price. Whatever else he meant was not verbally communicated. $3.27 for printing one piece of paper and using 6 inches of packing tape(Amazon size envelope) feels like price gouging any way you slice it. read more

I needed a document notarized and the friendly lady at Postal Annex+ was amazing. She put me at ease and made sure everything went well. Thank you! read more

Always excellent customer service! Everyone is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I went in to renew my passport, unsure of the process, but luckily the gentleman working guided me through it all. I loved the convenience of having them take your passport photos for you too, if that is something you need. He mailed everything out for me and explained all the fees. Great customer service and experience! read more

Wow! What a piece of mind! The owners work the floor and seek to help you right away. My mom was super hesitant to renew her passport at any place. Everywhere else, it was such a process. You needed to schedule an appointment, or you could only take care of it at certain times. This place took us in, greeted us and immediately helped us through the renewal process. Professional customer service. Kind and patient throughout the process, working with my mom, a 73 year old elderly; I appreciate their help! read more

I prefer going to any Postal Annex versus the Post Office any day of the week! This company are 10x more efficient and quick. Their prices also are incredibly reasonable! I also love shopping their selection for little trinkets, post cards, and calendars to send to love ones back home. The owners are kind, generous, and smooth. I could not ask for better service :) read more

I absolute love this annex! The owners are so sweet and efficient. I've been renting one of their mailboxes for my small business the last 2 years and since day 1, they have been so helpful. Whether it was answering questions about how to ship a package, sending emails about their updated hours or even just answering the phone in a timely manner, their customer service is phenomenal. The annex can get so busy yet they continue to run everything so efficiently. Very thankful to rent from such a dependable business :) read more

This is the only Postal annex that I go to. The staff treat's me like I'm part of the family. Their staff is always willing to help. Pedro is so kind and helpful. He helped me with my paperwork, I needed it to be scanned and sent back and he was very patient with me. I will always recommend them to anyone that needs their services. read more

Came here this morning to get some notary done in the area. I was literally in and out in 10 mins. The owners were very professional and curious. They also do USPS here, definitely a one stop shop. read more

Customer service is terrible here. They are all about making a dollar. I brought a package with return label and was told I had to purchase tape just to send the package because they would not tape the return label on the box for me. If they can't get a dollar out of you they don't want to be bothered Please read below response from the business owner affirming their lack of customer service and inability to attach tape to a pre-printed our return label that they had easily available. read more

It's very rare that you can find people that you literally can't find a single character flaw in. The family that owns and operates this business is one of those rare gems in humanity. Not only do they handle their business with proper care and dedication. I have seen them treat every person that walks through that door with care and compassion. On top of this the facility is always extremely clean and organized. Always stocked up with anything you could possibly need for your shipping and receiving needs. Since walking into this business for the first time now about 5 years ago. I have had zero desire to visit any other place for any of my shipping and mail needs. They even have passport pictures on site, and a notary to handle any paperwork you may need handled. Truly the best one in town. Give them a visit and feel the warmth and good vibes of this beautiful family ran business. read more

convenient hours, great service, and wonderful staff. in a world where you more often than not feel like you are only a number here is business with personalized Everyone-Knows-Your-Name service and a fun curated assortment of swag. I opened a Mail Box and really appreciate how helpful the staff is. I go in and out quickly and many times they offer to help take items to my car. Every time I walk in I get a great greeting from everyone. I really am glad I chose this location to get my mail. read more

The older man that works there is a thief, we return the truck with half a tank and magically overnight it was almost 1/4 watch out for all the uhaul fees. 89cents a mile. Also he is in a bad mood and he will start yelling at you in front of the other customers. Do not go here if you are in a good mood. Bad vibes all over the place. The guy was throwing such bad vibes that I ended up fainting and he still gave the car to my cousin using my information!!! License, insurance and credit card. Thank God I trust my cousin but that was wrong he shoulda stop the check out and use her information instead. Wish I could give him 0 stars... bad read more

Always great service, personalized and always with a smile (you can notice behind the mask)

This location is tucked in the corner but don't let that fool you! I needed notary service quickly and they delivered! The lady that helped me out was very thorough and efficient. I appreciate how they follow all Covid-19 guidelines. They have arrows showing you which way to go, all staff wears face masks, there's a clear barrier that separates the workers from the customers and they require customers to wear face masks. This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I'm happy I stopped by and I would definitely continue to support this local business. read more

went here for a passport picture for my 9 month old after initially trying at CVS and was basically blown off even though they listed themselves as doing pictures for babies. Came here to set up mail service, and the owners were nothing short of wonderful and kind! Owners are an Indian couple who strives to provide excellent customer service. Their prices for mail service are also competitive. I'll definitely be coming back soon. During the week, they close at 6pm, which I believe is a bit early to access mail. But other than that, their hours seem reasonable. It's a pretty fun shop as they sell an assortment of knick knacks like gift boxes, jewelry boxes, pens, rubber stamps, keys, bracelets, etc.. Parking: plenty in open lot. Location: to to the left of Manna BBQ and Chipotle. read more

This is a friendly place to get your mail. They always greet you when you arrive and provide you with everything in a timely manner. I have never had a lost mail item at this location, it is much further from my home than other mail box stores but the reviews for those locations state lost mail, so i didnt want to risk it. Some of the other reviews might be confusing this specific location with another in Chula Vista. read more

You won't believe this... Postal Annex does everything - I mean everything!!! Service: "Resounding", "Full-Service", "Responsive", "Timely" and "Old School" - Professional to the "T". I've had them mail things, package, grab stamps and buy cards BUT would you imagine, they took the wedding vows I gave them and had them put on canvas as a present to a newly married couple? Yep, Mr. Pankaj and his wife won over my heart by recently using their resources to the fullest, processing my request and achieving the ultimate gift of all time - canvas, real frame and ready to hang - style, font or color (canvas color too!) no questions asked. It was, as Mr. Pankaj stated, "an effort" and something he would personally oversee to ensure the quality was perfection - WOW, have not seen that type of service in years! My friends oldest daughter is about to cry emphatically, and will be speechless due to the tireless efforts of Mr. Pankaj and his wife. This is by far the best Postal Annex ever. They go above & beyond for me and clients that I have seen them interact with while I was in the store. They take the time to explain everything in detail and provide options. I have used them to send packages, notarize documents, return a U-Haul, and recently got in their store. I love supporting them and supporting small business owners! I can not say enough good things about Chandni and her husband. read more

Walked in and I was the 10th person in line. After waiting 5 minutes I understood why. Only ONE person working the counter. Clearly not what I expected from a neighborhood store. No excuses. This place should have more people working. Guess I'll have to go to another neighborhood to get better customer service. 55 minute wait to ship one package. read more
