Shoutout to the best assistance I have received at a UPS Store. The UPS store staff is always very friendly and helpful. Today though, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rakiyan and she was incredible. I am pretty sure I left the N off of her name in the store. I am so sorry. Rakiyan was so incredibly helpful in a tense co-parenting situation. The level of assistance and helpfulness was so appreciated. She assisted with the notary for our son's passport application and even helped us locate the correct form online. Shoutout to above and beyond customer service. This location has not been my UPS location of choice, mainly convenience, but I will certainly come to this location first because the interaction with the team today was amazing. The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. We've been here a couple times and our last visit left a bad taste. The employee that helped us kept rolling her eyes when we were just asking questions. The team at UPS store #7177 at 780 Dennery Road STE 303 is FABULOUS!!! I needed a few pictures printed on 12"x18" and a 2'x3' poster. Lynn had me email them to the stores email and Hannah printed them off right away. Meanwhile, Maria called another location that was able to print the poster. The poster was ready to pick up the very next afternoon. All items were great quality and the ladies were truly phenomenal! I highly recommend for any and all printing needs! read more

Today I tried to ship a package that weighed 2lb 8oz (11x8x8) to the zip code 56387. The lady told me that the cheapest and slowest service would be $63.40. Ridiculous price. I decided to take my package to a different UPS Store, and was able to ship my package for $15.87. This store used to be my go to when it came to shipping and my Amazon returns. Now I wonder how much I've overpaid to ship packages in the past. I do not recommend this place. read more

Is it weird to describe a UPS store as relaxing? I'm not normally much of a review writer, but I just had the MOST pleasant experience at this UPS store. I found out that I had to overnight a few different packages for work and was pretty stressed about getting everything there on time/not having it cost too much. The front desk person was so nice, explained my different options to me, and even helped me figure out a way to ship everything for $10 cheaper than what I originally had asked for! There is a FedEx slightly closer to my house but honestly will go the extra 5 minutes every time I need to ship something just to know it won't be a stressful experience. Also if the guy who helped me sees this--THANK YOU!! You made my day a lot less stressful. read more

85% of the people in there are very nice except the lady who took care of me yesterday. She seemed frustrated with me because she assumed I needed the first email I had sent prior to arriving at the store. When I told her I actually need it the second email sent and those pages printed she took care of the other people after me and had me wait. The email contained seven pages I need to print it. She only printed five and I didn't notice that until I got home. But there was no point returning. As they had closed. I was charged seven dollars to print out five pages. I understand every business needs to make money but this is wrong. Office depot charges .30 cents per page to print vs UPS $1.40 per page? The UPS employee 127849 half handed me The printed pages and half of them fell on the floor. By the time she walked around the counter I had picked them up. I believe in being efficient in the workplace but I don't believe efficiency over customer service. Speed over customer service. read more
