Customer service was amazing and speedy. Got the keys and was out within minutes. Easy to return as well. Price was definitely worth it considering how last minute my reservation was. $20 to rent and .99 cents per mile if you're curious. When is this place not ever busy. It's always busy…read more There's open space parking right in front of store during early morning hours. Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs. There's the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They're proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They're good. The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work. There's been times I've left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere.

Well since you don't comply with FedEx shipping practices lets see if you can be de-listed as a FedEx ship center! I would never have had my 1/2 pound tiny package with my medicine sent here had I known. So they find the package that arrived there just this morning and said I had to pay these thieving MFers 23 dollars to get that tiny package! I have done this before with an 80 lb large lithium battery that cost 1500 dollars with no further charge but my tiny 1/2 lb package cost 23 dollars! I guess some there are so decrepit that it really took some effort to receive it. Do not ever use this shithole as a FedEx ship center even though it is listed as one or you will regret it!
