Great customer service and never busy when needing to take care of packages and employees are nice!

Had to rent a U-Haul van last minute. Was able to reserve one the night before which was awesome! Also had the option for a dolly available which was needed. Customer service was amazing and speedy. Got the keys and was out within minutes. Easy to return as well. Price was definitely worth it considering how last minute my reservation was. $20 to rent and .99 cents per mile if you're curious. You can opt in for insurance also, we risk it for the biscuit though. There is a gas station feet away so it's easy to refuel upon return too. Overall, amazing experience. Thanks! read more

I usually go to my local post office to mail items. This time around I needed to fax a document to my insurance company and this business came up. As I enter I notice that it's a location where you can buy mailing items, fax papers, buy packing items and even receive mail. They also have a little kids spot where you can buy small toys. I was impressed of all the things you could do in one spot. I came back another day for their notary services. Tip- do call in advance just to make sure they have someone who is certified for notary services! read more

Came here three days ago for my father's livescan/electronic submission of fingerprints. We had to come back today for resubmission as the first set of fingerprints were rejected d/t low quality. It's always been a challenge to get his fingerprints d/t his age so it was not surprising. I just have to commend the level of customer service we received from CJ and everyone in this location on both days we visisted.They were also quick to answer the phone for queries! I only got I name but they have all been very nice, accomodating, and very patient with me and my Dad. He is 82, speaks little English and also hard of hearing. I highly recommend this location for livescan and other mailing/shipping needs. read more

If it's PASSPORT PHOTOS that you need - DO NOT GO HERE! They should not be promoting that they provide this service. Their " photographer " is NO photographer, he not only lacks experience but he has NO customer service skills. The photo quality is the worst. Go somewhere else if you're in need of passport photos! We wasted almost an hour and every attempt they made in printing the photo was worse than the previous. The first one had water marks all across the face. When I requested this to be printed again - he said he would be charging double. The second attempt had an orange mark across the face. The third had a haze mark on half the face. AND THE OWNER blames the passport agency and " me" not liking them. C'mon. DONT promote for a service you can't deliver!!! read more

Worst postal annex ever! Very nasty people! In two years, they "lost" FOUR (4) of my packages, ALL OF THEM from the SAME EXACT VERY EXPENSIVE CLOTHING STORE, and they refused to take responsibility for these thefts. The tracking showed they arrived and were never given to us, and somehow they're never at fault. Three of the packages went missing in one month! Go figure!! It's unbelievable the absence of any ethical behavior by the despicable owners of this crummy store. read more

Unfair to even give a star.. but I understand it is a holiday weekend, however the sign on the door said the store was going to close today at 2pm, and they were closed before then.. I had gotten there about 1:50 and was disappointed they were not open at that time. 3 other people showed up around then as well. Their customer service is top notch, so much so, that I finally decided to open a mailbox account with them. It's very convenient to receive notices of delivery every time my packages have been received by them. No more wasted trips to the post office. Front desk employee asked me loudly at the top of his lungs if I WAS SHIPPING ROTTEN STUFF.. Right in front of other customers. I ship fishing equipment, not "rotten stuff." The manager was right there and she didn't say anything about it. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. Absolutely embarrassing and insulting to my business. Never setting foot in this unprofessional establishment ever again. I don't usually leave bad reviews unless warranted, but this was disgusting behavior. read more
