Notary services and was fast and cheap. Helped as soon as we entered . Only needed one signature notarized

Great customer service and never busy when needing to take care of packages and employees are nice!

The service I received was excellent from start to finish, everything went smoothly and I didn't experience any issues at all. read more

Had to rent a U-Haul van last minute. Was able to reserve one the night before which was awesome! Also had the option for a dolly available which was needed. Customer service was amazing and speedy. Got the keys and was out within minutes. Easy to return as well. Price was definitely worth it considering how last minute my reservation was. $20 to rent and .99 cents per mile if you're curious. You can opt in for insurance also, we risk it for the biscuit though. There is a gas station feet away so it's easy to refuel upon return too. Overall, amazing experience. Thanks! read more

POOR service on live scan fingerprinting. Initial live scan REJECTED by state agency for Postal Annex's clerical error on type of license applied for. Live scan re-submission REJECTED AGAIN by state agency -- Postal Annex's error on live scan ATI number entered. i was charged for the third re-scan despite Postal Annex's clerical error. The third live scan was REJECTED by state agency yet again -- Postal Annex's repeated clerical error on type of license applied for. I finally went to a competitor, AD Live Scan, Chula Vista that did then job right the first time. AVOID Postal Annex East Lake for live scan fingerprinting -- CARELESS AND INCOMPETENT!!! read more

This place has turned around! I love the new owners and management. Thank you for being so competent and fast !

Took care of my notary needs. Evan provided witnesses! And copies. Love it. Project done

I usually go to my local post office to mail items. This time around I needed to fax a document to my insurance company and this business came up. As I enter I notice that it's a location where you can buy mailing items, fax papers, buy packing items and even receive mail. They also have a little kids spot where you can buy small toys. I was impressed of all the things you could do in one spot. I came back another day for their notary services. Tip- do call in advance just to make sure they have someone who is certified for notary services! read more

Came here three days ago for my father's livescan/electronic submission of fingerprints. We had to come back today for resubmission as the first set of fingerprints were rejected d/t low quality. It's always been a challenge to get his fingerprints d/t his age so it was not surprising. I just have to commend the level of customer service we received from CJ and everyone in this location on both days we visisted. They were also quick to answer the phone for queries! I only got I name but they have all been very nice, accomodating, and very patient with me and my Dad. He is 82, speaks little English and also hard of hearing. I highly recommend this location for livescan and other mailing/shipping needs. read more

Im reposting regarding the issue I wrote below. Postal Annex contacted me right away and they explained that with insurance it gets tricky. I appreciate the quick explanation. I will try you again perhaps one day. I'm mad as hell. I went to Postal Annex to ship a very small package to Hawaii. They quoted me $94! To ship USPS! Left and went to Post Office and it was $17! I will never use Postal Annex Again! read more

Theee best customer service. I needed a Uhaul to move some boxes from my house. None were available for the day I needed it. Michelle went above and beyond to get me one on the day needed. Best place for shipping and Uhaul needs. Thx again guys read more

Good, fast service. Friendly customer service. Very helpful and attentive. Have been here to make copies and do a live scan.

I have been going to this Postal annex for over 5 years now to mail everything I send and I won't go anywhere else! The staff and owner are always warm and welcoming and I like that they know me by name. Small businesses need community support and I'll gladly give them mine! The service is top notch and I trust my packages will be handled with care and arrive as promised! read more

I went there today to mail my taxes, and they wanted $17 for a Priority Mail® Flat Rate Envelope. The price at the post office is $9.85. That's a 72% markup. read more

awful service pertaining to passport photos!!! awful!!!! from the so called "photographer " to the printer to the paper used. everything was awful/ the worst quality ever!!! customer service at its lowest! read more

If it's PASSPORT PHOTOS that you need - DO NOT GO HERE! They should not be promoting that they provide this service. Their " photographer " is NO photographer, he not only lacks experience but he has NO customer service skills. The photo quality is the worst. Go somewhere else if you're in need of passport photos! We wasted almost an hour and every attempt they made in printing the photo was worse than the previous. The first one had water marks all across the face. When I requested this to be printed again - he said he would be charging double. The second attempt had an orange mark across the face. The third had a haze mark on half the face. AND THE OWNER blames the passport agency and " me" not liking them. C'mon. DONT promote for a service you can't deliver!!! read more

Im always happy for the service I get. Very helpful and patient personal. They are friendly and fast. Great location.

2nd time i went here for notary services and the crew are always helpful and attentive to their customers. The price for the service is affordable/reasonable compared to other sites i inquired at. This is my go to place for all my notary needs. read more

The staff almost always recognizes return customers & they go out of their way to make each customer over-the-top satisfied!

Moved into the neighborhood a year ago and needed a place to ship a crochet blanket I made to my cousin. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the best carrier and price I will definitely come back. read more

Friendly people that truly care about your shipping needs. They do a great job of packing up the items that you want shipped so they arrive in damaged. Did I mention that they are really friendly! read more

Excellent notary service from Dilen and his team! I needed pictures taken too for my documents. The team managed to serve everyone swiftly and efficiently; a comfortably busy store! Dilen himself, a cheerful chap met every request I had as well as the confusing requirements from the board perfectly, and did a professional job! I was extremely stressed with this daunting process, knowing that any small mistake will delay the process but Dilen put me at ease. Thank you! I will be back! read more

PostalAnnex - Terrible picture but amazing location! - Notaries Near Me - Chula Vista, California

Worst postal annex ever! Very nasty people! In two years, they "lost" FOUR (4) of my packages, ALL OF THEM from the SAME EXACT VERY EXPENSIVE CLOTHING STORE, and they refused to take responsibility for these thefts. The tracking showed they arrived and were never given to us, and somehow they're never at fault. Three of the packages went missing in one month! Go figure!! It's unbelievable the absence of any ethical behavior by the despicable owners of this crummy store. read more

Very pleasant employees, clean environment and speedy service. Large parking lot and easy to locate.

I had a bad experience at the Eastlake postal annex. The owner told my 8 year old daughter not to touch anything in the store because of Covid. What would you do if someone said that to your kid? After mama bear came out, she quickly tried to say sorry. Nope, I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

The staff provide wonderful customer service every time and are pleasant. I think their notary price is on the high side.

First time using their mobile notary service and really have no complaints! Reliable, quick service and professional during the whole process! Will definitely make this my go-to place! Thank you, Dilen! read more

Unfair to even give a star.. but I understand it is a holiday weekend, however the sign on the door said the store was going to close today at 2pm, and they were closed before then.. I had gotten there about 1:50 and was disappointed they were not open at that time. 3 other people showed up around then as well. Pretty inconvenient for the store to close early when they'll also be closed an extra day next week as well. read more

Friendly & pretty affordable notary service. Check-in and get $3 off from the yelp app! Awesome!

If you need a notary service this is the place to go. I went over to the Postal Annex twice before and every time there has been an emergency for the notary to not be there. UPS over by Olympic same, no notary available. Have been at this location twice and both times they have two notary people available and ready for anything you need. read more

Michelle and every member of the team is amazing. I've experienced nothing less that perfect service every time I've gone to this location. Their customer service is top notch, so much so, that I finally decided to open a mailbox account with them. It's very convenient to receive notices of delivery every time my packages have been received by them. No more wasted trips to the post office. It's also wonderful to have a more professional business address without "PO Box" in the address. Their rates for the boxes are reasonable especially when I take into account the customer service and the lack of lines I need to stand in to receive my mail. If you're looking for convenience and excellent customer service, this place is it!! read more

TOP NOTCH customer service! Each team member is professional and friendly. Most of us that walk into this location are local so they already know who we are and our mailbox number. I come to this location for mail and all my shipping and notary needs. I appreciate how their team adheres to social distancing guidelines and always wears masks. You won't spend too much time in line because their team is very efficient when helping each customer. read more

Nothing but good things to say about the service I receive when I am at this postal annex. Whether I need to mail a package or need a notary. Very friendly staff. I am always greeted by a staff member once I step foot in the door no matter if there are other people being tended too. They always look for the lowest price when I ship packages. I have full confidence when shipping packages especially during holiday season, I will make the drive from east county to mail out my packages. They box and package my items and arrive in 1 piece to the destination. Nothing but pleased! Michele is absolutely amazing! I also love the fact that if in a pinch I can grab a birthday card or any other one of the items they sell, they have some really cool stuff! I have been using this postal annex for years now and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great service!! read more

Front desk employee asked me loudly at the top of his lungs if I WAS SHIPPING ROTTEN STUFF.. Right in front of other customers. I ship fishing equipment, not "rotten stuff." The manager was right there and she didn't say anything about it. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. Absolutely embarrassing and insulting to my business. Never setting foot in this unprofessional establishment ever again. I don't usually leave bad reviews unless warranted, but this was disgusting behavior. read more

Always professional, Always helpful, Always nice to come in. If you complain about this place your always complaining

Not only are they efficient and organized but SUPER nice and friendly and helpful. Made my mail transfer so much simpler!

The family and I are in San Diego this week and we needed to get some documents sent over night. Considering my last experience here 4 years ago and knowing that the place is under new management, I decided to give it another shot. Everything went fine, and they tried to be as helpful as they could. Good luck on the new business. At least the old owners got the drift. read more
