    This is my go-to for my Amazon returns. Fairly new (opened during COVID-19) next to the Wally-world and Best Buy (or between them I should say) in the Southbay Marketplace shopping center. The staff is always polite, friendly and trying to get customers needs met and on their way. There was one time where the line was out the door and both front workers were doing their best and the (owner or manager maybe) in the back stopped what he was doing and grabbed a phone to scan! How awesome, no register needed for return, grabbed my receipt and on my way! Excellent customer service in a time of need for his employees. I also noticed they offer post office boxes for having your mail delivered, offer a computer for internet (time limited), printer for needs as well as packing supplies in addition to their services. Parking has never been an issue and I never dread coming here!

    Great visit. Came in to return an Amazon item. Scanned my return code on the self service kiosk…read more Packaged my return up in the cellophane bag provided at the store. Affixed the return label to my return in the cellophane bag. Walked my packaged and labeled return to the front counter, ahead of the long customer line, and placed in the returns bin next to the counter. All of this done in 3-4mins. Excellent visit. They have postal boxes for rent here. They also have wide format and construction plans/blueprints printing at this great location.

For the other, I used the QR code option where the store prints and packages it for you. I only received one receipt, but I assumed it was because of the difference in return methods, so I didn't think much of it at the time. A few days later, I noticed I had only received a refund for one item--the one where they scanned the QR code and packaged it. I called the store to check on the second return. The person I spoke with was kind, but I felt like I wasn't getting a clear answer. She advised me to file a claim with UPS, which I did, only to find out that there was no record of the package at all--it had never been scanned into the system. That tells me the package was likely misplaced before it ever left the store. Also no manager was able to help with this situation which is frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, drop off at a UPS store. I understand mistakes happen, but I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do and that I should contact Amazon for a refund. I hope the store takes extra care to ensure that all returns are properly scanned and that every customer receives a receipt for each package, regardless of the return method. It might also help to have more staff because every time I visit, there are usually only two employees working with a long line, which might be the reason my package was not properly taken care of. RESPONSE TO "OWNER": I dropped off two return packages at your location on the same day but only received a receipt for one of them. The tracking number I provided was the one I received -- for the package that was scanned and returned properly. The second package was never scanned, and I was never given a receipt for it. That's precisely the issue. I did everything I was supposed to do: I brought both packages to your store and handed them over at the counter. So if one package was processed and the other was not, that indicates it was misplaced at your location -- not an error on my part. I even asked if the cameras could be checked, but was told that wasn't possible. I don't need a receipt thanks to Amazon solving the issue and being able to refund me the money that was due to your fault, UPS. It's important to recognize that this was not a case of an incorrect tracking number or failure to drop off the package. The mistake happened after I left it in your care. The owner changed their response twice to my review -- the first was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate, and while I appreciate the second response being a bit more respectful, I can't help but find it unprofessional that two people responded so differently to my negative experience at this UPS store.

HOT TIP: There's a full parking lot on the back and the side which reads no parking but you actually can park there there's just no money to repaint the signage

So apparently, it's a gamble sending your mail here, but I stuck around because it only happened a few times. But recently, I was late for my anual renewal payment (I was away on a work conference and was late 5 days) and I was told by the staff that they had "Returned to sender" all of my mail from the days I missed my payment. But unfortunately, they were not Returned to sender. It was a hassle, I had to dispute these purchases because the businesses wouldn't help me, obviously! because my packages were Signed "as received" and they had proof of delivery, and absolutely not their fault. There is also no proof that they were returned to sender at all. Last activity on my tracking numbers is Delivered, signed by: Romo. It really sucks that a US Post Office is keeping packages.

    I came in today 27 April 2026 to have some paper laminated. They wouldn't do it because they had…read moreturned off the machines prematurely. I asked them to turn it back and they said since it 20 minutes to heat back up they won't do it. It wasn't even close to 20 minutes until closing. Poor customer service as I felt written off so quickly and they began helping other customers before I was done speaking to them.
