This is my go-to for my Amazon returns. Fairly new (opened during COVID-19) next to the Wally-world and Best Buy (or between them I should say) in the Southbay Marketplace shopping center. The staff is always polite, friendly and trying to get customers needs met and on their way. There was one time where the line was out the door and both front workers were doing their best and the (owner or manager maybe) in the back stopped what he was doing and grabbed a phone to scan! How awesome, no register needed for return, grabbed my receipt and on my way! Excellent customer service in a time of need for his employees. I also noticed they offer post office boxes for having your mail delivered, offer a computer for internet (time limited), printer for needs as well as packing supplies in addition to their services. Parking has never been an issue and I never dread coming here!

Customer service is always sweet here! UPS locations can be a hit or miss sometimes, but even when…read morethe lines get long they push through customers pretty fast. On a busy busy day I've probably waited 10-15 minutes. I mainly stop in for amazon returns and the QR code process makes everything super simple. Limited parking spots in the front, but the parking lot is huge so parking has never been an issue for me.

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

The great convenience of being able to return packages here has made my life easier a number of times. This location is an important part of our little Shelter Island community, and you will be greeted with a smile and given the best customer service here. There is a very fast and convenient computer you can use to quickly access your print jobs, and the staff here have assisted me with some high quality copies of archival materials. I spent a good part of my grad school afternoons here printing documents in a rush, and I always appreciate the sense of calm the staff here contribute when I am under work or school deadlines.
