I had mailed an important letter earlier that day, before they closed, and later realized that I had accidentally forgotten to include something in the envelope. I called the store after closing, not expecting anyone to answer, but Emmanuel picked up. When I explained what had happened, he was incredibly understanding and told me he would wait for me to come back so I could fix the situation. He absolutely did not have to do that. He stayed behind after closing and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get everything taken care of and my important letter mailed correctly. Throughout the entire process, he was so kind, patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this is rare. Emmanuel truly went above and beyond when he could have simply told me to come back the next day. His willingness to stay late and help me meant so much, especially because the letter was important. PostalAnnex is very fortunate to have someone like Emmanuel representing their business. Thank you so much, Emmanuel, for your kindness and exceptional customer service. This time it was a weekend morning on Memorial Day weekend we had gone to get some coffee around the block, walked our dog and then saw union kitchen and thought we had a really great experience last time. Let's see if they're open. They were open for brunch. They have both a covered patio and uncovered one and my husband being the redhead that he is we opted for the covered patio. They're super dog friendly.
