Also beware because you never know how much you will charge for their service on recieving You a package, because there is no criteria nor for the size or weight eventhought on the initial contract there is a criteria established. Having a place that closes at 8 was pretty handy for me. There is plenty of parking available. The staff was friendly but somewhat slow. There was only one girl working the register and one guy packing in the back. By the time the register gal got done with my order, there was at least 7-8 people in line. My order took longer than expected to be processed and the price def seemed a little too high but I needed to return some books so I had to pay extra for them to get delivered to WA faster. Overall, I may use the store again for future shipping. They also have mail boxes for rent although I am not sure what the fees are for that.

Customer service was amazing and speedy. Got the keys and was out within minutes. Easy to return as well. Price was definitely worth it considering how last minute my reservation was. $20 to rent and .99 cents per mile if you're curious. You can opt in for insurance also, we risk it for the biscuit though. There is a gas station feet away so it's easy to refuel upon return too. Overall, amazing experience. Thanks!

Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs. There's the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They're proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They're good. The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work. There's been times I've left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere.
