Five stars for kindness and the clerks' honest attempts to communicate with we Americans who somehow still speak English. They've stayed open a few minutes past close so I could collect several packages on more than one sunny afternoon. They've waived the 50 cents fee for having forgotten my box key one time. They've even tabbed a couple of my package fees for a later date. One star for cost of service and products. $45 for 3 months of a PO box just big enough for regular envelopes and the very smallest of packages. Fair enough and surely worth it at a place where the folks appear to care. Another plus is that they don't begin to charge extra fees on your packages unless you leave them there unclaimed for weeks. But I would try to limit how many packages you receive and do *all* of your shipping elsewhere... That JFK silver coin you bought on eBay that weighs a couple ounces? Yeah, that'll be $1 to pick up. That shirt you bought for your wife? That's $2.25. Anything over a pound? $3.75, pal. You need a manila envelope? $1.50 You want to mail that $11.35 flat rate USPS Priority box here? That will be $20. That $2 certified mail for your manila enveloped documents? That's gonna be $4.50... I guess this is what we have to look forward to with our local US Post Offices as the entire system goes bankrupt and gets privatized. Just don't expect the same level of courtesy. read more

If you are thinking about shipping a FedEx package to this alleged FedEx Ship Center think Again! I shipped a package with my medicine to this fake FedEx Ship Center and listed it as "Hold at Location", a perfectly normal thing, since I live in an RV and cannot get deliveries. Wen I saw it was delivered I went to pick it up and that is when the "fun" started. I was met with a bad attitude about it and was told they don't do that and would have sent it back. Well since you don't comply with FedEx shipping practices lets see if you can be de-listed as a FedEx ship center! I would never have had my 1/2 pound tiny package with my medicine sent here had I known. So they find the package that arrived there just this morning and said I had to pay these thieving MFers 23 dollars to get that tiny package! I have done this before with an 80 lb large lithium battery that cost 1500 dollars with no further charge but my tiny 1/2 lb package cost 23 dollars! I guess some there are so decrepit that it really took some effort to receive it. The only thing I just found out is you are not allowed to forward your mail. So if and when you decide that you want to cancel your service you have to notify everyone that send you mail. We are not allowed to put a change of address. I don't think it's just Mr. Mail, I believe it's all of them that received mail. so take that into account when you decide to cancel service. Mr. Mail services are much slower than your local USPS, They loose packages and they fail to send out your packages even if you have a tracking number. They blame the USPS for their mistakes instead of improving their system they choose to blame others than take action and fix their own shipping problems. They constantly loose or send back packages just because they are incompetent and lazy to do their jobs right. read more

I strongly recommend you not to go. Owner/Manager VERY unprofessional. Was trying to send package out to Arizona. The person helping me kept being interrupting her and telling her what to do. Owner would not let her employee help me fully. She (owner) told me I don't have to help me. I told her to stop being disrespectful and let the employee complete her job. She continue to be disrespectful and would stop her verbal abuse. So I kindly ask her to stop being a KAREN. Decided to take me business somewhere else. The prices to pick up the packages starts at almost 2$ for the most basic envelope and quickly rises from there. It was $12 to have a laptop delivered to the mailbox. I hate to think what larger items cost. Their ridiculous prices have stopped my online shopping completely! The owner started screaming at me when I was voicing my concerns about the prices and completely took my concerns out of context, making me feel very uncomfortable. Their prices are highway robbery. No other office charges nearly as much, if anything, to pick up packages, then, with the lack of professionalism, this place is a two thumbs down! read more

Out of this world service... I mean, the owner doesn't understand that a business in this planet exists only because there are clients. Decent service should be a priority anywhere, specially in a small business where there's direct contact with clients. The employees are nice and polite but if something out of the ordinary happens the owner will scold you, roll her eyes at you and leave you with the employees like you are just another package. She left me with a rude, nasty person that I assume is her relative because she had the same eye roll technique, well, the few times that she regarded me it was with a stare of contempt or the eye roll. She would flip her arms in the air as a sign of "I don't care/Idon't give a f/I wish I was never born"... all because I was trying to say that their email service was not working properly. I was not asking for money back, I was not loud or demanding, I was trying to find somebody that would listen to a person that has been a client for years. Not in the history of mankind, since people started to barter and exchange goods and services I believe there was a business that had worse customer service. The ladies that work there seem confuse all the time. I have seen them more than once shout out to an older lady to ask questions. They seem very stressed out and unhappy. Perhaps they are not treated well by management. I don't know. Recently I was in line to check my mail box and have been waiting outside for 30 minutes when one of the employees tells me they are closed while shutting the gate to reach my mail box. The back where they have the packages looks unorganized and chaotic. You can see boxes laying on the ground damaged. They do not seem to care about the packages of their customers. One more thing. The hours are ridiculous. Since the COVID-19 restrictions they have cut their already short hours to 9:00AM to 2:00PM. This hours make absolutely no sense. Most people are at work on these hours and most people can not either show up early to pick up their stuff or right after work. Even for people that work a second or third shift the hours are ridiculously inconvenient. This so called business does not take into consideration border commuters that often have to wait for hours to cross the border and it would be great to be able to pick up packages between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. The clown that owns this business will not take any advice into consideration since he won't even claim the business on YELP. I recommend you steer away from this place. Garbage customer service. Excessive prices and inconvenient hours. I live in Tijuana between the longer hours at the border and work I haven't been able to get to my mail in two weeks. 5 hours a day open is not caring about your business your customers and your employees. Worst experience of my life!!! Had 3 very important packages delivered there and they LOST them!! I have the proof of delivery from UPS that proves that THEY did in fact received my delivery but they just lost it!!!! I went to pick up my packages and they just said they couldn't find them, just like that didn't cared, didn't reimbursed me, NOTHING!!! Didn't do anything about it!!! Living in Ensenada it is very important to us to have good reliable mail service. We have had service with PO Box international for at least 10 years and after they switched to Mr. Mail we have had many problems, mainly with the delivery of packages. My most resent problem involved a package that came in without my PMB#, which is not their fault, but they did nothing to find out who it belonged to. I ask why they could not just look up my account information by my name and I was told that their system is not set up for that! Are you kidding me!!! On another occasion I received an email stating that my package was at Mr. Mail and I just happened to be in the States, so I went to pick it up,,,but it was not there! They released it to the driver from Ensenada without my approval. So first I'm told they can't bring down my packages from Mr. Mail without my approval, then they do it anyway. Very poor communication between PO Box Inter. and Mr. Mail,,,and most of all between us the customer. I need to find someone else! read more

Treated me like I was lying and when I gave her documentation of the truth her surprised look said it all. Rather than an apology she just walked off and instructed the employees to help. Mr. Mail is your one stop shop for all your shipping needs! The staff is professional, efficient, and friendly! It's always a pleasure to pick up my mail and packages. Mr. Mail also offers other great services such as translations and notary services. I've been renting a mailbox for a while now and am extremely satisfied with the service. Whenever I need to ship something, they pack it up nicely, and give you a tracking number. Highly recommend if you need a P.O. Box in that area or need to ship just about anything! read more

I sent an email about a package that was "Un passable" And was to be returned to sender. The sender had not received the package back after 2 months. So I sent an email to Mr Mail advising them of this situation and hoped that the package was not stolen by someone. I voiced my concern since their services are not cheap. I Received a very unprofessional response by Esther Modiano saying I was very rude in my remark that someone may have stolen the package. I must have struck a nerve by her defensiveness. My services with them was canceled by her. Much to my delight. My year is not up yet so I gather I will not be getting a refund. I have never dealt with a business that is so unprofessional and lack of class. I have talked with other Clients and they too were unsatisfied with their services and have gone elsewhere.
