I only received one receipt, but I assumed it was because of the difference in return methods, so I didn't think much of it at the time. A few days later, I noticed I had only received a refund for one item--the one where they scanned the QR code and packaged it. I called the store to check on the second return. The person I spoke with was kind, but I felt like I wasn't getting a clear answer. She advised me to file a claim with UPS, which I did, only to find out that there was no record of the package at all--it had never been scanned into the system. That tells me the package was likely misplaced before it ever left the store. Also no manager was able to help with this situation which is frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, drop off at a UPS store. I understand mistakes happen, but I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do and that I should contact Amazon for a refund. I hope the store takes extra care to ensure that all returns are properly scanned and that every customer receives a receipt for each package, regardless of the return method. It might also help to have more staff because every time I visit, there are usually only two employees working with a long line, which might be the reason my package was not properly taken care of. RESPONSE TO "OWNER": I dropped off two return packages at your location on the same day but only received a receipt for one of them. The tracking number I provided was the one I received -- for the package that was scanned and returned properly. The second package was never scanned, and I was never given a receipt for it. That's precisely the issue. I did everything I was supposed to do: I brought both packages to your store and handed them over at the counter. So if one package was processed and the other was not, that indicates it was misplaced at your location -- not an error on my part. I even asked if the cameras could be checked, but was told that wasn't possible. I don't need a receipt thanks to Amazon solving the issue and being able to refund me the money that was due to your fault, UPS. It's important to recognize that this was not a case of an incorrect tracking number or failure to drop off the package. The mistake happened after I left it in your care. The owner changed their response twice to my review -- the first was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate, and while I appreciate the second response being a bit more respectful, I can't help but find it unprofessional that two people responded so differently to my negative experience at this UPS store.

When I contacted them they were very friendly and made it easy to get things moving. I emailed them all the information needed to prepare my cards. Upon review of the proof which they emailed to me, the cards were ready in less than a day. They offered me a choice of shipping the cards to me or picking them up. Their building is a bit old and has a very nostalgic feel to it. Just standing in the building I felt that I had stepped back in time a bit and wondered about all the items that must have been printed in this facility. When I met the staff they were very personal. Unlike going into a Kinkos or other "chain" store, these people genuinely cared about providing a quality product and it showed. When I picked up my cards I had said they turned out even better than I had expected and I'm still raving to others about the quality. They might be a little more expensive than other "chain store" printers, but like anything else, you get what you pay for and for me, the business card is usually someones first impression and for some, it might be their only impression if they don't get a chance to talk to you directly but are just given a card and with a card printed from DeFrance, you are clearly going to present a good first impression.
