Custom Auto Wrap did an outstanding job on my Mustang decal it came out perfect! Money well spent

On 11/21/23, I had them unwrap and reinstall gloss black on my car roof and add new wrap on my front grill area. When I picked up my car, there were dirty shoe footprints all over the white leather in my backseat, but I cleaned it off and didn't say anything. Unfortunately, on 12/11/23, I had to go back for a warranty repair due to lifting around the edges of the wrap along the rear of my roof. When I came back for the roof repair, I had them add gloss black to my side view mirrors. Unfortunately, on 12/28/23 I had to come back again because the wrap on one of the mirrors shrank and needed to be redone. Its now July 2024, and now I have to go back again because the gloss black vinyl on my roof looks like the glue underneath the vinyl failed and is bumpy looking in 3 or 4 areas along the front and driver's side. Three warranty repairs in 8 months is excessive. The last wrap I had on my car was by another company, and I had no issues. My car is garaged and I hand wash my car with non-petroleum based products to make sure my wrap lasts. This shouldn't be happening, and its very frustrating because every time I have to leave my car with them, I have to pay for an Uber, which is about $20 round trip with tip. The last time I came in for warranty work, I asked if they could pay for the $20 Uber or reimburse me, and after much back and forth, they finally agreed. This time around, I again asked for $20 Uber reimbursement, and they refused and transferred me to the owner John to discuss it. John said thats not how they do things, transportation is not part of the deal, and they dont even know if they will be compensated by 3M for this wrap, we are a small company, etc., etc.. I reminded him this is my 3rd warranty work repair, and if paying for Uber wasn't an option, I live about 5 minutes away and asked if he could drop me off at my house, but it doesnt seem like he gets into the office early enough to make that happen - I guess I'll have to see. I take ownership when I'm wrong and need to make something right, so if I owned a small business, I would be mortified if a customer had to come back 3 times for warranty work, because I want to establish rapport with them so they come back again and again. If my customer had to incur out-of-pocket expenses as as result of repetitive need for warranty work at my company, you bet I'd take care of their Uber or drop them back home so save them the expense and inconvenience. While I appreciate they are willing to fix the wrap, I likely wont use them again when its time to replace this wrap because of the quality of their work, and lack of concern for me. read more

Hey guys and gals nearly 6 months later and your wrap is still AMAZING!!! I've been driving million dollar plus show trucks for years and I've never received nearly as many compliments with them as what I get with the Reeds Ginger Beer Truck. This wrap is freaking brilliant!! All the extra detail and difficult cuts are still completely intact. I worked with my own graphic designer for our van wrap, so I cannot speak to CAW's skill in this area (although, based on their service, I'm sure they do an excellent job). Once I had a complete design ready to be printed, these guys were so quick in getting my van (Ford E-series) measured and prepped for wrapping. It took less than a business day to do the whole thing. More complicated designs may take longer, I'm not sure. But ours was quick! It seems like John is the owner/manager; he's the one with whom I coordinated the most. Very professional and straight forward. Our job was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be, but then again, I didn't really shop around, so I have nothing to compare it too. But be ready to have at least $1000 on hand to invest in your vehicle wrap. Small vehicles and simpler designs may lower this amount, but ours was a simple design on a large vehicle. This also included window coverings, which also drives up price. Overall, a fantastic business! read more

The employees cared more about doing it right than charging me money. I brought in a camaro that needed the rally stripes replaced with some graphics that I bought online. They politely pointed out the flaws in the graphics and said I should return them for new ones. They already removed the old graphics and charged me a very fair price for the work they had done. Really disappointed in my experience here. Long story short I waited outside for about 45mins. There was a sign that said be back in 15min so I patiently waited outside. A nice gentlemen drives by and let's me know people are inside just go up and knock. So I knocked a few times and called at least 3. I even left a msg letting them know I've been outside for about 30mins. As soon as I walk away a women pulls up but doesn't ask me if I needed help or even acknowledges me just goes on inside. I expected to have them at least return my call but haven't heard a word yet. I didn't mind waiting the 15mins but after 30 more mins goes by that's 45mins I've been waiting outside. Super frustrated and completely just wasted my gas and time. Still haven't received a call back or anything. If the sign on the door says be back in 15 just go home don't even bother read more
