I was surprised to realize that the owner actually photoshops the items in front of you. I had thought you'd need to make your own file, but he does the work right before your eyes and the quality is really well done. Came here yesterday to get a "Big Sister" shirt made for my daughter as her baby brother is due any day now. I didn't get the Gentleman name who helped me but I'm assuming it was the owner. He was beyond helpful and patient with me. I must have changed the font 5 times, the shirt color 3 times and not once did he ever seemed bothered with me. Once I made my mind up he told me the shirt will be done in 20 mins!!! I was expecting a few days so when I heard that I was thrilled!
