I am so happy with my printed T shirt! I spoke the an employee (I believe the owner?) over the phone Thursday and was able to pick up my 2 printed shirts the very next day. The gentlemen was very nice and helpful over the phone as this was my first time printing an image on the t-shirt. Great customer service! I am so happy with the quality and pleased the shirts I received are 100% cotton! I will definitely be back! read more

This place used to be at Fam mart. Joon is so friendly and quick. He offers the same day service and is super good at customizing designs. Came here for the first time without any idea of how making tshirts works. I brought a long sleeve shirt and two tank tops. I was surprised to realize that the owner actually photoshops the items in front of you. I had thought you'd need to make your own file, but he does the work right before your eyes and the quality is really well done. He asks a lot of questions to make sure you're satisfied and even downloaded a new font when he didn't have the one I wanted. I showed a reference picture from Pinterest and it was copied to be exactly the same. I'll be coming here again for sure. read more

I usually go to the San Diego marketplace to get my screen printing done, but someone recommended this place to me. It is a little hard to find because there isn't a sign for the place but it is right next to Game Stop in the plaza. The man who was working, I believe he is the owner, was extremely kind and helpful on the design that I was trying to make. He shows you exactly what you will be getting on the computer screen and is always willing to change it if the customer is not satisfied. He was very quick for the turn around in the products. I would definitely recommend a friend to come here! read more

I love these guys. Hong (business owner) did all the shirts for my business and he was so helpful and attentive with logo redesigns; he let us try out several different variations and patiently worked with us to figure out the best one. We also hired him to help us do the T-shirts for a nonprofit camp out event and he did some special sizing for us, including a size 5XL. My friend recommended me to go here for screen printing. Joon and his wife are so sweet and they have great customer service! I'm not sure why there's not that many reviews written. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and there was two people ahead of me. Joon was so nice he gave me a discount because I waited for a long time. He does same day pick up which is really great if you're in a rush. It can take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending how simple the design is. I was able to get my jersey within 10 minutes. Came here yesterday to get a "Big Sister" shirt made for my daughter as her baby brother is due any day now. I didn't get the Gentleman name who helped me but I'm assuming it was the owner. He was beyond helpful and patient with me. I must have changed the font 5 times, the shirt color 3 times and not once did he ever seemed bothered with me. Once I made my mind up he told me the shirt will be done in 20 mins!!! I was expecting a few days so when I heard that I was thrilled! For a youth size Medium shirt and the design it was a total of $18 and some change. Definitely worth it, will be back for sure when we need more custom shirts made. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Hong and the Fast Image Factory. I wanted to get shirts made for all my family as a supportive gesture for my nephew Jude who was born prematurely. I came in with a design idea and Hong took my ideas and created a great shirt! I changed a few things in the process and he was so patient! The T-shirts were very nice quality, not flimsy at all and the printing was crisp. One had a little mark on it and Hong reprinted it at no cost. I brought the shirts to my family and others liked them so much that even the nurses/friends/other family members requested one! I was back in there at least 3 times and every interaction was wonderful. Hong and his family are so sweet and the process was efficient. Get your stuff printed here! read more
