I have been coming to this place for several years to get embroidery for school. I do not recommend this place. The embroidery is fine but the staff lacks the ability to provide decent customer service. I would rather pay the extra cost at Lands End. Parents this place is a pass. She is very responsive and has great attention to detail. I walked in here last week to order a specific item and was told I will get a sampled email the next day which didn't happen & the order would be completed in a week. So I called & spoke with Carmen few days later which is who I spoke with when I came in & she mentioned they were behind smh to send a quick email for a customer?!? I gave them the benefit of the doubt so she stated again she'd send it email after I made a slight change adding a name over the phone after our call which never happened again at all. I confirmed my email & checked my spam/junk. If you want to WASTE your time, that might be easy here!! At this point, don't secretly make the order. Documented. I needed to get a shirt embroidered with my emblem of my website and I ended up using Yelp. Once again, I Yelp helped me out. I tried calling before hand to see if they were open - but the line was busy. I drove to the location and noticed that the business had a huge order they were working on. They even had boxes out in the parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist behind the computer. She was friendly and helped me choose a font and dimensions on my shirt. I left my shirt and they told me it would be available in a week (I wish it had been done sooner, but oh well). I came and picked it up a week later and I was impressed! Great job! She had me email her our logo and I dropped off the chair backs to be embroidered the next day. Not only were they on target with the order deadline, the chair backs looked awesome and the price came in under what we were originally quoted. They were easy to deal with, did great work and were within our budget! This place is convenient & gives good quality results for it's location, however the front counter person barely provides a 2 star customer service performance. I stood there for awhile waiting for an acknowledgement since she was buried into her computer. When I asked for help, this person finally did look up and she seemed put out! She took care of my request but she gave me the impression I was bothering her. I picked up my order the following week at the time said would be ready but it was not so I had to wait an extra 20minutes.
