I only received 2 out of the 14 photos of the roof deck. I honestly just wanted a straight above shot of the deck. I only received one from the side and the other one was slightly angled with the two neighboring roofs as well. When I contacted them to let them know they didn't get the ONE shot I wanted, he told me they would have to charge me to go out and reshoot. He said I should have specifically asked for that shot if I wanted it. I told him Ive never had professional photos taken before and I assumed they would grab quite a few shots including one from straight above right? WRONG. DONT hire this company. Save your money and your time. Now Im back to square one without the shot I wanted.
