We have been working with Dominic and his team at Curb360 for quite some time so this review is long overdue. Not only are his photographers top notch, they are prompt, talented and very professional. Most recently we hired Curb360 to shoot a condo that we were listing. The condo was a step up from a full gut, but a remodel was not in the best interest of our client. Since she was still residing in the home, physical staging to help spruce up the appeal wasn't a viable option either. With the help of Pete's photography and Dominic's stellar virtual staging skills, we were able to showcase what a remodel in this home would look like. Bethany came to shoot my small condo for Airbnb photos. She was very nice, but only there for 10 minutes. In one room, I had clearly set up a play area for the shoot and I am certain she took pictures of it. When it was missing from the final edited photos I asked. I was willing to pay extra, but she probably already cleared her drive and only the final edits were available. The pictures were not of the best quality and did not hold well in the resizing of the main picture for Airbnb and VRBO. The photos also had a lot of ceiling and blank area. I think DVK would be great for empty houses, but they do not have the artistic ability to get eye catching photos that sell a property on Airbnb/VRBO. I only used them as my usual photographer is out of town for the next three weeks. I can't wait for him to get back so I can get some proper photos! read more
