Adal not only created the web app per our specifications, he created a gorgeous design and added additional productivity features that would make navigation simpler for our Sales staff. One such feature was adding navigation buttons on the lower right or left hand corner depending on where the Sales Counselor was standing (we project on a 60-inch screen while demoing to prospects). It makes me curious about the legitimacy of the other reviews for him. They do not represent the experience I had with him at all. This is the story: I hired Adal to help me optimize the visibility of my website. The first project was for a natural search. He charged me $2,000. That seemed like a lot, but he lead me to believe that he would get great results. We talked about maximizing the most valuable keywords that related to my business. He made a list of 1st and 2nd tier keywords. I assumed he would work on the first tier keywords. He did not. instead he focused all his energy on one obscure keyword out of list #2. Yes, he raised my visibility for that keyword, but it was rarely used by consumers. He still wanted full payment of 2K. I had already paid 1K and that was far too much for what he had accomplished. Before I realized that something was going wrong, I started another project with him. That project was to optimize my visibility on my Google Adwords account. It was already working well, but I desired a little more visibility. I had assumed, he would fine tune the keywords in my Adwords campaign. Though, he went off on an obscure tangent again. He wanted to funnel all of my ad money towards a large banner ad that would follow people around once they visited my site. I didn't see the value in that, but he had already spent several hours on the project and would be billing me for those. The cost of the Adwords Campaign was $1600. The kicker was, I ended up calling Google myself. They were able to walk me through the adjustments I needed to make in an hour. At that point, I expressed my unhappiness with his work. He didn't attempt to make anything right. He just said that I didn't appreciate his work. Therefore, there was no point in continuing. I was so surprised by his lack of accountability. I run my own business. it is very successful. I don't think I've ever let a client walk away feeling like they didn't get what they paid for. It's really bad business. While I don't doubt that he spent many hours working on my project, there was a ridiculously poor result. I am a wardrobe stylist. This would be like me taking payment for a 20-hr job to build a client's wardrobe and coming back to them with only one dress. I had put all my faith in Adal to handle this for me because I was intimidated by the process. Adal did not have my best interest in mind, but rather was most interested in billing for more time to increase his profits. This has been a very disappointing experience. I walk away from it with a very good, but expensive lesson.

They auto drafted every month through our checking account, aba and account #, wouldn't take a card. After our contract was over we cancelled-- after paying for services for two companies we didn't get FOR 3 YEARS AT $300 A MONTH... do the math on that wasted money. The $300.00 a month was supposed to be $275 #1, because we enrolled one company and was told each subsequent company we enrolled would get a $25.00 discount each month-- and was actually told if we enroll enough companies, Truly 360 can actually end up paying us! Far from the truth. So the $300/month. Once realized very quickly this wasn't a service that was sold to us, we tried to cancel and was given the run around, a few refund checks for the $25.00 monthly overpayment for a couple months and hen basically told we were in contract. We waited our contract out the 3 years and cancelled. After cancelling, we weren't billed a few months and then billing keeps popping up where we need to request to be refunded and SHOW PROOF as we do. We are always assure this is a glitch and won't happen again. Nobody is answering the phone or returning phone calls. Today, I again submitted proof with my request for yet another refund for 3 past months they snuck in their fraudulent fees. A few months ago I couldn't get ahold of anyone and left a review on Google of my experience. Within a short time of writing that review I was contacted and advised if I removed the review I would get a refund. I removed the review and they sent me an email with an E-check for what they had erroneously billed... and promised it would never happen again. Well it has, and I can't get ahold of anyone. Hopefully they will refund me again. At this point I am going to look at ways of escalating this with the appropriate agencies. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TRULY 360. Project went well, the team showed up and worked diligently, there was more oversight required on my part to ensure the project went according to plan as the stucco color was way off and required fixing. No less than 4 months after the completion a portion of the stucco on the retaining wall popped off. It seemed like a small repair for them and Richard said he'd get it done. After more than a dozen messages back and forth and promises to fix it, he's stopped returning my calls or messages. While waiting for the stucco repair they even poured another concrete pad but haven't done a thing to repair. Honestly surprised they haven't repaired it and completely ignored my calls.
