I can only speak about this company as a tenant and I can say is RUN; do not rent from them…read more Theresa, Gregg's office manager is a nightmare. They require an absurd amount of "qualifications" up front and act friendly in the beginning. I moved into a condo that wasn't cleaned or repaired (holes not patched, water reversed in the shower, faulty heat) and although I made several improvements to the place to make it nicer they nickel and dimed ME for not cleaning the place (which was not filthy mind you) and for repairs. When the dryer broke a month before my move out Theresa responded with nonchalance saying it probably can't be fixed before I move out (something a Mom with a boy can't go without); I called Gregg and he had someone there in two days. Flash forward to three months later apparently the new tenants never changed the water over and my cancellation didn't go through and Theresa's only response was basically "too bad so sad" we won't ask for reimbursement so it's on you to pay their bill. Yet when I moved in and it was under their name they hounded me until it was changed over. Stay away from these snakes.
