From the perspective of a tenant living in a property on the market that is being handled by this realty group, the agents at this company lack any respect for a person's time, privacy or space. As a matter of fact, an agent at this company, Christina Savedra, only seemed to know how to fumble around for an excuse and say "I'm so sorry! It won't happen again!".
I repeatedly insisted that realtors stick to the time window within which they agreed to show up; I would even give them a window of half hour on either side of the agreed time range, but I consistently walked in on the realtors showing the home. On several occasions I had to insist that they wrap up the showing after coming home from work an hour after they should have been gone! All they would do was smile shamelessly, knowing full well the imposition they were causing. Christina's response: "I'm so sorry! It won't happen again!"
On two occasions, buyers' agents showed up on my doorstep without any appointments. Each and every time, I would complain to Christina, and the response I would get was always the same, "I'm so sorry! It won't happen again." But it always would.
The person who finally rubbed my nerves raw was a buyer they found who can't seem to visit the townhouse enough, to take measurements, to look at the layout, to make plans on what would go and what would stay, ALL BEFORE THE FIRST BANK EVEN APPROVED THE SALE. The first time they spent 15-20 minutes just looking at the place.
The next appointment he HAD to bring his parents and a 15 minute appointment turned into 45 minutes, but only after I protested that it was taking too long. They then hung out just outside my door for another half hour.
The third time Christina schedules what she referred to as an "appraisal and home inspection" and asks for two time windows, the first for an hour and a half and the second for a half hour. Needless to say, I come home from work half hour after the last crew should have cleared out and there is the new buyer, with his father, the realtor and some contractor smiling. They just stood there, clueless about how they were imposing on me and my home. After a few awkward minutes and my terse responses to their idle chat, they finally walked out the door, only to stand outside it for another 40 minutes talking obnoxiously loud.
I feel like Christina was being completely dishonest about the appointment and knew full well who was coming and how long they would be here. Anyone care to guess Christina's response? If you answered "I'm so sorry! It won't happen again!", you've won the prize!
So how do I feel about this team? They never took responsibility for any of the people they sent over to look at the place; they disregarded every complaint and concern I brought up thinking that a phony apology would be enough to keep the peace; they really didn't give a flying fig about how much they imposed on the tenants with late showings and utterly obnoxious visitors.
