I purchased a box for three months and definitely will not be renewing. Very unhappy with the service from staff, there is always some issue or extra charge and aren't very friendly or willing to help. Idk about them but when Im working at my job I do my best to make the customer happy. I don't like to post bad reviews but I had to for this one:( read more

Tax day (April 15) 5:30PM tried to drop off state taxes letter at Post Office it was closed but inside was a sign to this business that they would take it until 10pm, they did... AT TWO DOLLARS an envelope, reason? because they needed to drive them to downtown office. Guess in this economy everyone needs money no matter how low they go. I hope the $2 was worth more than me ever coming close to this place. read more

Nice place but employees need to be a little faster attending customers there is always a wait on every small transaction

I think her name was Robin.. let's put it this way.. the customer service was so bad that I left to drive across town to a different Postal Annex. The customer service I received at the other postal Annex was 100 times better.. it was worth the trip.. Don't let the poor customer service at this place spoil your day, go somewhere else. It's worth the trip. read more

Spoke with Myra at 7:30 am CST. Advised Myra not to release any documents to Irma Delia Rivera Zepeda phone# 664 294 9892. That NO documents were to be released at all. Myra said she would remove the authorization for Irma from Box 227's files immediately. read more

GREAT customer service by a young lady that worked there (sorry I didn't catch your name!)

If it had 0 stars I would rate it a zero. This place has lousy service absurd hours and even though a one year lease for a box is prepaid thy simply don't care to provide service. Bad use of a great brand name by the franchise at this location. Steer away and pick a different company within San Isidro. Won't renew with them the po box read more

Horrible business. Before paying $190 for year service asked just everything about additional costs, They explained $15 shelf package, $2,5 per day storage for boxes on the floor, I thought is fair, floor packages are too heavy to place on shelf ... First conflict was .... a small box weighted 1 pound they charged as "floor package" when I asked why? They said "because they have very little shelf space", they ripped me off for an extra $1, I felt they are dishonest and didn't want to deal with them for a year ... and asked to cancel rent and refund, they refused telling no refunds. Then just few weeks after border closed, I had 2 packages in transit, asked them to refuse those packages and return to sender, they told no worries, they will hold packages as 1 day storage fees until border reopens, called them few month after to reassure there are no charges they told they decided only 3 month is free, and told I owe them $225 USD!!! I again asked them just to return packages, which they finally did. Void all Postal Annex locations, When they tell "changes without notice anytime" they really do mean it, I lost $190 rental + $150 packages content as it was ebay purchase, was unable to recover from seller months after read more

I've been a customer here for years. Normally I overlook the "quirks" of this place, but today I felt the need to comment. They charged me double price for my package, because "it was in the hall instead of on the wall". The guy who brought me my package said I was overcharged, that I had paid for a large package when mine was the size of a shoebox. He said to ask the clerk for a refund. When I asked for the 50 cents to be taken off my envelope purchase, the clerk just seemed annoyed that pointed out she made a mistake. Then she refused and said that even though I was double charged, there was "no room on the shelf" so small packages pay double today. She said "it happens when we're busy"... So basically she told me that I had to pay extra because she couldn't do her job fast enough, because "too many" small boxes were delivered today. Talk about horrible service! Generally speaking, the service is usually slow and apathetic anyway (unless the manager serves you, he's great - middle aged Latino guy with glasses and a goatee). They also raise their rates pretty regularly. Don't get a box here. The service is poor and their competitors are less expensive. I wish I hadn't already paid for the year up front. read more

Friendly customer service, never have had any problems ever. This is my go to place to drop off UPS and Fedex spot.

the staff is very kind and willing to help you, the rent of your box is increasingly expensive and there are always hidden charges by the owner, and when she has the opportunity to help you she treats you in the worst way she does not care about her clients definitely not a good place to receive your mail , she also says that his place was not a warehouse because that day was full of packages and she decide to double charge for receiving packages , i sugest you to try another company to get your stuff , this lady is putting postal annex franchise name on the floors read more
