I have been assisted at this establishment for about 10 years as of now. Joel Magana is a very cordial, diplomatic and professional tax preparer. He will do his best to amswer all questions and confirms that other forms are absent, such as 1099 form, etc. I highly suggest scheduling an appointment for next year's tax refunds if you have the desire to have a change-of-scenery from your current tax preparer. read more

I had my taxes done with Marcos and was so disappointed with his services. He made multiple mistakes and prepared our taxes so fast without reviewing the tax forms with us. He left out our dependents, added my spouse to the wrong tax forms, etc. I noticed the mistakes after I signed and had to schedule another appointment to see Marcos and wait an hour. Not only did we paid a good amount of money for him to prepare our taxes, but now we owe the IRS thousands because of the mistakes. The inconvenience of calling the IRS and having to go back to Marcos to fix our taxes was a headache on its own. Prior to the Amendment (my second visit with ITBS) Marcos recommend we do a payment plan with the IRS. This was processed electronically and could not stop it anymore after the amendment. The IRS and going to start deducting money because they are backlog on processing amendment. So now we have to pay money we don't owe. In addition, we didn't get our full stimulus check because of the mistakes. Marcos really messed up our taxes. I will never go back with ITBS services and recommend you stay away from this place. Marcos and son are not friendly and hate to be bother with questions. They treat the poor receptionist awful with no respect and have an internal chat system between them and talk about their customers. Please stay away from this place, not worth your headache. I've never had an issue with my taxes until I went to see ITBS tax services. Run from this place!! I would give them a zero but that was not an option on this rating app. read more

They were really helpful when filling my taxes. Also it was pretty fast.

In general they provide a decent service, but the worst thing about this place is that they don't honor their closing times, but don't get me wrong, I'm not talking about a couple of minutes, I'm talking about half hour kind of thing... and they even close for the day (not talking about holidays either), without previous notice to their clients. This is specially annoying when you're trying to pick your mail or a package (they offer personal mail box, as well ), this happened to me 4 times in a 12 month period; you could think that's not to much... but try to imagine this when you cross the border to get your mail or gifts for the birthday party of one of your sons, and you get 30 min early of the closing time (after 2 hrs of border line), just to see the office closed. This happens Saturday November, 11, 2017. (3:30pm). The very same thing happened to days before (Thursday November 9,2017) when I arrive 5:58pm... 2 minutes before closing time... but again the office closed, but not like just closed..with employees still inside or any thing like it... closed like 15min ago closed feel like... everything shut down, lights computers, etc and the big chain over the front door, etc. Choose wisely! read more
