Coming back here to give an update, they found the title in the warehouse and was eventually delivered. Upsetting that I had to call a rep in store and file an investigation for my missing envelope but thankfully all is well. Just a hassle dealing with this especially with an important document. At 10:39 this morning I received the text from UPS that my package was ready to be picked up. It's 11:22 and I've just left the UPS store it was delivered at only to be told that it wasn't ready for pickup that they still had to go and check it in. Now I have to check back in an hour to see if it's been inventory before I can go pick it up. Somehow this is a huge hole in the process instead of wasting time and taking off work to drive up and pick the package up only to be told it's not ready there should be a difference in the way the text system works letting me know it was delivered and then a separate one letting me know when it's ready to be picked up. I would suggest that they return to the two spaces they used to have - with the uptick in Amazon and especially catering to the "Return Addicts" that love to click and buy, and then return dozens per week ha ha. When Dennis started to charge for not picking up within his 'storage calculus' we thought it placed an additional burden on the associates (the bearers of bad news). I have been with them through 3 owners for more than 35 years since the old retired Navy guy started on Orange Ave. Cough up for a larger space - it's possible you are not in compliance with the overly regulated California aisle regulations as well as NFPA. Exits clearly marked, Reunion maps. And so on. A friendly reminder that you ought to keep customers safe as well as associates. I do like this location and the gentleman that assist me is always very kind and smiling. The only downside is the expensive charge to print out a label. It's a "one time" fee of $3.99 with and additional fee of .14 cents for any page thereafter. I do recall I've used their printing services in other location and I believe it's $1.25. Getting charged 4 bucks for one page is kinda crazy to me so I'd rather just do it at home. Also I don't recommend using their self service when available with expensive items. I returned a pair of Levi jeans and they some how got lost and I wasn't able to receive my refund. Their workers are better than other locations and parking is sometimes complicated depending at the time you arrive since it's in a busy parking lot. read more

I wanted to write a review for Victor who helped me with a mistake that I made on this evenings drop off. My husband took 2 packages for Amazon returns to the UPS Store on Telegraph Canyon. When my husband arrived home he told me there was a problem. I messed up! I accidently put the same return slip on both packages. I called the store and spoke to Victor. He provided me the store's email address so that I could email him the correct return slip. I really appreciated Victor's assistance. I have to write a positive review for this location because they've always treated me with a smile, they were extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful. I've visited here when it's been slow, and when they've been slammed and all the workers have always been pleasant to deal with despite it being as extremely busy. Our only complaint is that sometimes parking here can be a real pain because there's more stores than there's adequate parking for, and others who aren't visiting the UPS Store are parking in the spaces nearest to them. So, imagine if you have a quick package drop off which you'll need their shipping assistance, and discover that you have nowhere to park. That honestly is my only gripe. I needed to return my AT&T Equipment and was instructed to return it to a UPS Store. This location is in a busy strip mall close to my home and typically difficult to get a parking. I came in about 10:30 and found parking right away. It could be that it's just in the afternoon parking becomes hectic. As soon as I arrived I was greeted immediately. The entire staff has always been helpful, if there is a line it moves quickly, and they have taken all the necessary precautions for Covid. Due to Covid the store allows only 3 people in at a time. I stood outside like everyone else. I waited my turn to go in. I needed to ship a very critical package to my uncle. This happen to be the remains of his mother. The man measured the items. The price went from 12.78 to 31.66 with no explanation, until I questioned the price increase. I paid then asked am I watching you package it up. Its important that its handled with care. He looks outside and says, Your welcome to wait but we have to take care of the customers first". Am I not a paying customer? I stood outside just like everyone else. I said can you at least put her in a box. I mean leaving her on the counter seemed like a lack of respect. I don't know your policy on packaging, but as a paying customer to be charged for something I don't even see seems odd. I pray her remains are secured properly and make it to her son with no issues. Big UPS to UPS! I've dealt with UPS a handful of time relating to exchanging and replacing my cell phones through my T-Mobile insurance and/or warranty coverage. Last time, I actually handed a UPS truck driver my package when I saw him parked at some strip mall. I just found out today that THIS store is located in the Telegraph Canyon Plaza mall; its actually the last store in the strip mall. It was simple as just walking in and handing a cool guy by the name of Brandon your package and receiving a receipt instantly and your out the door in less than 60 seconds. Well, my package already had a UPS return label on it so it was a lot easier for me to just hand it in and literally be out the door.
