I received 3 quotes fairly quickly and decided on using Correct Appraisals. Yelp app marked them as "Verified License" and also I liked the background of the owner when I checked out the website. Corbin had posted his experience online. Also liked that he had spent some time in New York Metro area for at least 8 years. Appraisal was done quickly. As far as the report goes, very detailed with sales comparison analyses and photos. Service was fast, quick, and efficient. Great communications. Very detailed and thorough report. This is the service we pay almost $300 a month for. Not to mention they do an abysmal job of maintaining the property and have not fixed problems with the non-functional front gate clickers that they charge $50 for. I am a business owner and so is my wife. 14 years of payments of rent. High credit score and they still weren't happy. On the phone they say they now can't read the proof of statements and move the goalposts on me to prove that my 10 year old company is paying me. Very poor customer service initially and then want more than it takes to get a commercial loan to prove income. Do not work with them.

My husband ordered the cornbread skillet that comes with andouille sausage and I think roasted okra. He said this was really delicious. I tried a few bites and I totally agree. I had the steak and eggs which was delicious with its mustard hollandaise sauce. Coffee was great, OJ was fresh and tasty. Will have to come back for dinner one night.
