this store is very disorganized. they have long waits to just drop a packag. there is a grouchy old guy that is unpleasant.

Absolutely the WORST possible location you can go to! The customer service is less than zero and it's the only place I have had packages stolen from. If you don't seal your Amazon return they will charge almost $4 for a piece of tape. These people SUCK! I would not go here if there is ANY other options. Horrendous service by FAR!! Run away and hope they go out of business. Or change owners. Terrible! ***UPDATE: still by far the worst location, they will charge over $3 to tape the box. No other place does this and they are getting paid to process and ship the boxes to Amazon. But as a business owner they want to gouge you for $3 for a piece of tape...shit customer service as usual. Very helpful staff. I came in just a few days ago to get a ton of documents notarized and was so happy they could help. This location was very busy especially for an early Saturday morning (or maybe its always like that for these types of services?). My service was taking a while and with the store getting constant customers and a line forming the man working was very good about making sure I was OK, then helping others while I worked on what I could. I appreciated that. It may have taken a bit more time to get my stuff signed, but I know if I was standing in that line I would have appreciated his efforts to keep the line moving. This by far is the worst ups store I have ever gone to. All the other ups store around the area are so much more accommodating and helpful and not make you feel uncomfortable. My grandparents had the same encounter. The employees are very rude. They are stuck up and not there to help you. They rush everything and want you out asap. Even my neighbors avoid this location because they have gone through the same feelings as I had - uncomfortable and rude. Go for your self and you will see why. I hope you change your attitude towards your customers and learn how to be a human being especially to elders. read more

So here is an update on my review This morning I decided to give this business another try. as I walked in , I was the first customer and another gentleman walked behind me. Sean helped the customer who arrived after me first. The reason for that was so he wanted to confront me for my previous review. He proceeded to explain to about he is running a business not a charity and he is not responsible for customer packaging. What he failed to address that my review was simply for he charged me for 6" tape. Sean, when you open a business and want to have return customers, you cannot charge them for 6" of tape the price is a full roll. Additionally it is a very bad business conduct to argue with you customer over a review in front many other customers. read more

Consistently rude and unpleasant to their customers. My husband has been multiple times and no more, due to the fact they are bossy and condescending, not just to him but to other customers in the store. They charge $3 for sending back Amazon packages when that is not the deal with Amazon. They should learn some basic manners too. As they clearly have not, we will vote with our feet. I've been to this UPS hundreds of times over about 10 years. Mostly, people come in and do Amazon returns. I watch them happen all the time. Then thry hired the clerk in the photo, and the store's demeanor completely changed. Now the clerks were rude to customers and their reviews went bad. I always follow the Amazon instructions and, after years of watching it happen, was treated rudely and aggressively by the clerk in the photo. It was completely out of line. He even lunged at me when I took his picture. I complained to Amazon and UPS and was scheduled a pick up. The UPS driver laughed when I told him what the clerk said. The driver said that this store is known for what they do to avoid Amazon returns. There is another store off of Olympiad that's much more courteous and actually follows the Amazon instructions. read more

Terrible!! I was dropping off a package to this ups since I was in the area. It wasn't an Amazon return either, just a regular retail store drop off. Such a mistake. I will actively avoid this ups location in the future. My package was sealed and I had a paper label printed. The older man wanted to charge me $3 to attach the label to the package. I asked for my package back but he kept going on and on with a long lecture about why he has to charge such a fee and why it's fair. By the time he was done, I was over it and reached for my package. Then he condescendingly said he'd take it, rudely implied he was doing me a huge favor, and said to never do that again. Then he took the package and label and just threw them and completely turned his back to me and walked away without saying thanks or bye. I didn't know the interaction was over. The other ups stores in the area would never do this. They happily provide the see-thru window and fold up the label to tuck in for me or tape the label to the package. This ups legit doesn't want you coming here. Reading all the other negative reviews, I'm wondering if there's ever friendly service. Feels odd to write a review for a ups, but I really disliked my experience enough to write about it. read more

This UPS Store in tucked away in a small strip mall near Portola Hills/Foothill Ranch area with some convenient neighbors to grab coffee, lunch or a quick manicure. In other words, this is a very convenient location! When you walk in you are usually greeted by friendly staff. I usually come in with my daughters carrying the Amazon return packages and Sean and his team go out of their way to make my girls feel welcome and helpful. This absolutely 100% helps when you have reluctant kids helping with errands on a weekday or weekend afternoon. My little one looks forward to the smiley face stamp! Besides Amazon returns, this is my go to place for notary services. Always present and able to get you out the door in no time. The balance between time, costs and overall efficiency of this UPS store is as high as the Queen that rules the home! It's a busy place and I see that some complain about the charges for taping and packaging Amazon returns. If Amazon states that the customer must package their return then it is expected that the customer does this. Time is valuable for each consumer and is also valuable for every other service industry representative out there. Let's all be responsible adults and act accordingly. Been coming to the store now for a couple years. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It can get busy at times but they're always really quick and very attentive to get what I need done and a quick timely manner. Sean is especially great he's I think the owner/manager there, he's always very friendly and he's taken care of some issues for me in the past, he even let me in a few minutes before opening to get an important package out once. I decided to go to this UPS store location because it was on my way back from running an errand. I have full regrets on that decision. I wanted to make a simple Amazon return and was treated rudely when I didn't see the sign that pointed me to a self serve kiosk. The gentleman working was very condescending and treated me like I didn't know anything and I don't know how to follow directions just because the Amazon return portion of the sign was a very small print. He proceeded to chastise me when I tried to move the terminal because I couldn't see it. He also pointed me to a bag that was too small for the item I had and then got frustrated with me and took it away from me and proceeded to try to stop it in the bag after I left. Now I don't even know if my return is going to make it back. I will go back to my normal UPS store where there is no self service kiosk and they actually have employees that help you and are friendly. If you'd like to be treated like a human and not in a condescending manner, I would recommend going to a different location. read more

TERRIBLE service! Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. RUN Forest, RUN! Extremely rude older gentleman, actually annoyed with customers, and he royally screwed up something as simple as an Amazon return that was already boxed and properly labeled. He insisted we break it up into two packages (which I've never done as the items were from the same order) I'm guessing if he has two different labels and two different packages he gets paid more!?! All that needed to happen was scan my QR code hand me my receipt and move on. One minute of time. After an incredibly frustrating amount of time trying to appease him, I finally insisted he give me the packages back and I was leaving. He insisted on cutting the label off of the package?! Amazon needs to audit this store and reconsider having them as any Amazon drop off place. There's something a little screwy here. Oh and the older man, guessing the owner, also made a comment chewing out all the customers (?!) that they've been open since 9:00 a.m. and they should have come then instead of having a big line now. Unbelievable. If he's so annoyed about having customers in his store, then he's in the wrong business. There are plenty of other UPS stores in the area, make your day a little better and make sure you go to those stores. read more

I love this store so much. The owner and employees have been nothing but nice and gracious every time I go in. They know how much my kids love the UPS trucks and give them stickers and stamps every time we go in. It feels weird to rate a UPS store, but this is my personal favorite store. I always have items to send out (lots of pre-paid labels) and the guys here are always fast and friendly. They don't question me if I need a UPS envelope and are always helpful. Taylor (assistant manager, I believe) is super nice and helpful. I guess I go into the store often enough, because I was surprised that he remembered me! I've seen Taylor go out of his way to help other customers with things like working the printer to create a perfect print job. Really appreciate that this was one of the few stores open on New Years Eve and they took care of me 30 seconds before closing even though I wasn't totally ready! Appreciate the services they offer. I wish others in the community would keep in mind that it's not easy owning a business in Orange County with all the entitlement that exists here. Be kind people and respect the hustle of these business owners. Please don't go into their business expecting free printing and boxes and get mad when they tell you the cost.
