I stopped by to get a document notarized and ended up having a great experience. I hardly review retail stores, but I felt this spot deserved a great review. I was assisted by Sean, whom I believe is the franchise owner, and he was very friendly and helpful. Through our conversation he was able to help me both fax and UPS the original notarized document to NYC. I had only planned on getting it notarized and faxing and mailing it myself. It may have cost me a few extra dollars to have them do it, but it made it much easier for me to have a one-stop shop. It saved me the trouble of running back home to fax it and then to the post office to mail it. It's not often that the person helping you actually listens to you and finds a way to solve your problems. I wasn't asking for his help, I was just talking about what the document was and what I needed to do with it. Kudos to Sean for actually listening. Love this place I have had my mailbox for 1.5 years now never issues. Sean the owner is so friendly everytime me or my kids walk in for mail, packages he is always smiling and happy. My third time here for notary service. Every time my experience was made easy by Sean, the manager and staff. They gave me direction when it was needed and finished my transactions swiftly. Prior to today each visit was crowded and they managed and advised all clients with direction for their specific needs. I saw a lot of return customers who knew what they needed to do and kindly helped others. Today, I witnessed a gentleman come in with urgency. He could not process a return as was his business. Sean, the owner advised him with direction and the gentleman was irritated he needed to pay for extra materials to complete his process. This is a business and nothing is for free. I have a business down the street from this location and we come in to this store often to ship all varieties of things all over the country. Sean and his staff are incredibly friendly and unbelievably fast and efficient. Today they even helped me with a passport photo and went through all my documentation to ensure everything was filled out correctly and there would not be any issues. There is a reason they have a big #1 on their counter...above and beyond at every level. Had a live scan scheduled for 4pm and I showed up as he was leaving to drop stuff off, told me it would be a 20 minute wait which was fine with me, walked in then a minute later walks back in and says "let's get this done for you right now". I have been frequenting this store since moving into the area six years ago. I continue to be impressed with how helpful and efficient the team is at the store. This despite the fact that at times they are OVERWHELMINGLY busy with client pickups and deliveries. I guess it is their excellent customer service that keeps them busy. Sean, the manager, has been very helpful and courteous on so many occasions; in fact, it is hard to imagine instances when I have come into the store when he was not working. He is that dedicated. They recently took on the self-serve Amazon return service, which I understand has very little margin for profit. Yet Sean felt it was important to have it for his customers. Though it is self-serve, it is amusing how many people get confused or are not prepared to use the process. Once again, Sean and the team step in and offer instructions, provide packaging if needed, and again, just make sure the customer's needs are met. I needed to have a form notarized today and I decided to go to the one off of Trabuco that opened at 9 am. There was no line and no one in the store and notary lady told me to come back at 10 am so ridiculous-NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! If you want notary done come to this UPS store. Sean is professional, and has the best customer service and does notary during his business hours . This is my second time here and although he gets very busy he acknowledges everyone that walks through his doors and works really fast to help everyone in a timely manner. I haven't had the best experiences at UPS stores in the past, (poor customer service, bad attitudes, etc.) but had to come here for live scan with my co worker.
