Came here I expectedly because I saw the store. They opened timely. Waited behind one person. Another entered and used one of the kiosks and was on his way. They were able to print a shipping label and packing list for me free of charge. To do so you can email your attachment to printandgo@fedex.com. It takes 1-5 minutes to receive a code. Once you have the code you show it to the FedEx employee and they'll get you sorted. They even let me borrow their tape for my package. went here today to mail some important papers that had to go out immediately IRS related. Tiffany the store manager helped me with the copying and mailing of my docs. She was pleasant, helpful, so much that I reached out to Fedex corporate to commend her for her outstanding service. Having been part of a family business for q5 years, I have firsthand experience on recognizing how certain employees can make or break a business. She was a gem. After the bad experience with the FedEx center on La Paz, LN, I decided to go to another location instead. Visited the Rockfield, Lake Forest today. It was totally different. Matthew greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was pleasant and super helpful. He printed the label for me, put my little shipping item inside the envelope I brought in, then put it in a FedEx envelope and sealed it up. The FedEx employee at the La Paz location told me yesterday that it would be $5.95 to buy that FedEx envelope! Matthew told me that's not true, that envelope is free! Love the great service here. This place is located in the same plaza as Oke Poke on the side with the Pokémon GO gym for Peppino on it. I'm not sure if Peppino still exists, but if the gym still exists then it's fine with me. I came here to drop a shipment off. Depending on the daily traffic and how many staff members are on duty the amount of time one will spend inside varies from "normal day at a post office" to "drop off and leave". For this time it was the former due to a slow customer ahead of me. The staff was nice. read more

Bad service. They lost my package. I was supposed to pickup a package here from an online order and the package is not here. Nobody can provide any information about it. No notification was never sent to me that the package arrived here but in the FedEx website it shows it was delivered to this office. Callum the service manager today was very rude and unwilling to help saying "not my problem, nothing I can do". He was very unhelpful and provided zero interest in helping me find my package. read more

Extremely irritated with this outfit here, they care nothing for people's time, I came in Saturday and spend a ton of time and money for the job to be done incomplete. Have to take time out of my workday because the job that I came in for Saturday wasn't right. I'm missing money while I sit here and wait for them to finish job on Monday they should've done Saturday. this is my first time ever visiting this physical location, and I was here because I was shipping official paperwork for work. Danaya was the employee, and she was professional and polite. As with most FedEx locations, They have pretty much anything you need for shipping and packing. They do also custom pack if you like, though it is a significant upcharge. You can save a lot of money by packing it yourself before you come. Pricing is up front and they can give you quotes before you purchase anything, which is always a bonus. In all, it was a very good experience and I would recommend using this location for your shipping needs. read more

The lady that was helping me out had a bad attitude. I placed an order instore for two print jobs. The price was little higher than I expected but I placed the order anyways. After, I checked FedEx website for the same print job. It was way cheaper than the quote they gave me instore. I called the store right back asking to cancel the order. The lady said she can't cancel because the print is already done. First of all, they told me that they will show me a sample before processing the print job, which they did not do. Second, the lady just said online pricing may be different than instore so they can't price match. But since she decided to give me a coupon i said fine. Next day I go in to pick up my order, I see that the print didn't come out as i expected. I saw my first set of prints and asked if they can just do some cutting along the borders, which the lady was willing to do so. I saw the second set of prints and they too needed some cutting. But when I asked the lady again, she got mad and just TOOK AWAY ALL THE PRINTS FROM MY HANDS and said "IF YOU DON"T LIKE IT JUST DON"T TAKE IT." I was so confused and angry for the type of attitude she was giving when I was just asking for nicely. She said she needs to charge me for cutting and I agreed to do so. In the end, she cut all the prints which are uneven throughout. I paid the price for the prints and cutting, which now looks horrible. I'm never going there again for prints, nor do I recommend anyone else to do so. read more

I'm not one to write a review on a FedEx as most of the time I go into a store location and drop off a package for FedEx and leave. Today I went in with my father in law to send some faxes. Chris was working (9/7/13) and began to assist us. He took us to the fax machine and explained how to pay for the faxed pages we wanted to send out. He told us the pricing per page and we told him we had 17 pages. He commented that it would cost a lot to fax it via the machine and asked if we could email these documents? We could... so he suggested to scan the documents and he could give us the copies. I didn't have a USB thumbdrive so he then found another option which was to email it to our personal address and we could forward it off from there. Chris made sure that the 17 pages were under 10MB which is small enough to be sent through gmail. All in all the experience I received from this store location by Chis was exceptional. He took a simple task as faxing over documents and provided us with the most cost effective way to send them out. The extra time he took to do that was something that prompted me to write a review. This location is still open during construction! It's to the immediate left of Pepinos. Nancy and Ed were the two staff members there and they were so helpful and so patient with helping me do an international shipping order. My order is a little complicated but they took the time to let me know what's the best price and the fastest shipping rate. They were also very time efficient helping other customers while I was filling out my forms. I would definitely visit this location again read more

I really cannot believe the horrid treatment I received. They delivered an envelope to me in error. It was not on my street, was not addressed to me. I inadvertently opened it thinking it was for me and inside was a check for $306,000. I immediately called and told them of their error and asked them to come and get it. They said they would but they never came. That was Wednesday. Keep in mind that this envelope is overnight express and has urgent all over the outside and has $306,000 inside. I called again on Thursday morning and they said they would send someone over and they never showed up. On Friday I called the bank who issued the check and they said they would send someone to pick it up and no one ever came. I looked up the person to whom the check was addressed and got a phone number and left a voicemail and they called me back totally unaware that I had their package. They came and got it themselves. I really cannot believe what lack of concern I experienced in resolving this situation. There must've been a reason they were at my house and left the wrong package. I am presuming that there really was a package for me and now it has been delivered to the wrong house somewhere else. I would never trust these people with my important documents. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! The older man working was so rude and unprofessional and basically told me that he didn't want to help me and it was going to be a long wait. I patiently told him I didn't mind and he kept pushing me to go to another location.
