I didn't have reservations but because I had flowers and a gift in hand as an early Mother's Day for my date they allowed me to take a cancellation. In my opinion I think this is the best restaurant I've had in the Antelope Valley to date. The flavors and freshness is unmatched. While I was waiting for my date to arrive I had the sticky wings which were clearly just prepared, sweet and savory. For dinner I had the Italian bolognese and the pasta was supple while the bolognese tasted as if it was slow cooking for hours. The food here is never a disappointment like at all ! The ribeye sandwich is so delicious without the horseradish mustard! I personally don't like horseradish but I substituted that for the garlic aioli and chimichurri put it on the sandwich and it was amazing the wedges are always crispy and not dried out super yummy, my daughter ate the whole steak and she never eats everything but she did this time safe to say she loved it the sticky wings had a really great umami taste to it definitely recommend trying them and the drinks are always great super flavorful and not too sweet love that! Food is great, but the service is subpar. I have been to the third place twice now and both times it has been nearly empty besides one or two other groups. They have multiple wait staff walking around and conversing without acknowledging customers. I sat with my girlfriend for 15 minutes while the wait staff walked by us multiple times just talking. And today our waiter took our order then asked us if we would like ketchup and ranch. So he returned with ketchup and ranch. For what we are not sure because we have YET to receive our food. It's a lean cut to begin with and when cooked to medium it was almost dry, tough and had no juice. I was hungry so I went for it. Hmm, hardly any seasoning. The meatloaf sliders were very tasty. Then we had the beet salad. It was very bright and fresh. The beets were delicious. There was a nice vinegary, light dressing. The Italian Bolognese was fantastic. Swedish meatballs were interesting and traditional and sweet, but definitely wish that we had maybe try something a bit more adventurous. The server was very energetic and friendly. She had so many recommendations and was extremely helpful. The ambience is very cozy comfortable and chic. We were able to get a spot at the bar where we were greeted by our bartender, Jackie.
