This is a really cute & hipstery bar and restaurant. I came kind of early in the day so I didn't get anything to drink but can't wait to come back and try their drinks. The staff were nice, our waiter was really to the point. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was so good, I can't wait to come back and get it again. Definitely recommend!

This place is officially my new favorite--I'll definitely be coming back. Everything we tried was amazing, and the drinks were on point. The lemon tart was so delicious, literally melted in my mouth. The staff were incredibly kind and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. I can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu!

Third Place is lovely. It's got great ambience and decor. Good for dates and girl's nights out, even took the kiddos here. Their food is of good quality and flavor, and so does their cocktails. Always get the mussels and/or the wings- they will not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection, however it doesn't really have a side, you've got to get it a la carte. Burger was good and the chicken Sammie was delicious. Tried a mushroom soup that I did not like, it was way too earthy.

This week I traveled to Lancaster CA, while in town we stopped by The Third Place. From the outside it's very unassuming, but once you are inside you find a very clean, esthetically pleasing spot for a drink or great meal. We ordered three dishes, all were very well prepared. I tried the fried chicken sandwich. Great tasting bun, good size chicken breast, with pickles and red pickles onions, a very nice touch, I loved the wedge fries that came with my meal, my brother ordered the house burger, he mentioned that it hade a great tasting bun and meat patty. His girlfriend ordered the airline chicken lemon herb pesto with some roasted pistachio carrots and potato purée. All the dishes were very tasty and were good sized servings. We finished off our meals with a few drinks the mule, old fashioned and smoky the bear. All were amazing. Everyone was very nice and engaging. We will return.

As an AV resident I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. Finally had the chance. For appetizers we got the Ceviche and Roasted Cauliflower tacos. Both of them were incredible would definitely recommend. As my entree I ordered the Airline Chicken. The chicken was juicy but not really my favorite taste palate. The presentation was nice. Overall would recommend. The

One of my new favorite places in the Antelope Valley. Enjoyed the ambience and decor. The service was attentive, but not overbearing. The food was tasty and the drinks were nice and strong. Overall, this restaurant did not disappoint and I will be back.

Hidden gem in Lancaster . I came here on 2/25/25, Leslie greeted us and quickly sat us at our table . She went over the menu with us. As our appetizer we ordered the sticky wings and they were delicious. Our meals were well prepared . With good size servings. The cocktail I ordered was on point that I ordered two. We had staff check up on us to make sure we did not need anything and our drinks/ water were also refilled. The restaurant is clean , beautiful decor . Nice cozy ambiance. For being my first time here I really enjoyed myself . Definitely be returning.

We've been three times for lunch and enjoyed each time. Refreshing atmosphere, especially in the A.V. We split the mussels and a burger the first time. Nicely cooked burger and potato wedges. Mussels were so good, my husband wanted to come for them again. The second time I had the ancho fish tacos. Beautiful construct-it-yourself tacos. Happy to eat the fish on its own or in one of four small blue corn tortillas. Lovely salsas, and the pickled onions were a surprisingly tasty addition. Third time I had the onion galette, which tasted good, but was soggy on the bottom, which was a bit disappointing. Also, $8 for three pieces of a baguette with a lovely olive tapenade seems a bit steep, but my husband wanted more than the single slice that comes with the mussels, which he is hooked on. Looking forward to returning at a time of day when I can try one of their intriguing seasonal cocktails. Very happy that The Third Place is here!

Ok folks I finally tried it! I'm here at third place and enjoying the dining room and bar and service so far. Negroni made well and with the nice ice cubes... the fish tacos are amazing and creative. They are served as a filet and you pretty much build your own. Ingredients are very fresh and flavorful. This isn't the fish tacos you get on the street but still relatable enough to appreciate if you are a regular fish taco person. Definitely did not disappoint! Had the fried chicken sandwich too and it was good as well, crispy and had a touch of honey. I'm definitely putting this place on the list for upscale lunch when in town!

Great friendly service ...didn't rush us and the menu has something for everyone. I had the tomato salad ---cool and refreshing with a flavorful bite ---just right for something light . A piece of crunchy bread would have been a nice addition but my hips really don't need it! Others in my party had the burgers and they said they were delicious! Very clean establishment and would recommend . The vibe was a little cold for me.....a little echoey ....but I would go back!

Took a friend to lunch. Absolutely perfect. I love the concept behind The Third Place name. 'A "third place" refers to a social space outside of the two primary places in a person's life: "first place" (home) and "second place" (work), essentially acting as a neutral ground for social interaction and community building; the term was coined by sociologist Ray Oldenburg in his book "The Great Good Place".' Classy, elegant vibe. We had the squash ravioli (can you say "comfort food"?) and the Brie burger with a side salad. Hearty burger, cooked to perfection. The champagne vinaigrette is fantastic. I'd planned to have pumpkin spice flan but didn't save enough room. Maybe next time.

The restaurant was decorated nicely, it was warm and inviting. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by and seated. Our waitress greeted us an took our order. Our order arrived shortly after ordering! Food & drinks were good. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the potato wedges as a side. They looked burnt , were hard and dry.

Is this place good for a family dinner?

This is not a place for kids. They mostly cater to people that want to have cocktails and share unique foods and appetizers. It has an adult atmosphere.

What are their hours? Not posted here on Yelp & when I have called, no response

They just changed hours not long ago so that they are now open seven days a week at 11 AM until 10 PM, but an hour later on Friday and Saturday night.

The wait staff was pleasant enough, but all the additional charges are out of hand! I had ran into this issue here, previously, as well as at the NEW Coach's just earlier today. We ordered one dozen wings. We asked for the six flats of the order to be "mild" and the six drums to be the spiciest they have (which is not spicy at all). We asked for them to be extra wet. My wife likes ranch with hers, while I like blue cheese. When the ticket is presented, there are up-charges for ALL FLATS and ALL DRUMS, a charge for the blue cheese, a charge for ordering the wings wet. Seriously?! First of all, I had spoken to a manager at this location previously about the up-charges for separating the flats and drums to different flavor profiles. The manager agreed that I should not be charged for this and removed those charges. In discussion with the manager at the NEW Coach's, earlier today, the same consensus was relayed. STOP CHARGING FOR THIS! Look, I could understand if I was ordering six or twelve wings and asking for all of them to be drums or flats. When one orders twelve wings, which is generally equal amounts of drums and flats, why am I attempting to be up-charged twice for having one sauce on all the flats in my order and another sauce on all the drums? Why are you charging me for another dipping sauce on an order of twelve wings? You give one dipping sauce for an order of six wings. You think one dipping sauce is compatible for an order of twelve? You charge me for asking for our wings extra wet? The only reason we ask for them that way is because the wings are nearly dry if you don't. And, the little dollop of sauce that came with the wings was hardly worthy of being called "wet". I had to ask for more sauce because there was not enough to even consider them being viewed as wet when they arrived to the table. This place is going downhill; quick, fast, and in a hurry since the transition to new ownership. Coach's used to be a place we could enjoy going to and count on their menu staples being available (if they weren't sold out!). The fried green beans were in high demand. So much so that they were sold out when we went, a few times. Their pretzels were also a huge hit! The new owners removed them from the menu. I know they have had numerous requests to bring them back, but they couldn't care less. The food has gone downhill, the wait staff is not as lively and personable as they used to be, the extra charges are ridiculous, and the new owners don't give a rat's a$$ about their customers; they only care about trying to make money (while removing a couple of the best selling items on the original Coach's menu). Make that make sense! Remove sell-out items when your only focus is about making money. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the waitress was halfway attentive. Good luck with your future, as you continue to lose previously loyal customers!
