We asked about the deal and were immediately told he wasn't sure if they were doing it and he had to go check. He comes back and tells us it's for a cheese pizza only. This is totally fine - but they should put that on their flyer. I have heard other complaints of them just not honoring the specials altogether. The wait staff was very quiet and not super attentive considering we were one of two parties in the entire restaurant. They spoke very quietly and I had trouble hearing them and didn't check in much. We went here because it was Labor Day weekend and a lot of the other places were full. This one actually had plenty of parking at the time and only three people were eating there when we went which was right around 4:30. Which maybe should have been a clue because every other restaurant was very busy. However, it took about 10 minutes where we decided if we were going to stay or not because no one came over and even acknowledged us. Finally when he came over he was nice but it was just meh. Pizza was good. I definitely probably wouldn't be back. It was about $26 for a chicken margarita pizza which was just shredded mozzarella and chicken on it, but it almost tasted a little not done. However my brother had the Zeus pizza and loved it and my kids loved their small cheese pizza. I just personally think the place needs a little jazzing up especially on the outside because that's where we sat. I'm more of a pepperoni & mushroom pizza girl but I LOVE the Gardeners Delight. Their garden salad offers a generous helping of veggies, it's not just lettuce with a few added tomatoes. My husband got some chicken wings as well the last time and he said they were some of the best in recent memory he's had. I tried one, they were juicy on the inside and a nice crispy skin. My family and I were in the mood for pizza while on vacation. We had no idea where to go. After looking at Yelp, we decided on Napoli's - A great pizza restaurant. From the minute we arrived to the time we left our server was very attentive and welcoming. He answered all of our questions. The menu had a lot of choices. We were all very happy with our pizzas. The cheese pizza could have had a little less cheese (Less is more). Their cocktail menu has many great drinks to try. We were asked about seating and we sat outside on their front porch. Traditionally we have our first meal at The Napoli's when visiting Ogunquit. We always split a pizza, salad, and a bottle of wine. We decided to mix it up and ordered something other than pizza. I ordered ravioli and meatballs, while my wife ordered shrimp pesto. There wasn't any pesto on my wife's dish, not good. My meal consisted of four ravioli in a bowl. There was a thin layer of sauce, maybe about 1/8" thick, which covered only the ravioli, nothing for dipping. The meatballs looked promising however they were very dense. I think they forgot the breadcrumbs. Not to mention they were pretty flavorless. I'll go back for the pizza, but that's about it. If you find yourself in the Ogunquit area and need food but almost every other place is full/closed/etc; then this might be a choice. The pizza dough tastes like it is taken out of a bag preformed then baked. The cheese is thicker than the crust. The people are very friendly. We had take out of a couple of pies. Took approx 50 minutes to get them. The parking lot they have is very tight. If you are driving here to get pizza, I would recommended looking at place along main street. read more

Visited 8/21 for lunch. They have a very small, tight parking area. We were seated on the porch. Took server 10 minutes to give us menus and took our drink order. It wasn't very busy but he had a large group at one table. After awhile he took our order, no drinks were delivered yet. Quality makes a difference and this place understands that! Have been in several times and everything is always delicious. The pizza in particular is legit with an authentic crust and slightly spiced but well balanced sauce. Fresh and plenty toppings round out a great pie! My friends and I start off girls weekend at Pizza Napoli every year and it has not disappointed us. The inside is small and cozy. Staff was super accommodating and inviting the minute we walked in. All of us girls usually take up the bar area room with a few tables in it. It's just better for other patrons because we can be a bit loud (15+ girls is a lot to handle). I've tried their meatballs, thin personal pizzas, chicken piccata, caesar salad, chicken marsala, and cheesy bread and they all tasted delicious! Every dish was flavorful and fresh. One of the girls got chicken parm this year and OMG I wish I took a bite because it looked so good. Portions are huge. The chicken parm covered the whole plate (pasta was underneath)! So disappointed with our dinner last night. We've been coming to Napoli for years and love their pizza. We missed them when they were closed last summer and were excited to see them open this year. Unfortunately, management has changed and they are extremely short-staffed, leaving the restaurant in poor condition and the staff overwhelmed and, on the surface, unhappy. It was very sad to see the weather-worn/torn plastics storm shades on the deck, ripped and stained bar stool cushions, and flies everywhere in the bar. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and my husband ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. Both were mediocre at best. My chicken was dry and clearly frozen and topped with a heavy marinara sauce that had been sitting for a while. There was no bartender on staff that evening leaving the servers to prepare their own drinks, which they clearly did not know how to do properly. The bottom line, the quality at Napoli is not what it used to be. It's very sad to see such a decline at a restaurant we used to really enjoy. read more

What a very pleasant surprise! This was our first time dining here thinking it was owned by Angelina's which is one of our faves. We learned that it is now owned by a different person. It was a rainy dreary evening and we were looking for some comfort food. My party enjoyed the smash burgers and a BLT. I had by far the very best gluten-free pizza crust I've ever tasted in my life!
