Zeppoles
Courtney M.

I was craving some pasta, so I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka and Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken. I also ordered some Zeppoles as well. I did my order online via their website, super easy to do. I picked up my order, it was ready right at the stated time. I took my food back home, about a 20 minute drive. When I got home my food was still piping hot. The penne alla vodka was so good. Creamy, saucy, just delicious. The fettuccine was superb! So much chicken! Great flavor. A bit greasy, that is my only critique. But both dishes were delicious! The zeppoles are a perfect sweet / savory treat. Really enjoyed them. The staff inside were friendly and had fast service. Very impressed and will be back!

The Sicilian was a bit doughy and could have used more sauce. The meat lovers was very good. The cheese pizza had a good crust and undercarriage. Not much flop. Nice amount of oil on top. The sauce could have used some more spice to it. A bit bland. Prices were good and the restaurant was very clean. Great staff as well. I rate the cheese pizza a 7.2.

Stopped in while passing thru Wells from Portland. Seacoast was on my list after reading and seeing them on a list of must-taste pizza places in Maine. Upon arrival, I was surprised how small the location is. It has 6 tables inside with seating for 6 at each table. It is comfortable, for sure. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and open to answering any questions you may have. The questions are plentiful because of all they have to offer. Pizza, Pasta, Subs, Desserts and a ton of drink options (including wine and beer). I wanted to get a few different items so we sort of spread out the choices....calzone, sub, onion rings and a slice of sicilian pizza. All the food was delivered quick and hot. I had a turkey sub with mustard and pickle. The sub was fresh but not a ton of taste. Kind of hard to explain but it was kind of plain. Not bad....just a comment. The spinach and cheese calzone was great. not too bready...just perfect...well cooked and great size! The sicilian slice was awesome. It was crispy, which reminded me of Sophie-T's (Nantucket). It was a great size and very good! Onion Rings were good, too. Plenty of them for a decent price. Coke products are served....we had a root beer. Parking is plentiful Pricing is very fair Open Thursday - Sunday during winter hours. Closed Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday during this time. great spot!

I'm staying at the Hampton across the street and had no car so this was super convenient for me to pop over. I ate in. Got a Sicilian slice and a pepperoni roll. The roll was super tasty and I was recommended to get it over the spinach. The Sicilian was thick dough, so it felt like I was eat in a lot of bread. The crust was really crisp. The pizza was just ok but the roll was really good. All conveniently for $7 and it was all served hot. Have a TV inside so they were playing the NBA finals which I appreciated.

Was a little skeptical to try NY style pizza in Maine, but it was much better than expected!! Really great pizza, good flavors and tasty crust. Wish they cooked the pizza a little bit more so the crust was more crunchy rather than chewy, but definitely not a bad pizza. My family likes the Sicilian, but I am not a huge fan of that style of pizza so I can't judge - too much dough for my liking but I know some people love it! As a tip, I have heard they get very busy during peak times in the summer (they told my mom 2 hour wait once), so plan ahead if you want pizza!

All good. Hot and fresh and topping were nice. New York style. Sauce is sweet but not too sweet. Crust chewy and cooked well.

Pizza and calzone straight out of New York City (Queens). Dave room for the cannoli and some of the best tiramisu I have ever tasted!

The hours are wrong for the store. The shop closes at 9:00pm. It is frustrating when the hours are not kept current.

For a town like Kennebunkport you'd think there'd be more than one bathroom area in the town. They also obviously don't think of special needs because my son is terrified of the hand blowers, so loud, refused to go into the tiny 3 stall loud bathroom. He desperately had to go pee and every place over there is like old with no bathrooms lol. Just as I was about to like pull him I dunno to a dumpster or something my mom spotted in the distance this place sort of on the hill. We ran in explaining and they were like omg yes yes go right ahead. Insisted we didn't have to buy anything to use the bathroom. My mom still wanted to anyway because they were so nice and understanding. She got a few slices to go. I'll forever remember this place saved the day lol. Kennebunkport get porta pottys or something! I can only imagine in the summer it's probably insane. It was a youngish girl who was there when we went. Just so nice. If ever back in the area I would make this place a must stop.

After a few nights of going out to the local restaurants (all great!) our group decided to stay in, play games and drink some wine. Found Roma, called over and ordered three large pies for 630pm pickup. Pie #1 Cheese w/ground beef, Pie #2 Cheese with ricotta & ground beef and Pie #3 Cheese & pepperoni were all fantastic. These Roma pizzas were a hit with our group as we sat outside around a roaring fire finishing off several bottles of red wine. Thanks to the staff there for your excellent service and tasty pies. Give them a try when in the area.

I…read morecalled and made a reservation a couple of weeks ahead of our visit (we were there on a Monday night, and in the restaurant area it was pretty quiet - just us and one other table). First things first - parking is super easy, it's a free valet service (not obvious at first, as there is parking behind the restaurant, but you're greeted right away when you pull in). We walked through the bar area, over to the restaurant area (surprisingly the bar was quite full), and were able to choose a table by one of the two fireplaces. On the restaurant side, it feels very cozy, and homey, exactly where you want to spend a cold night, inside eating dinner. Our server was lovely, greeted us right away and provided menus. I started with a cosmo (they had flavored versions like strawberry, but I elected to go for the classic). For an appetizer, we started with the bacon wrapped scallops - the bacon was maple glazed, and wonderfully crispy, with the scallops cooked perfectly, and some micro-greens scattered on the plate - delicious. For entrees, my mom had the baked seafood stuffed haddock which came with a lobster sherry cream sauce, a massive pile of perfectly cooked green beans, and mashed potatoes (yum). I went with the duck special, which was absolutely delightful. It came with Brussels sprouts, and I subbed out the au gratin (I very strongly dislike sweet potatoes), for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We were so full, we opted for dessert to go (chocolate cake), which was generously portioned, and decadently delicious. We really enjoyed the meal - this was a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!

We had a group of 6 and they said it would be about a 30 minute wait. The wait ended up being much longer. They seemed very overwhelmed by the amount of people in town for the race. They told us they would be able to seat us after about an hour but we would have to wait for a server. We said that was fine and it took about another 15-20 minutes before our server came. We could tell she was not happy when she got to us but she warmed up over time. The menu has a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, and other entrees. Once we ordered the food came out pretty promptly. We were a little surprised. The food came out before the drinks that were ordered which was a little odd. I ordered the fried haddock sandwich. It was good. Nothing super crazy. There were large chunks of the fried batter that I didn't love but the fish part was good. Service was definitely a little rough and food was average
