Love The Diner. My wife and I planned our wedding, our house purchase, our vacations and any other major life events all while sitting in a booth and eating a great breakfast. The food is delicious, the portions are hearty and the prices are reasonable. The service is always great. There's usually a wait for a table on Sat and sun mornings but it's never very long. Their lunch options are also great.

Cute little unassuming place. Nice but certainly not fancy. They have standard diner food, which honestly is pretty awesome because that is getting hard to find. I ordered a gyro in a pita. It was absolutely huge. A ton of meat. It was a bit dry but still very tasty. There was a good amount of tzatziki in it but the waitress happily brought more for me when asked. The pita bread tasted nice and fresh. The fries it came with were really, really good. Perfectly crispy, right amount of salt, and my goodness they gave me a ton! I sort of want to say it wasn't cheap, but everything is so expensive these days. Compared to other places, it's a good value. I will definitely come back here.

Came here recently with my fiance for breakfast and it was so good! The place is small but cute. There could be a wait sometimes but it's definitely worth it. I got the biscuits and gravy with eggs and my fiancé got the lumberjack which was 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 2 sausage, home fries and then a side of pancakes! It was a lot of food but everything was delicious. We will definitely be back! Make sure you come hungry!

Best Breakfast place in Boynton Beach. Keep in mind the restaurant is a bit small so there can sometimes be a wait, but it is totally worth it. The service is fast and the food comes out quick. The staff are all attentive, which is great. They pride themselves in being a diner, hence the name, but what that means is you get huge portions for an amazing price. You can easily split most of the breakfast plates between two people and be out the door for under $25 with tip. We of course got seperate plates to try as many things as possible and everything was amazing. I want to try the 5 egg omelet next time but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The Diner is one of my favorite spots. The portions are huge, the food is great, and my coffee cup never stays empty. My go to breakfast order is the avacado eggs Benedict and it comes with home fries or sometimes I ask for a side of fresh fruit instead. I've gotten the Greek omelette here before as well and it's great! I'f I go for lunch, I like the soup and sandwich combo with the turkey club and chicken noodle. The service is always great.

We stopped in at the Diner for a quick breakfast and although there was a line we were quickly seated within 10 minutes. Inside has the look of a classic Diner and the service was very fast! I had a delicious Tuna Melt that was loaded with Tuna. It was a big portion so I took the other half home! My husband had the breakfast sandwich that was perfect with the salt, pepper, ketchup! Definitely a go to if you want a real tasting Diner food!

The Lumberjack

My son and I stopped in for a meal a few weeks ago. He likes breakfast food and i prefer lunch. Well, he ordered the lumberjack meal which was huge and very tasty. I got the chicken Caesar salad and it was amazing. Since then he and I have been back for the same meals. I came back by myself because I was craving the chicken Caesar so much I couldn't resist. The chicken is so good. It's natural, and the way it's cooked is just so crave able and delicious. It's also huge for under $16. Imo it's the best I've had In Boynton. The service is also fantastic. No matter how busy they are it's always handled calm, friendly and professionally. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff with an old fashioned feel to it. The diner has an extensive menu with delicious food and huge portions.

This place has been here a very long time. It's a diner where everyone can get whatever they want! I ended up getting a Greek salad which was huge (that I had to take 1/2 home). Everyone else got tuna, bacon/turkey sandwich and more. The waitress didn't pay attention to us that much which was annoying (I had to ask for lemon 3xs) and we had to wave her down! It is immediately off of Gateway on 95 so it is easy access north/south.

The restaurant had a steady crowd, but we never felt ignored or rushed through the meal. The tacos had a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors, and the meat was tender without being overly sauced. The venue has easy parking opposite their entrance in a free covered garage. We walked into a dimly lit venue decorated for the Halloween season and we were seated at a long table for 8. We were handed happy hour menus and a prefix menu including drinks, along with appetizers, entrées, and a dessert all for $55.on the opposite side. When we started to order, we were told that the pre fix dinner was not available. Only a few items were on the happy hour menu. Not right! Paul ordered an Old Fashioned with Woodford Bourbon during happy hour. Our waitress said that the Woodford would cost a couple of dollars more and he agreed. Do you believe at the end when we got our check the old-fashioned was $21 during happy hour?Of course I was very upset and complained, and she came back with a discounted price of $15. I ordered the happy hour lamb burgers which were too very small burgers with big buns and very tiny pieces of meat in there. I also ordered a side of Brussels sprouts which had pecans and bacon mixed in. That was $18. My group felt everything was overpriced and the communication was not transparent. My husband went into the bathroom and there were no towels or air dryers . The crowd was very young and maybe they appreciate this kind of pub more than us senior citizens.

The graphic wallpaper is a little out dated in my opinion, however, there is plentiful seating. I ordered a seafood egg roll and a bbq brisket egg roll with an Arnold Palmer. The egg roll itself is just about the perfect amount of crispy yet flavorful. The seafood supreme is well portioned with shrimp, imitation crab, and some lobster. Paired with a "yin-yang" sauce I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely order again. The beef bbq brisket egg-roll in my opinion did not really do it for me. There was not the biggest portion of brisket within and i felt that it was more mac and cheese than brisket. It was also topped with a sweet golden bbq sauce which in my opinion would have been better if it was not as sweet and a bit more tangy. Unfortunately, the manager tonight appeared to be in a poor mood and treated the guests and myself in a bit of a rude manner. Overall, I would return. The food was filling and overall well-portioned. The employee at the counter wasn't friendly or helpful, and when I asked for a paper menu so my family could sit and look things over, I was told to just stand at the counter. The tables also had napkin holders with no napkins, which added to the sense that dine‑in guests aren't really considered. Subject: Feedback regarding our Sunday brunch experience on 10/04…read more Dear Management Team, I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent Sunday brunch experience at your restaurant on October 4th at 11:30 am. This was my third time visiting, and I brought two of my girlfriends along for a brunch because I have previously enjoyed your establishment so much. While the food, drinks, and our server were outstanding, the interaction we had with your hostess left us feeling quite unwelcome. Due to some confusion regarding the parking situation, our party of three arrived a few minutes after our 11:30 am reservation time. Upon our arrival, the hostess openly reprimanded me about our lateness in front of my guests. While I understand the importance of reservation timing, the restaurant was largely empty at the time, making the confrontational approach feel unnecessary and embarrassing.线Shortly after being seated, one of my friends asked if we could switch to a different table. When we moved, the hostess called me out a second time. I completely respect that restaurants have rules and operational procedures to follow. However, given that the dining room was not busy, I expected a bit more flexibility and hospitality. It was uncomfortable to be called out repeatedly in front of my friends, and I chose not to say anything at the moment to avoid causing a scene. On a much brighter note, I want to give a major shout-out to our waitress, Sarah. She was absolutely wonderful, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food and drinks were just as delicious as I remembered. I am sharing this because I truly value your business and want to continue supporting it. I hope you can use this feedback to instruct your hosting staff on how to handle similar situations with a bit more kindness and flexibility in the future. Thank you for your time and for listening to my experience. Best regards, Fernanda Makis

The lobster appetizer was phenomenal. The chicken oysters, I personally don't see the hype there but the potato served with them is both the crispiest and the softest potato I've ever eaten. The short rib entree with mole sauce was as tender and flavorful as can be. The local jerk swordfish was cooked perfectly and everything on that plate together created wonderful bites. Cornbread dessert was my choice, I love cornbread and that hit the mark with the blueberry compote and ice cream. One nitpick, and this is absolutely a nitpick. The string lights that hang down the wall to the tables are filthy. So dirty they looked like twine rope. Now that didn't change my experience or make me question the cleanliness of the kitchen at all. That food was perfect. And I wouldn't lower my rating .1 because of it I would go back to driftwood more frequently if my schedule fit their hours better, this place is top notch. We had just come from dinner so we focused on the drink menu. My gal got a nice red. They served it in a wonderfully different wide orb of a glass. The cocktail menu felt purposefully sparse. We got there early for our reservation, but it was a busy night and the inside table I had already requested and reserved was given away so we had to sit outside. We asked about seating in the bar but we were told it was booked by a private party. (No one for this party showed up from 7:30-9:30 and the bar was as empty when we left as when we arrived.) They did have portable heaters outside so it wasn't too cold, but again, not what I requested or reserved. Our server was friendly and greeted us immediately, explaining the nightly special. We started with the Hamachi appetizer, a fun mix of yellowtail with passionfruit and gochujang. Everything about it was delicious but the yellowtail tasted much fishier than we've had elsewhere. Then the waiting game started. After waiting nearly 40 minutes our server brought the appetizer again so we had to assume he'd put a hold on our order and forgotten it. I went in to ask a few minutes later and our food was just now being staged. I don't mine if things happen, it's life, but tell us up front, say "whoops" and we will move on... Our dinner finally came out and it was really good! - The lovely Spensyr had the Table Wedge Salad, an interesting mix of Bibb lettuce, pork belly, and Tahini ranch, with a sun dried tomato compote. - I had the hangar steak with crispy fried potato and sautéed veg. It was delicious. Because of the earlier wait and mix up, we were offered complimentary desserts. Spensyr got their Key Lime pie and loved it, I got their white chocolate passionfruit cake dome thing and we each thought ours was better. * All in all it was a mixed bag. Apart from the overly fishy appetizer, all our food was delicious. The service was great, except for when they forgot us. The restaurant was comfortable and pleasant other than being kept outside in the cold with an entire empty bar.
