I was lucky enough to win a Yelpie in 2023, which included a Yelpie trophy and a gift card to the Cookie Connect. So I stopped by on a Saturday evening to pick up my award and some cookies. This location doesn't look as open and welcoming as other locations (from photos I've seen). Instead, this location is a hole in the wall and doesn't even look like it's open because it's so dark inside. It seems most people order ahead, which we weren't aware of. When we arrived, the woman working asked if we were waiting for a pick up and we told her we hadn't ordered yet. I also told her I was there to pick up the award and use the gift card, and she seemed really annoyed at that, and told us to just order from the kiosk and quickly disappeared to the back. We ordered a variety of cookies. I can't even remember all of them but they were all really sweet. I wish there was an option (or if there was, I didn't know about it) to not have the icing drizzled on top. The best cookie we had was probably the red velvet, which was the only one without icing. Cookie Connect really shines where it comes to their specials, the weekly and monthly cookies. Every cookie I've gotten off the specials has been an absolute hit. Some of their regular menu items are not as great (the m&m chocolate chip cookie is not as gooey as you'd expect)...but this season's Peppermint mocha brownie cookie and Red velvet molten lava cookie were divine. The red velvet cookie especially should make the permanent menu. My husband took one bite and said "this is my favorite cookie." Ever. I got the following flavors: Cinnamon Roll, Cookies and Cream, Stuffed Peanut Butter Cup, Birthday Cake, S' Mores, Fruity Pebbles and New York City Cheesecake. If you don't like sugary things, you might not like these cookies/you should stick to simpler flavors. These cookies are very sweet; however I have a sweet teeth and throughly enjoyed them. Nothing bad about the stuffed peanut butter cup or the s'mores, they were great! However, the Fruity Pebbles cookie just wasn't for me. I thought it was an interesting concept though. The location is rather small, and you have to place your order online ahead of time. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our cookies because we didn't know you have to order ahead. We just waited in the car until our pick up time was ready. On the plus side, they were served fresh and warm which was awesome! The downside was when I picked up my order and I realized I wanted milk with my cookies, I asked the person behind the counter if I could just place an order for milk and pay for it there. They told me I had to order the bottle of milk online. I thought that was a bit bizarre. Since I didn't want to wait 30 minutes for milk, I let it go. I seen a young lady outside waiting and asked her how did I have to order. She told me I would have to order online so I did just that. I have tried the following cookies: S'mores, Cookies 'N' Cream, NY Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Pretzel, Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, and the Classic (chocolate chip). Each and every bite was simply scrumptious! They definitely taste better eaten right away while warm, soft and gooey. I usually buy some classic chocolate chip cookies to take home. The sizing can be inconsistent. The last 2 classic cookies i brought home had a size difference of about 2 bites and 1 of them had obviously more chips than the other (see picture posted). Since the grand opening the dining area has shrunk to half the size of only 1 table with 3 chairs. If you have all 3 kiddies with you and they each order the "Cereal Ice Cream Bar" you must snag that table to eat there to avoid ice cream all over your car seats. You can also purchase a 4 pack of cookies for $11 mix and match. If you're purchasing with a card, you can use their touch screen kiosk which shows you pictures and a breakdown of everything you can order.
