So I am currently having wasp nests issues at my home. I've seen a lot of the Bugman vehicles driving in the area, so I decided to call them to help with my problem. Called on a Sunday and an answering service picked up. No big deal since it was a weekend outside of work hours. Left a message with the representative, and waited for a call back. Got a callback on Monday morning and made an appointment for Thursday between 2pm - 4pm. Well took half a day off from work and waited for the person from Bugman to come. At around 3:30pm, no one had shown up yet and I wondered if they were coming, so I called the Bugman just as a courtesy call to confirm our appointment. Got the same answering service and left them my information. Waited until about 3:50pm when I got a phone call from a representative from the Bugman. They informed me that someone came at 2:51p but claimed no one was home, which was incorrect. I told the representative that I was home since 1:30p. They apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I declined. Before writing this review, I wanted to verify that I just didn't missed the person while they were at the door. See, I have the Ring, which notifies me on my phone not only when someone rings my doorbell, as well as when someone is in the motion sensor portion and records the activities. I've set the sensitivity of the motion capture to not only capture people walking up the pathway of my door, but to capture vehicles that passes in from of my house (this is a low traffic street so it doesn't bother me.) Checking out the notification and the videos, nobody had approached the doorway during that time and no Bugman vehicle passed in from of the house. I can understand if appointments have to be rescheduled, and if so the best thing to do is contact the customer. But to be dishonest that they were there when there is evidence that they weren't is not acceptable for a company. Looking at the reviews of the Bugman now, it seems like this is a reoccurring issues with them. Their tendencies to miss appointments and their lack of communication seems to be a common theme. Unfortunately, they made me wait 4 days when I could have called another exterminator to address the issue, and they made me miss half a day of work. Due to their lack of professionalism, I will not be doing business with them. read more

They were flexible when scheduling the job as I live out of state and wanted to be there when the work was being done. After the extermination, Eddie sent in Louis and Nathan to handle the rebuild. The actual coverage was for 60 days of which the first month was spent covering holes and catching and removing vermin. We called the Bugman for a termite infestation we had noticed in our living room. They came out promptly and took care of it as well as some areas on the outside trim of our home. We were very pleased with the service. It was noted that we had some wood damage on the exterior and so we agreed to have that scheduled as well. A couple of weeks later, the company sent out Art Gonzalez to take care of the wood. He did a fantastic job from start to finish! He asked if we'd like to have the areas painted -- which we didn't expect, but were very happy to give him the paint. He did a super job and cleaned up properly after too! Thanks again Art! The reason for the 4 stars is because of a billing issue. Upon our original estimate, we made a down payment toward the entire job which included both the termite treatment and the replacement of wood. We were later billed for the termite treatment and then when the wood was finished we were billed for that too. We paid the entire balance due when the job was finished and explained this to the billing department and that was that. All in all a good company to go with! read more

From the time that I was given an estimate to the time that all the repairs for my termite damage was done I was given excellent service. They even repaired damage that was previously treated by another company.
