Shout out from a "pho" fanatic. It is the only restaurant I found the fresh/soft noodle in pho, which is authentic to how it's served in Vietnam. I tried 3 variety of snails and I love them all. I couldn't remember the names, sorry. Show them the pictures perhaps. The service was friendly and timely. I visited on a Thursday night so it wasn't crowded. My server recommended quite good options. However, it is not quite attentive after I got all the food, which I think it's normal for a Vietnamese restaurant and I do like my privacy time. So, you'd better think of all sauces you need by the time you receive your food. On a side note, this restaurant is more on the authentic scale. Unless you are adventurous or don't mind fish sauce, you should try the snail menu. Otherwise, I'd advise to stick with Pho/beef noodle soup. read more

I'm really excited to have found this place because now, I don't have to head to California for my Vietnamese seafood fix. I got the grilled scallops with scallion sauce and snails with coconut milk and lemon grass. The grilled scallops were topping packed and very flavorful. While it tasted good, I'd say the scallops were a bit small so the topping ratio was a lot compared to the scallops. It was an easy fix though because I just rationed it to my liking! As for the snails, I'd say they were the star of the show. The coconut and lemongrass sauce was absolutely delicious and I couldn't get enough. Would definitely come back for more! read more

They offer all kinds of street-style seafoods mainly clams, scallops, snails - All Types and Freshly cooked on hot stone plates served! This place will soon have to expand because they always have a line. Another excellent dish is Bun Bo Hue - Spicy Beef Soup. Pho is decent. Bun Rieu is ok. Ordered razor clams, the snail in thai sauce and cafe sua da. Service: I had gone during an off time near 2pm to avoid large crowds but that ended up being the time when they all had started to eat so was treated as if I was intruding on their time which means with minimal interaction ( even though they were eating next to me) and disdain. However somewhat excusable for a small mom and pop store Food: This was by far the worst part of my experience. The razor clams turned out to be rotten and the snail a mixture between overcooked and undercooked. Almost like they had 2 batches one which was properly thawed and the other which was just removed from the freezer. I dont know whats going on here but they keep changing the pho broth. based on my last 4 visits in last 5-6 weeks. The 1st there was not much taste at all very watered down almost a sour taste like they added lime or lemon (which should be done by the customer not the cook) 2nd was the way it used to be 3rd and 4th visits it taste like they are cutting corners and not making it from scratch any more... perhaps a powdered pho bouillon added to water?! These last 2 times it was too salty and just tasted artificial. Also it seems they use less meat each time. I was so embarrassed to bring a friend a couple of weeks ago after i raved how good it was... and it was tasteless and watered down. I was going to give them four stars but I got annoyed when they tried to make us pay by cash instead of credit card. Why would you stick a bunch of visa, master, and apple pay stickers and then tell us that you're going to charge us 3% fee for using cards. Other restaurants would encourage customers to pay with cash by giving % discount. Not the other way around. We ordered a lot too. Other than that, I really like their dry noodle and the coconut drink. read more

I popped in here for a quick lunch! I ordered bun Bo hue and Soda Chanh. The bun bo hue came with a nice helping of vegetable toppings- mint, cabbage, lime, bean sprouts. The broth was good, not too spicy but not too plain or sweet. It was a good beginner spice level. The broth was flavorful. The meat slices that came with it were adequate. The soda Chanh came with a mint syrup on the bottom that I didn't like very much. It made it taste a little bit like sprite flavored mint. I expected traditional Vietnamese soda Chanh but I should have read the title carefully. Overall, the bun Bo hue was better than the average one you would find in Scottsdale. read more

We were staying at the hotel across the street at the Embassy Suites, and we ordered take out (to-go) as we were not feeling quite COVID comfortable. First off, they were very accommodating in knowing how to pack for take out. We ordered -Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls #1 -Egg Rolls #4 -Rare Filet Mignon Beef Pho #14 -Grilled Pork, Shrimp Vermicelli #37 -Egg Dried Noodle with Seafood and Spicy sauce #46 They were all excellent. We would've wanted to try more of the shell food, but we were actually super hungry and this all hit the spot. If you are a LOCAL, search no further for authentic Vietnamese food. I am so happy to have found such a gem here in Phoenix! Great seafood and I was hesitant at first about trying pho at a mostly seafood restaurant, but it was close to what I miss back home! Broth and meat were on point and you can tell the broth was made from bones! I especially LOVE the customer service here! Our waitress was so friendly and inviting --- that alone speaks volumes! This is one of those hidden gems! I was craving some pho and came across this little place. We ordered combo pho, beef fried rice, crab meat fried rice, small side of pho broth and noodles and their egg rolls. First off, the egg rolls are so yummy! They aren't those fake, mushy egg rolls. Pho was 100/10! From portion size to taste. Husband and kids love the fried rice (although hubby will be ordering the beef fried rice next time lol), staff was friendly; the one thing I will say is you may need to request sauces and refills, even if it isn't busy. I never knew this place was here. I was hesitant because I thought it was a vegan place then I realized it said Vietnamese! I had the spring rolls which were big and filled with a shrimp pork lettuce and bean sprouts. The peanut sauce was perfect and not too sweet and topped with a few peanut pieces. Had the chicken pho which was good and I'd like to try again because the chicken was perfectly sliced and tender. Had a side of chili oil and although it was t spicy, it was toasty and tasty. Finally, tried their lemon green tea/red tea which had bobba and slices of lemon and was presented so pretty in the cup with a little slice of mint. I will return. read more
