Don't order your Uber Eats from here if it's anywhere remotely close to their closing hours. We ordered our food an hour before they closed and the Uber driver said that they were closed by the time they got there. Weak! read more

Ordered to go during the shutdown. Service was fast and food was great. Definitely recommend

I stopped her on a whim as I was hungry and love Thai. I had the best red curry I ever had. Friendly staff!

Best Thai food I have had! I wish I could remember what I ordered for lunch because it was AMAZING! Lunch special- chicken with cilantro and lime. Rice was perfect. I was asked if I liked spicy and I vaguely inferred I do. She read my mind and my dish was the perfect level of spice for me. Great atmosphere and friendly service as well as reasonable prices. read more

I've eaten alot of Thai food having lived in Thailand for several years. This place has very authentic tastes in each of the 3 dishes we ordered. It was hot, fresh, and each ingredient was just like eating in some of my favorite restaurants in Chiang Mai. I highly recommend it for so many reasons. Small, yet quaint, nice and clean, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Din was exceptional at taking care of us and visiting with us as out of town guests. We will most definitely be recommending this to our friends that visit Seattle. read more

looking for something yummy to eat after a long day of walking around the city. thai on 1 provided DELICIOUS food! great customer service

Location close to the Olympic Sculpture Park. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and my boyfriend ordered the pad see ew as our to-go order. The serving portions were great however, we were disappointed about the taste. My order of the pad Thai was a 2/5 star spiciness but it was fairly bland and no "hot" spice that I added sriracha when I got home. Also, the amount of chicken was minimal. I felt like I paid $10+ for a box of noodles. The pad see ew had a good amount of chicken, noodles and veggies. The taste was flavorless. He ordered a three star but my boyfriend also added sriracha (a lot of sriracha) to his order. I would go back a second time for a sit down meal to solidify my review. read more

I frequent this place pretty often especially during the time of COVID. Generally going in on the green curry, pad woon sen, crack chicken, or basil fried rice. It's not the worlds greatest, but it's fast, reliable, and satisfying. read more

Ok ok.... you guys have amazing curry! Can't seem to find any better. I frequent this place for lunch. The lunch crew is super nice!! They are always accommodating and quick which I appreciate because of limited time. I wish that rice would be included in the price for curry dishes during dinner. It just makes sense. read more

Came in for lunch on Monday with some coworkers - I was the only one that ordered from the lunch menu. $8.50 for a small soup, small eggroll and Chicken Pad Thai with 2 star (3 star spicy was the max). Soup was meh.. eggroll is standard.. pad thai was deathly sweet. I could barely eat half the plate. My girlfriend ordered the Pad Kee Mao with fried tofu - she said it was good. Was charged $2.00 extra for the tofu. Other friend got a curry.. when it was brought to the table, the waitress said "sorry, I forgot to tell you it doesn't come with rice". Umm.. what kind of curry doesn't come with rice?! How do you eat a thai curry... without.. rice?! At least he said the flavor was good. I was craving a thai iced tea and had every intention of getting one at lunch UNTIL I saw the price... $6.00. SIX DOLLARS FOR A THAI ICED TEA?! I will not be returning. read more

Very bad experience. They DO NOT care about customers. I have been ordering food to go with them since the new ownership. Almost every time there was something wrong with my order. THhe last straw was when there was an inconsistency with the bill and forcefully argued whereas they were in the wrong. I will never go back. read more

Came here late on a Saturday night to try out my usual Chicken Pad Thai and was pleasantly surprised that it was amazing here, with a large portion giving my the best value for my buck. It came out quick and the wait staff was excellent in their friendliness. The interior is relatively small and there were only a few tables, so it would be better for smaller groups. They are open late, so I was glad to be able to find a great Thai restaurant open at that time. Hope to be back soon. read more

I have eaten here a few times. The food is good, when they get it right. I have ordered "beef pad thai" multiple times. I end up getting beef pad se ew instead. This is the last time I come here. I dont have all the time to return a messed up order during my lunch break. read more

This place is always empty every time I pass it - with good reason! The thai place that was here before was awful and this restaurant isn't any different. I guess this location is cursed. I ordered from here twice using Eat24. The first time I ordered crab fried rice, which didn't have too much flavor and the crab wasn't the best. Wouldn't bother getting. The second time I ordered pad Thai with chicken. When I got there, the hostess asked me to wait. After 10 more minutes, she approached me and informed me that she gave my order to another customer and they would have to make me another order. With a half hearted apology and no compensation for the extra 20 minutes I had to wait, I took my pad Thai back home, which wasn't very good. Just drowned with sauce and didn't have that good sweet-sour-spicy Thai flavor. With a dozen other Thai places within walking distance, walk past this place and go to another one. read more

Finally got a chance to visit Thai on 1, as it is around the corner of my condo. Ordered: -Thai Iced Tea: tad too sweet but good. -Deep Fried Tofu: plain, simple, good sauce. -Chicken Yellow Curry: good flavors, requested 3/3 spicy but was not that spicy. -Crab Fried Rice: Very good, need a tad bit of more salt/black pepper to enhance the dish. -Shrimp Pad Kee Mao: WOW! good flavors, lots of shrimps, veggies were amazing. -Black Rice pudding: need to be more hot and more coconut milk. -Deep Fried Banana w/ vanilla ice cream: good way to end every meal! Total: $59 Service was excellent, and a decent beverage menu as well. Portions are small compare to other Thai Restaurants but I will come back for sure, there are many things on the menu i need to try. Cant wait to try other dishes. *On a side note, their bathroom are amazingly decorated and so clean. I very much appreciated that! read more

absolutely delicious food, great service. very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. i loved my meal :)

Quality of food is very mediocre/not impressive. Many more tastier and more authentic options around. $13 for red curry with tofu (charged extra for rice?!) is just way too much. On top of that, my $2 rice was only half full! Blatantly cutting corners while ripping the customer off -- sorry, no thanks! read more

I ordered regular fried rice with pork, and what came out was fried rice with pork and crab. Regular fried rice was $11 and crab fried rice was $13. I didn't want to be charged for crab fried rice so I let the waitress know. She did offer to make me a new one, but I didn't want to waste it. The fried rice was pretty weird probably because the pork was mixed in with the crab. When I got the bill, I saw that they charged me an extra $2 for the pork. I've never been to a Thai restaurant where standard protein didn't come with the dish. If I had ordered crab fried rice, would I have been charged extra? It doesn't make sense that crab fried rice is $13 and pork fried rice would be $13 as well. So with the discount, my fried rice still ended up being $11. The discount basically took off the $2 unnecessary protein charge. Not really a discount at all. Topped with the new owner grilling me about where I work and live, it was a confusing experience. I'm disappointed... Yummy Thai was fine because it was consistent. I'm hesitant to come back to Thai on 1 because I don't know what I'll encounter. read more

As someone who lives above this Thai place I'm SOOOO happy they moved in and took over the spot. Previously, there was a horrible Thai restaurant in this location, and while this new one used some of the pre-existing wall art it's far from it. The customer service was excellent and attentive but most of all the food was delicious. If you like spicy ask for extra spicy and they will deliver (something most Thai places fail to deliver on). read more

Delicious chicken wings! Pad Thai was delicious as well. Able to order spicy ness level none or 1 thru 5 level of spice.

I have a special place in my heart for a thai place in Seattle that is willing to step up the heat when asked, unfortunately when I asked they put so much peppers in they forgot to season with any salt/soy. read more

This is my favorite lunch restaurant, hands down. Pros: - Staff: Friendly, Fast, always Smiling - Food: Great, especially the lunch specials. pad Thai is my favorite and they do not disappoint. Always great no matter what you order. Food is always ready on time. We've been eating there for the past 3 years.

Update: Portion sizes are good (maybe I was just overly hungry when I wrote the first review). Prices are reasonable. Green curry is still my favorite, but the crack chicken is a delicious lightly fried chicken dish that I'd highly recommend also. read more

I am not a real "customer", but I really appreciate the staff's kindness. I suffered a car crash on 1st Ave at Broad St., right in front of the restaurant. Everyone has a go to restaurant for when they are starving but are too lazy to cook. Thai on 1 is that for me. They are fast, portions large, flavor is good, and reasonably priced. The pad Thai in red sauce is more or less crack for me. I continue eating it long after I am full. I just can't get enough of the flavor. Today I got it as a lunch special and was really happy with the egg roll that came with it. Living so close to Thai on 1 has been a happy and delicious coincidence. read more

Ordered pad Thai and papaya salad. Ordered it 3 star hot and let me tell you it is like a 4 or a 5 star and this is coming from someone who puts hot sauce on everything and carries it in their purse . Papaya salad was flavorful and the dressing was spot on! Tart, tangy and on point! The salad wasn't super spicy and I ordered it 3 stars. Now the pad Thai was a large portion and very tasty but wow that thing was like a 5 star hot and I ordered a 3 to be safe! The pain was worth it though and it was so tasty.! I Would have given 5 star if pad Thai was just a little less spicy but overall tasty and large portions! Will definitely be back!!!!! But be careful of how hot you get things! That's my only half complaint lol good job to the chefs here! read more

This place is great. I ordered from here because I was in a hurry and it was convenient, expecting mediocre Thai. But everything tasted very fresh, the pumpkin curry was comforting and delicious, and the guy who took my order was kind enough to point out to me that their spicy is actually spicy. And he was right -- I lowered my four stars down to three and my nose was running in the best possible way. I'm getting happy just thinking about it! read more

I have sampled several items off their lunch menu (Chicken Phad Thai, Crack Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Yellow Curry w/rice). The good: Everything is very tasty. The bad: You just don't get any real serving of meat, just a wee little bit. The Mongolian Beef - I think I had about four forkfulls and the rest was onion and sauce; same with Phad Thai, the Crack Chicken just a little pile of little pieces. The Yellow Curry was practically all curry sauce. I suppose that's what $9 lunch buys you in Bell Town. Sorry Thai On 1, I really wanted you to be my Thai go-to for lunch. read more
