Stopped by on a rainy afternoon because my sister and I were craving curry. It's a very small, no-frill shop. There were only a couple tables but it seemed to be pretty busy. We ordered the Spring Rolls with tofu, yellow curry, green curry and steamed rice and tea. The spring rolls were pretty big and fresh and the curry was spicy and flavorful. I wish there had been carrots in the yellow curry, but everything was delicious. Came out to almost $50, so it was very affordable. Would absolutely come again! They told us 45 min to pick up our order and we got there exactly at that but then had to wait an extra 25 min for our food. Every single dish we ordered was way too sweet. The food lacked flavor and the sugar was overpowering. We couldn't enjoy the food and ended up tossing all of it. Was really hopeful for this place but will not try it again. read more

The place is small ... very small. I think they only had 7 tables... but people were waiting outside for a table. The smell of fresh garlic, kafir lime and fish sauce; emanating from the kitchen is amazing! I ordered a papaya salad, Thai style ( you can also pick Lao's style ) it was good. I could taste the original taste of lime..not much fish sauce or hot Thai peppers, but it had good taste. I also ordered the pang nang mix seafood.. thus is a red curry dish with peanut base. The seafood was cooked to perfection! The peanuts were a little too much. It's actually the first time I have this dish and the peanuts overpower other ingredients. My son had a vegetarian yellow curry and he said it was ok. I'm not sure if would go there again..maybe other dishes taste as delicious as the smell coming out of that kitchen... I met up my bestie for dinner here this Tuesday and was extremely satisfied with what I ordered. I ordered prawns Lad Nah and added in an egg, which gets scrambled into the dish. If you've never had Lad Nah, its a gravy like pan fried noodle dish with your choice of protein, lots of broccoli and carrots. It's a saucy noodle dish for sure, but so so delicious! I highly recommend it over the usual pad Thai order, which was initially what I was going to have. I've had Lad Nah before at other restaurants and I can confirm this restaurant serves authentic Thai food! Yay! Pricing was reasonable, too! Double yay! We ordered papaya salad, Thai fried rice, beef pho, and two Thai iced teas. Everything was delicious but the highlight for me was definitely the beef pho. It was the best pho I've ever had. The broth was extremely flavorful and the noodles had just the right texture. It came with plenty of bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and lime wedges. The Thai fried rice was also tasty. This place is a joke. I came here with my family and we ordered chicken wings for my little daughter and they didn't bring her food until everyone else was done eating. I was so pissed. My baby was saying how hungry she was. When the wings came they were dry and crusty on top of the long wait. About 2 weeks later I came in with my husband for lunch and they did it again. Didn't bring my plate to me until after my husband was finished eating. Meanwhile the take out guy was zipping in and out delivering food and her excuse was that she had a lot of stir fry orders ....We were the only people in there until she brought out my husband his food. Our waitress was nice and helpful when she came to ask if we were ready to order. The menu had a lot of choices that sounded good to me. I ordered the Yellow Curry with chicken ($9.95) and my friends ordered the Kao Soy ($9.95), and the Grilled Salmon $(12.95). I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea ($2.00) for a drink since I haven't had one of those for a while. The Thai Iced Tea tasted good and just like other places I've been to in the past. It wasn't too sweet to me so it was just right. The Yellow Curry with chicken was enough for one very hungry person or for two people. I wasn't able to finish everything so I took the rest home. I got the Thai noodle pho soup, Lao style papaya salad and the pla goong. All great choices ! It's very hard to find a good Lao style papaya salad in this area and they did not disappoint. Most Thai places that do Lao style papaya salad is always bland and NOT Lao style at all. The Thai pho is a game changer .
