Desciption of the food item from Doordash menu.

Ordered a Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli through Doordash. The description states it comes with fish sauce which is what was expected to come with for a Vermicelli dish, without it is dry and bland. Called over and the staff member was very dismissive and made it sound like it is our fault the description on the doordash menu is completely wrong and commented "He will let the owner know" and ended the call. Dining in the place is nice but ordering online has ruin their reputation and clearly shows their lack of respect for online customer. Will not be coming back to this establishment due to the rudeness of staff.

I really wanted to like this place, but a few things missed the mark. First, I didn't care for the 2.5% takeout fee, not sure why that's even necessary. The shrimp rolls didn't look too good, so I didn't end up eating them. Also, they used plastic containers for the pho, which isn't ideal for hot soup. Styrofoam would be a much safer choice since plastic and heat don't mix well. By the time I got home (about a 12-minute drive), my pho was room temperature. I might give them another try, but next time I'll definitely dine in instead of ordering takeout.

After a year of being open, I have been here several times. The food is still good and consistent. My favorites are still the rocket shrimp, chicken wings and egg roll appetizers. The pho is always good as well. Good portions. The service is still great and the servers checked in on us and made sure we had everything we need. The restaurant still looks great and modern. I always leave feeling full. Will be back!!

The feeling you get when you are the 1st customer to arrive when an establishment opens up for the day. You get to pick your seating, food is fresh and no long waits. Walking in, the 2 gentlemen were inviting and friendly alongside respectful. Was feeling a bit under the weather, so having fresh Pho with hot tea and a side of spring rolls. Helped me feel so much better. I did not realize how large inside the restaurant was until I walked in. Definitely a location that gatherings could be had at, as there are plenty of seating. Glad I stopped in as I enjoyed my food and service and at times the overhead playlist.

My husband and I were on a trip and decided to stop by to have some pho and vermicelli. The restaurant is pristine and the decoration is so modern, it's such a vibe. The service was quick and our servers were amazing. The servers did such a wonderful job checking up on us, refilling our water and making sure we were having a good time. They also made sure to keep all the tables clean and ready asap. The food was superb, it exceeded our expectations. The pho broth was so rich and smooth, super fulfilling. The vermicelli bowl was delicious, just ask for more sauce if needed. The crab ragoons were light and airy, it's very addictive. Definitely would recommend bringing the WHOLE CLAN because the servers treat you like family. Shoutout to our server Khang, 100% satisfaction such an awesome dude.

I took my granddaughter to lunch today as we were both craving Vietnamese food and decided to try Pho Saigon Bay in Lodi. The modest exterior is quite the contrast from the inviting atmosphere and decor of the interior and dining room. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and led to a table in the spacious restaurant. Within minutes we were served water, menus and beverage offers. The menu offered a variety of appetizers and we ordered their crispy spring rolls. I also ordered their large combination beef pho bowl which had raw beef, brisket and tripe. A smaller bowl is offered for $3 less but I was hungry! My granddaughter had a chicken pho bowl that was very plentiful and she was only able to eat about half of it. I however had no problem devouring the delicious noodles and accoutrements of fresh jalapeño, bean sprouts and basil. The spring rolls came after the pho, which I thought was a bit odd but were delicious nonetheless...hot, crispy and served with a choice of either a traditional dipping sauce or a sweet and sour sauce. I paid a dollar extra to try both and I have to say that they were equally delicious. Overall our lunch was a very nice experience and the service was fast and attentive.

Glad they opened another location in Lodi! They really outdid themselves with this place! Interior and menu is such an upgrade, just what the city needs. Food taste exactly the same as the other location. They just opened this last year and glad I found one closer to me in Lodi versus going to Stockton.

Really good food and hospitality, they have a nice selection of dishes. I love the warm ambience that the place offers. Their Vietnamese coffee is great. The best you'll get in Lodi. I've tried them all and this place hands down beats the rest.

We went here on a rainy day and it was the perfect spot for lunch. The broth in my pho (rare steak and meat balls) was perfect. My husband loved his Combo pho, and we were both happy with the Rocket Shrimp. Service was low-key and pleasant. The vibe is casual and simple. The only reason it's not 5 stars (but very close) is because I've had Pho that was just as good and budget friendlier.

Friday night dinner with the fam. I heard this place recently opened so we decided to check it out. A short wait but the place was full so worth the look for sure. Our host and server were very pleasant and professional. We started by ordering the crab rangoon. They came pretty quick paired with sweet and sour sauce. They were crispy and delicious. For the main course we had the steak and brisket pho (large bowls). The presentation was good and the taste matched it. The meat was tender and lean, no gristle. The soup came with all the trimmings. The portions are very generous, I think I should've ordered the small bowls. The restaurant is nicely decorated. There's an actual wait area. Cash/card welcome. Restrooms are clean. I will definitely come back to enjoy some of their other offerings.

Came here for the second time last night. It was just as delicious as the first time! There's nothing like a broth comfort meal on a cold night. We got chicken wings and spring rolls for an appetizer which both complimented our meals well. The service was great! Very quick with drink refills and ordering did not feel rushed. The ambiance was cute and modern. There were families and couples, which makes it a good place for everyone! Highly recommend coming here.

Went here with family & all of our meals were delicious 10/10! The restaurant is near a a CVS, there is plenty of parking. The inside design is clean and modern. We were escorted to our table with a smile. As for food- fresh veggies, meat perfectly cooked and seasoned, broth very tasty, egg rolls fried to crunchy perfection and not greasy. The food was served in good time and the service was great. No complaints. There were no leftovers because we ate everything. Will definitely be back! If you like fresh healthy food this is the place!

    Dry ass chicken

Usually this place is good but the "manager " has terrible service , he doesn't even greet you just stares at you like we're an inconvenience,I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was so dry and old I took one bite and he REFUSED to even listen to my concerns and remove it from the bill .. he said "I can remake it but that's it I can't take it off the bill " and when I said no and to remove it he walked away refusing to take it off our table.

The steamed rice was fluffy and paired really well with the seafood, and we enjoyed the hush puppies too. The one thing we didn't care for was the calamari. Unfortunately, it was extremely tough and chewy, which made it hard to eat, so we wouldn't order that again. The wait staff was friendly and on top of things throughout our meal, which we appreciated. Food: they have a vast variety of seafood plates and options. The mariscos/seafood tastes fresh and they are open to work with you for special request on your plate of choice. Location: there is plenty of parking space. The place is kind of small in my opinion, it get crowded over the weekend. My recommendation is for you to get there early. Ambiance: the music was loud, therefor be aware of possible complications to have a nice conversation without feeling that you gotta turn up your voice volume. The place could benefit from a little extra cleanliness, I understand it's a seafood place although it does give a sense of needing extra cleanliness. Team/staff: they are were attentive and ready to assist when needed. We had a little complication since two of our family members did not get their place fast, three of us had our plate ready and the other 2 waited a good 10 extra minutes. Maybe more organization over how to distribute table tables as a group. Nice experience and they also have alcoholic drinks which seem tasty and fresh. They said their food was fine. Surprisingly, out of all the meals we ordered the ceviches took the longest to get to us. We were seated when the soccer game started and my mom and I got our ceviches close to the halftime, that would be about 40 minutes waiting. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the time it took to get the food. Plus, when my dad tried to ask one of the waitresses for assistance she pretty much ignored him. I dont come here very often because it is far for me. Despite the time it took to get our food I would still visit if im in the area again. Just need to make sure it is not on a holiday.

We made a brunch reservation for 11:30am, though we ended up ordering off the regular menu rather than brunch. That was the first odd note of the afternoon. Before the appetizers, they brought out focaccia with herbed butter, a nice alternative to the standard bread basket. The calamari appetizer with marinara and tartar sauce was fine, nothing memorable. My mom's eggplant parmesan arrived warm but not hot and cooled down quickly. The pizzas, a Funghi and a Margherita, were cooked well in the stone oven and were genuinely the best thing on the table, but they arrived warm and cooled down quickly, the same issue as my mom's eggplant parmesan. With the air conditioning blowing directly overhead, hot food didn't really stand a chance. The service is where things unraveled. When we were first seated, the manager came by and helped with my dad's walker, which was a nice touch. After that it went downhill. When my dad asked for something light, the waiter recommended the carbonara, a dish built on guanciale, grana, egg, and black pepper. That's not light by any definition. It's a basic gap in menu knowledge that does the guest a disservice. The menu also had salmon, ricotta toast, and eggs in purgatory. My dad also asked for red pepper flakes to go with his pizza and they took unusually long to arrive, so he had to flag down a different waiter to get them. The waiter noticed I was drinking my Bloody Mary slowly and offered a different version that actually tasted better. If there's a preferred version, lead with it. When I made eye contact to signal we were ready to pay, he acknowledged it but continued socializing with a coworker before finally coming over and taking my card, as if he was surprised we wanted to pay. When a customer is ready, they're ready. He took my card, asked if we wanted dessert, went to grab the dessert menu, then handed it back. Just hold onto the card. I'm paying with the same card regardless. Handing it back makes no sense. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, with a full bar, outdoor seating, a small store at the entrance, and a vegetable garden out front. It's a great setting. Dinner service might be a different experience, but on this visit the dining room wasn't particularly full, which made it more noticeable that the staff prioritized socializing over the guests in front of them. For the record, the suggested tip on the receipt started at 18%. On the way out, two hostesses stood by and did nothing while my parents, one of whom was on a walker, made their way to the door on their own. Getting the door is common courtesy for the elderly. Pietro's has the ingredients of a great restaurant. The space is beautiful, the stone oven pizza is genuinely good, and the brunch menu has real potential. But a restaurant is only as good as its execution, and right now the service and the food temperatures are letting the kitchen down. They just need to meet it.

We were disappointed to find out this one doesn't offer micheladas or Coke Zero (only Diet), both of which the Milpitas location offers. Service was also frustrating. We came in for a Friday lunch and they weren't busy, yet it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us and seat us. Even getting our order in was difficult because our server rarely came by. There were only a few other tables and three servers total, so it didn't make sense. We had to wave multiple times just to get someone's attention. The biggest issue was when we ordered 3 lunch shrimp boils and added 1/2 lb of extra sausage. Each lunch is supposed to come with 1 corn, 2pcs sausage, 2 pcs potatoes, and 1 boiled egg. Naturally, we assumed ordering 3 lunches would mean three orders of all of that, and one of the bags would have the extra sausage. Instead, they put all the shrimp into one bag. Ok fine but then we noticed we only had 1 corn when we should've had 3 in there. Once we noticed we were short on corn, we realized we were short on everything else too, with 2 pcs potatoes, and 1 egg in the entire bag. When we brought it up, our server said we should have specified that we wanted three separate bags. That didn't make sense to us. We've ordered the same way at the Milpitas location and received 3 separate bags with all the included items in each. Even if they combined everything into one bag, it doesn't explain why we were missing sides or why we would want less sides. She did say she'd bring out the missing items, but again, it was difficult to get her attention. The servers were mostly standing behind the counter instead of checking on tables. We also noticed their lunch pricing varies depending on shrimp head-on or head-off, which is different from the other location (they charge the same for either) and the Stockton location is slightly more expensive for lunch too..maybe b/c they add an egg? The egg was also over boiled and almost grey inside (you know what I'm talking about!) The yolk just crumbled. The sauce though was consistent and that's what we love about Cajun Crackin. Same great flavor. Overall, we wanted to give this location a chance, but between the slow service, the pushback on what should have been a straightforward order, and the limited drink options, it just didn't leave a good impression.

It's contemporary and the furnishings are quite comfortable. It's the type of place you can settle in and have a casual meal without feeling rushed. Prices are high yet the quality is excellent. For the first evening at the bar we settled into a high top table. You can sit at the bar, lounge type seating or outdoors on a pleasantly shaded patio. They had an expanded bar bites menu as the main restaurant is closed on Wednesdays... most of it quite enticing. We opted for cocktails to start and I chose a specialty Date Maple Old Fashioned. It was really good with a large ice ball to chill it. For bar bites we shared the pork belly sandwiches (small, delicious but messy to eat), the sausage skewers (amazing!) and crab cups (refreshingly light and easy to eat). After cocktails we had glasses of a light white wine, made with Santorini Greek grapes. For the next meal in the dining room the place was a buzz with activity but conversation was easy without a lot of excessive noise. It's intimate and the room is quite pleasant for a gourmet meal. We started with cocktails (same Old Fashioned) and shared the grilled Brussels Sprouts which were plentiful and ever so delicious. They were slightly over grilled for my taste yet it didn't distract from me enjoying them. We got bread which was a baguette with butter and the consistency perfect for a French style loaf. For my entree I debated between the scallops and the pork chop and went with the chop. I was quite pleased as the chop came in thick slices and drizzled with a tarragon mustard reduction sauce. It was amazing, tender, juicy and at 22oz I couldn't finish it all. It came with a tasty apple sauce and grilled seared cabbage. Absolutely delicious. Ed, celebrating a birthday, had steak which came with a huge bowl of mashed potatoes which I tasted. Oh my gosh, the creamiest potatoes ever! For dessert we shared the cheese plate, a really great way to end the meal, with glasses of a twany port. All of the cheeses from a brie to a hard cheese were top quality. Service both times was very attentive, professional yet personable. We were well cared for and everything went smoothly. It's expensive yet the experience and value is worth visiting. Make a reservation.

We walked around the area outside of the restaurant and it's a very pleasant experience. The…read moreweather was excellent for sitting outside. The service was above and beyond. The food was ok, its was good , it was very expensive, I think I expected more from the flavors. We started with lemonade, it was delicious! The bread was ok , really hard crust with a soft inside, I would have appreciated some oil and vinegar for the bread. For an appetizer we ordered an octopus salad , the octopus was good, not over the top . We also ordered a dozen oysters they were underwhelming, not sure what was on them but I asked for nothing on them . The greens were slightly wilting, it was ok . I ordered the bay scallops they were good , the purée that came with it was ok. We also ordered the smashed potatoes, they were underwhelming but ok . My Neice ordered a salad and it seemed just ok , she liked it , not super crisp. She also ordered fries , they were good . Over all our experience was just ok , it must be a status thing when you say you went to the Americana House , it was just ok and at 125.00 per person we expected higher quality. The horseradish was outstanding. The ambience was a great experience, not sure I would recommend here , the quality does not match the price . Desert was good , coffee was good
