I entered the restaurant to pick up my mobile order. I approached the blonde female at the counter and I said "mobile order for John". She silently turned around to get my order and placed it on the counter for me silently. I took my order and left. Also no customers inside the store so it's not like they were too busy to say anything. If you've ever eaten at Chik Fil A, you know they are the best in customer interaction. This transaction was completely silent. I wish I could retract my tip. Not even a "thanks for your order". This would NEVER happen at Chik Fil A, but at Thai Chili 2go remember this happens here. So minus 2 stars for that. But as far as food, this place is top notch. I will come here less often and go to another Thai food place. This will possibly be the last time I come here. There is friendly service, there is neutral service and there is straight unfriendly service. This is pure unfriendly service at Thai Chili 2go. I ordered here and I have never tried Thai food so maybe that was my mistake. I placed an online order and the process was simple. I arrived and my order was ready. I get home and open up my bowls. The noodles were clumped together with everything on top. It made it hard to spread the toppings evenly. The taste was okay but maybe I'm just not familiar. I don't think I would order again for the price vs portions is not comparable to how much food you would get at a Chinese takeout place. If this is your favorite type of food you may like it. I stopped by today for some dinner and Thai Chili never disappoints! They are sooo yummy! Love the ambiance in here, the vibe is cool. The staff were very friendly. They did however, first time ever, make a little mess up on my order, I ordered the Pad prig pao with beef and even says that on the ticket on my bowl but they gave me chicken instead, it was not bad but I love the beef more. They are making it right and stated I can come back when available to and they will have a Pad Prig Pao for me with beef this time, I thought that was very nice of them. They gave me zero issues on fixing this for me. I also ordered the two veggie spring rolls. Sooooo good with their sweet and sour sauce. My son got the thai chicken nuggets and those were yummy as well! My man got the chow mein with beef and he loved his! I definitely will continue to come back. All in all, we all liked what we got! I tried out their Pad Siew which is wide noodles with brocoli, eggs, and soy sauce. There's 3 different spicy levels including Thai hot. I tried hot which wasn't too spicy which made me wish I selected Thai hot. We made an online order and it was great to see that the food was already ready for us by the time we got there and it was still very hot. I also got 6 dumplings which absolutely sucked. My friend works nearby and his coworkers have been raving about this place as a lunch spot so we figured we'd try it out. There was four of us; the two who are new to Thai food enjoyed it, the other two will definitely pass next time... This spot is truly a takeout/to-go spot but will provide plates for you if you're dining in! We ordered at the counter and the cashier was really nice and helpful. I got the Red Curry ($12) with Beef (+$4) and my friends got the Pad Thai ($11) with Chicken (+$2), Thai Gai Rolls which is their version of chicken egg rolls ($5 for two), Pad Siew ($11) with Beef (+$4), and Thai Fried Rice ($10) with Chicken (+$3). I think the meat add-on prices are on the steep side, considering the small amount given. My Red Curry wasn't too bad, aromatic but leaned on the sweet side. I loved the amount of veggies in the dish! I'm glad I got the curry as I didn't enjoy any of my friends' dishes. Theirs were overly sweet, and I'd say the Pad Siew was the worst dish we got... like wide noodles with broccoli in a glob of caramelized sugar. I'd pass on the stir fry things imo! Curry, not so bad! Wouldn't let me take it off even though hypothetically, someone could just not show up for all of them. Fair though, okay fine. The other issue is they don't fill up the container all the way, which is slightly misleading, but okay fine. Maybe they need more room so it doesn't spill. Last one is problematic though. Asked for spicy. It says hot on the order. Very, very mild. I don't know, I don't think I'm going here again...my sons said it tastes like it's made yesterday. I've made way better at home. Not the worst, but service, combined with lack of taste, combined with not fulfilling the spiciness level- just not doing it. I don't usually leave bad reviews unless I really have an opinion. Haven't been back to this location in awhile, but i am a fan of the fried rice. I get the vegetables fried rice with added chicken. The chicken is pretty thin strips of all white meat. The portion is huge for $14 and loaded with onions,broccoli and carrots, all fresh. Very good lunch. read more

It had a few small bits of chicken and a few slivers of sliced green peppers. The taste was flat. As for the curry, same thing. My girlfriend recommended this place as she comes here on her lunch break very often and I think the food is really good shockingly! Unfortunately it seems that the customer service ruins the entire experience. Talking to one of the people behind the register is almost energy training because it seems like they genuinely do not care at all to be there or just do not like their job. Out of all four occasions, I have visited this location I have merely gotten a side eye for my online order or a scoff as my food is being handed to. Another problem that should be addressed towards this specific location is properly communicating with your customers. I ordered food with expectation that sauces would come with it. Not only did I open up my food to not find any sauces in it, but the lack of verbal communication to let someone know that they have to pay for extra sauces, rather than wait for them to get home and find a passive message written on top of my food stating that it cost extra instead of telling me to my face so I can buy some in person. It was overly wet/saucy and had a strong sour sweet taste to it (more so sour). I couldn't finish it. My partner is less particular about his food and finished the pad thai for me. So we've been going here for years and it's been a gradual descent into this two rating. The prices consistently go up, the flavor profile down and the quality of the food is below average. Ordered the pad prig pao. The sauce was almost non existent . And you know what the number one (after noodles was) largest ingredient was? The cheapest, carrots. It felt like 1/4 of the container was undercooked, flavorless carrots . Overall their food is just very basic flavors, almost like their recipes are based upon how to make Thai dishes with five ingredients or less. Oh and their ancillary fees are insane . Yellow curry ($11) with chicken (+$2) is okay. It tastes a little sweet, which I'm not used to with curry. Since it's a chain, I don't expect the same flavors I get at a Thai restaurant. Out of all the curries, I like the yellow curry the best because it has the most veggies - carrots, bell pepper, tomato, potato, and onions. I like how they cut the veggies to provide more textures. They've really increased their portion sizes since they opened. I love ordering on their website because my food is almost always ready on time. When I opened the containers the soup looked and tasted delicious. The pad si ew looked a little "mushy" and to my disappointment, it was. The noodles were overcooked by a long shot. The chicken and broccoli were cooked perfectly. The entire dish was drown in too much sauce and that's all I could taste. The portions were decently sized but I paid $24 for the 2 dishes.
