For dinner Dad and I weren't extremely hungry but knew we needed something so we decided upon PF Chang's appetizers. Admittedly we thought it was going to be a Pei Wei but it is basically the same right? Dad loved the lettuce wraps from a long time ago while I don't believe I've ever had them. They were so good! To the point we're considering making some with our lettuce at home. Then we had a plate of edamame which counted as our veggie, and the pork dumplings. It was so good all of it! We decided upon a pot of oolong tea as well which made it all so light,refreshing and delicious. Our waitress Hailey was so good and kind. She made sure there was extra care to our bell pepper allergy and we really respected that! She also recommended the limited seasonal individual butter cake and it was so tasty and gooey. Sunday lunch isn't cheap nowadays. The rice portions have definitely decreased over time and the cost has increased. I ordered the kung pao beef, which was very tasty, and upgraded my rice to fried rice. There was barely a serving. The same goes for my kids who each got the kids teriyaki chicken with broccoli. Their sides of rice combined were the same size as my $3 up-charged single side. We ordered the crab wontons which were ok; sauce was great but some of the wontons tasted fishy. My wife got the veggie lettuce wraps with a side of rice. Before tip, it was a $75 lunch, which really is the cost of a fancy dinner out with drinks. The only drinks we had were water. I recently went to PF Chang's for the first time in years. I feel like it used to be awesome and a special occasion type of place, but now I feel it's just ok, maybe a 3.5. Honestly, I feel like I get the same quality at their fast casual restaurant Pei Wei. The lack of any meny specials, such as a lunch special on the weekend, or any deals made me not wnjoy this recent trip as much, especially seeing how I can eat much cheaper at Pei Wei. That said, PF Chang's Kung Pao Shrimp and hot and and sour soup are still great. Service was great and very attentive. Maybe I'll come back during the week when they have lunch specials. read more

I picked up my curbside order immediately, and while the food being cold wasn't an issue, the quality was. Several items tasted old and stale, including the fortune cookies. The Kung Pao Chicken was completely inedible dry, chewy, and off‑tasting. The Mongolian Beef was dry but still edible. The Lo Mein noodles were fine, but the chicken pieces were hard and dry. This P.F. Chang's is located at The Shops at Norterra Plaza. We met friends for dinner. This is one of their favorite spots to eat. Staff are very attentive and friendly. We all ordered the Chef's Special. This consists of a choice of soup or salad, appetizer, and an entrée. It's a great deal. We decided on three salads and one hot and sour soup, vegetarian spring rolls lightly fried green beans, sesame chicken, Mongolian chicken, orange chicken, seared honey chicken, and a bowl of white and brown rice. Service was very fast. The, soup and salads arrived first. Shortly after that, the appetizers arrived. The food was tasting good. Keep seeing advertisement for Cherry Blossom Martini so I stopped in to place a to go order & try the martini. Wednesday night just before 9pm not very busy at all. There were two bartenders, a male and a female. I kept hearing the women at the bar saying Calvin so I know he was the other bartender, but there was a female bartender. She approached me and asked me what I wanted. I explained I wanted the cherry blossom martini, but with vodka, she said OK and went to make it. When she brought it over, it was overflowing. It was dripping the whole way to me. She dripped on the entire bar, set the drink in front of me with the wet napkin & the sticky glass When I asked about the rim she said "oh it's on there." Restaurant looks great a remodeled happened since last time I've been there. Our waiter was very friendly and informative about the menu items. My husband ordered a beer with a glass. The glass was warm and very spotty. Maybe the filters but someone should definitely be cleaning the glasses when they come out of the dish washer. The firecracker shrimp was delicious a recommendation from the waiter. The dynamite shrimp was on point. However the orange chicken was a bit too spicy for my mom. Wifey and I went out to dinner here on a Tuesday night 12/10/24. Located at Norterra shopping center with tons of parking and ample handicap parking situated as close as you can get to the front door. We were seated promptly and was greeted by Ramon, an amazing and friendly manager. Our server was Jasmine who was very attentive and on point with our food and drinks. Ambience here is romantic and artsy great for date night or business meals with professional colleagues. Beautiful tables with chairs and booth seating designed for Asian theme decor. Full bar is near the front of the restaurant. So we've been to PF Changs before in different locations (Los Angeles and Honolulu) and this is high end Chinese/Japanese fusion. Food here is very high quality and served with great presentation. Never a hit or miss experience as they always, always focus on consistent great food. Here's what we ordered and our feedback. Pomegranate lemonade: non alcoholic drink that was perfectly sweet, not too sweet and paired well with the flavors of the food. Great drink!! Lettuce wraps: fresh crispy lettuce served with sweet flavored chopped chicken. Our first time eating this and it was yummy, ate the whole thing Appetizer ribs: this was superb, the meat was moist and not dry at all. Flavored well and I could eat this as the main course by itself, amazing dish!! Very meaty pieces too! Crab wontons: crispy and hot, served on top a nice sweet drizzled sauce on the plate. Crunchy and tasty!! Mongolian beef: sweet and firm pieces of beef, deep fried with a sweet glaze. Prepared with chopped green onions and served with hot rice. Fantastic dish!! Sweet Honey Chicken: Tender chicken pieces with a balanced honey flavor. Excellent texture and not a dry piece on the plate. Served with hot fluffy rice. Dynamite Sushi: I didn't try this as my wife ate this and enjoyed it immensely. Next time we will order 2 orders of this instead of 1. She said it was super fresh sushi. This meal did not disappoint. Of all the times we've had PF Changs through 10+ years, we have never had a bad experience, ever. Take a date here, power business lunch or take the whole family, there will be something on the menu for everybody. For dinner specials they really skimp out on their UPCHARGED fried rice. I paid over $50 for two dinners and their upcharged rice to only get a literal table spoon of fried rice. I would have got way more food for less at Panda Express. The rice didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. The manager on duty was supposed to get back to me on a refund or gift card of some sort since I paid cash but I never heard back from him. Very disappointing and will not be back. read more

This location is a smaller location. Much brighter than the other locations. Maybe because its ins an area that has a high family/children population. Indoor and outdoor seating. Along with a Take Out section. My first time at this location. I did not need a reservation on a Friday night I was able to get a seat right away. Our server was friendly may have been new because his recommendations were off and did not seem familiar with the menu. My party ordered the chefs special for $19.99 per person starting fee which came with one appetizer, main entree per person along with one soup/salad per person. Definitely a great deal. A lot of screw ups between drinks and food but the crew was quick to fix everything. Everyone was friendly. The food was pretty good. During my recent visit to P.F. Changs, we went in, sat down, ordered a drink. When we went to order our food, they have no lunch menu anymore, so you have to order off the main menu. We wanted to order a Buddha feast with a side of salmon, which they say they can't do. They can't give you a side of salmon, even though it's available on other meals. So they said, well, we'll have to charge you for a salmon dish, which is $28. The dish we wanted was only $17. You can get a salad and a side salmon for $12, plus $6 for the salmon. So they wanted to charge us basically $10 more than what it should charge. They said that they have no way of charging a separate thing like that. So I asked to see the manager. The manager came out and he was horrible. He wasn't going to deviate from that. He said, oh, we can't do nothing. He can't. I can't change anything. I have never heard of a manager that can't go into a computer system and just add something or subtract something or do something. They were very obstinate, very disappointed. We go to P.F. James a lot, but no more. They've gotten way too expensive. It seems like this is just another cracker barrel coming. I don't know if they're going out of business, but you don't do away with your whole lunch menu, which had a lot of a la carte options on it, which I used to do, and have nothing to replace it. So, I haven't been to a P.F. Chang's in about a decade, and we decided to swing in for a random mid week lunch. The architecture and interior design is nice and upscale feeling, it's a cool vibe. The server was friendly and quick. However, I think the quality isn't what I remember. The Mongolian beef was overcooked and rough, my boyfriend didn't care for it. The orange chicken was really tasty, and I liked the dumplings. The egg drop soup tasted fishy and was so piping hot, it wasn't able to be enjoyed very much. 5-Star Experience Thanks to an Incredible Server! Before going, I read the reviews--as I often do--and honestly, it seemed like a 50/50 shot. Some people raved, others not so much. But I was meeting friends, so I was going either way. Well, I'm so glad I did. Our server, Chase, was everything you could ever dream of in a server--and then some. It's honestly an understatement to say he went above and beyond. I haven't seen a table attended to with that level of care and attention in a long time. Several reviews had knocked the crispy fried items, but several of us ordered the crispy honey chicken or shrimp, and none of us were disappointed. In fact, the whole table ordered a variety of dishes, and everyone was satisfied. My dish came out a little late, but since we'd been nibbling on starters, I really didn't mind. Still, Chase insisted on taking it off the bill. I kept telling him it wasn't necessary, but he wouldn't budge. I was honestly shocked--and so grateful. I just hope I tipped him well enough, because he truly earned it. One person in our party needed gluten-free soy sauce, and I think he brought it out four different times--each time with a helpful attitude and a smile. So accommodating and kind. Craving some Tofu Lettuce Wraps from PF Changs, I looked them up to see if they're still offered...they are, and they're on Happy Hour for $10! And, Happy Hour is now from 11am-10pm Every Day, but you have to sit in the bar section. We went, and got a Zen Margarita, 14 Hands Merlot, and the Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps all for $21! Calvin was our server and was very attentive, while taking care of everyone at the bar (he even slipped us a couple extra fortune cookies)! I'm giving 4 stars as the tables were dirty, along with the chairs having crumbs, and the silverware looked a little dirty, while 3 girls were standing at the front podium talking. I really believe in staying busy in the restaurant setting, and that there's always something you can be doing (as I've been in the industry myself)...so that could be improved ;) read more

We were seated at the bar. There were three people working behind the bar and they were serving, not only us, but the rest of the restaurant as well. They seemed unable to notice who was at the bar who was first who needed service, etc. We had to flag them down anytime we needed something and we were actually waited on after other people came in. It seemed as if they did not even want to make eye contact with us. As far as engagement, there was zero. One man came in and sat at the bar next to us and they never attended to him and he finally got up and left. We used to love coming to this restaurant and it's been a while, but we're not looking at coming back anytime soon. Definitely seems as though staffing was an issue as well as training. We asked the maître D to have the manager come out and talk to us, we just wanted to let them know so they could help correct the situation. However, the manager never came out. On our last visit, we learned that this location is a test site for new dishes and menus. I am so disappointed with the latest menu change and really hope that they don't roll this out. Bottom line, I felt like I had been transported to an airport restaurant. The focus of this menu is speed and, I feel, table turnover, rather than a dining experience. The new presentation is not designed for sharing, which I feel is fundamental to the Asian dining experience. The portion sizes are smaller. The new market sides are bland and not well executed. We have made this PF Changs our Mothers Day pick for the last 3 years. We did not make a reservation for lunch as we have usually been able to be seated quickly. Yesterday was busy! We opted to sit at the bar area as it had available seating. The bartender greeted us promptly with menus & went over the drink specials. I wanted a dish called Moo Goo Gai Pan which is no longer on the menu and they accommodated my request. The mai tais were delicious and my meal outstanding! Our daughter was pleased the veggie lettuce wraps were back on the menu. Service was fast & efficient!
